I'm giving this place 5 stars but considered 4 just due to price. Everything is really good, flavorful and fresh but the prices make it difficult to enjoy often. I highly recommend ordering online and picking up curbside if you are in a hurry. They brought out to my car and were super friendly the entire process! I travel with my dog and will never leave him in the car, so curbside is ideal for me. My last two visits I have ordered the same two meals because they are SO GOOD! Buffalo chicken bowl and the Strawberry salad add chicken. We will definitely be making this a top place to stop!

Loved this place, where everything is green, healthy, and delicious. It's also located in a shopping center with many options for food, drinks, desserts, etc. I ordered the small Caesar salad wrap, and I loved it. The lettuce was super fresh, and the Caesar dressing was full of flavor; I was satisfied. If you want to pair a healthy meal with a beer or sangria, they also offer options like that. Something that caught my attention is that they have plenty of self-checkout stations with Apple Pay options. I loved that idea! The guy who prepared our food was super friendly and attentive. Great service. I'll come back to try the salads that sound super delicious!

This place was DIVINE! The perfect place to stop on a roadtrip because you can eat your fill without feeling too full and bloated. Salads are light and fresh and flavorful! There was not a wilted leaf in sight! Made my own adding aaall my favorite toppings, but looking forward to returning to try the bbq chicken signature salad next. I like that you order from kiosks taking the pressure off people so they can feel free to personalize their order to their heart's content! My only critique is that they gave me the dressing on the side instead of tossing it for me. Not a huge deal, but it's not what I requested. *shrug* P. S. Y'all know I'm a sucker for a good ranch dressing and theirs is superb!

This is a tough one, because I really wanted to love Shake-A-Salad, but I didn't absolutely love it. Here's why... Upon walking in I'm met with what I'm assuming is the owner or a manager sitting at the only eating counter, talking loudly about business matters. I sure don't feel comfortable sitting there to eat and don't care to hear him talking so loudly about his business. I chose a seat outside, which is a lovely area. However, I'd have preferred to eat inside as there's a wind warning in the area. It doesn't appear that they have actual plates or silverware to use to dine in. Maybe that's coming?? (I would hope.) This is a fairly new business, open for a few months. My food was served in a clear plastic container and was only given a plastic fork. The salad had fresh ingredients, but IMHO wasn't sized for the price. My salad was $15 for a regular. (Prices seemed to have increased already in 2 months based on previous reviews.) I ordered the strawberry pecan salad with added chicken (an upcharge of $3 bringing the salad total to $18. I can get this same salad at Publix for less which is actually bigger at Publix. While the ingredients were fresh, they were blah. Basic flavors, not much taste. The person behind the counter left off my pecans initially. Once I came in, she realized and gave me my pecans. They're actually whole entire, non seasoned pecans. No flavor. It would be nice if they were halved or chopped. Hard to get on a plastic fork for sure. Drink options are limited, Pepsi, Diet Coke, Sprite, several types of water, and several flavors of sports drinks. Those are $1.50. I grabbed a diet coke, which brought my grand total to $23 once I added my 15% tip. YIKES! I'm not sure if I'll return or not. I hope this was a fluke experience. Maybe after being open for a longer period of time, and talking suggestions, things may improve.

Disappointed - got a large ode to Greek salad w/ chicken so salad ends up almost $20. Pros- it's fresh and people are nice Cons- they left off a few ingredients, there were no cucumbers or red onions. If I didn't see a few white crumbles I'd doubt they added feta as it's so minimal you can't taste it. Not sure If Ill return

My hubby and I were looking for some light fare for dinner so when I searched salad bars we found this spot. Little did we know it was at The Krate (where we've been many times). I loved that they have several little kiosks around so you can just put in your order. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant as well. There is not much seating inside but outside offers additional seating. I love that the "salad bar" / kitchen area are open concept so you can watch while your food is made. The portion sizes are decent for the price and the ingredients were clearly very fresh (not one wilted leaf). My salad maintained its natural crunch of the lettuce with every bite. Overall I can't wait to go back and try the rice bowls next time.

We are so happy to have you in Wesley Chapel! I cannot count on my hands the number of times I've seen people asking on facebook where to get a good salad locally and now we have our answer! I stopped in Monday afternoon and was happy to order and find a seat at their counter out of the elements (our one week of winter ). Inside you can order at the counter or do contactless ordering at two kiosks conveniently located in front of the menu wall. I'm so used to the experience of having 1 or 2 salad choices to pick from so it took me a minute to settle on a regular size of The Italiano salad (11.25) to which I added extra shaved parm (0.75) and 3 grilled shrimp (3.00). I also ordered a can of Pepsi (1.50). The salad was delicious! Everything was peak freshness, nice large shavings of parmesean, generous serving of croutons (the good kind), some really delicious Red Wine vinaigrette to pull it all together. Delicious. I do wish the 3 grilled shrimp had a little grill color to them, I think it would have made the flavors pop even more! I am glad they offer shrimp as an add on since I am pescetarian although next time I will probably order extra chickpeas for protein to keep my salad a little more affordable for me. I'd love to stop in for a wrap sometime if they expand or have limited time item offerings of something like egg salad or tuna salad. The menu had sooo many tasty sounding options but I personally don't eat chicken. I'm excited to see Wesley Chapel growing up, if you will. The Krates are going to bring so much interest to the area and I'm really glad Shake-A-Salad is here!

Visited and had the very delicious Insalata Italiano salad. The salad is overpriced and was a whopping $15.

Great food, good vibes, and they've got a cornhole board and bags outside to play while you're waiting for your food. Highly recommend.

I finally had the opportunity no the privilege today to have lunch at Cousin Vinny's Sandwich Co…read more on Cass Street in Tampa, and let me tell you -- it was everything I hoped for and more. As a lifelong Tampa native who's eaten my weight (which is a lot) in Cuban sandwiches from La Segunda and PubSubs from Publix, I never thought I'd say this... but Cousin Vinny's just stole the crown as the best sandwich spot in the entire Tampa Bay area. (Sorry, Publix -- you've been dethroned.) What brought me in? Chef Carson, the incredible head chef who used to cook for me for years at one of my longtime favorites, Rooster & the Till. When I heard he'd joined this venture, I knew I had to stop by and see him in action. The moment I walked in, it felt like catching up with family. I told him to pick my first sandwich for me, and he delivered with the Capo Del Shmeet -- a masterpiece I will be dreaming about for weeks. Let's talk about this sandwich. It starts with bread made fresh by hand every single morning -- perfectly crusty on the outside, soft and airy inside. Then comes the star: hand-breaded chicken cutlets cooked to absolute perfection, crispy and juicy in every bite. The cherry pepper mayo brings a subtle sweet taste that plays beautifully with the bright Italian vinaigrette. Fresh arugula, provolone, onion, roasted red peppers, and capicola round it out into what is hands-down the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Every layer harmonized perfectly -- no weak spots, just pure sandwich perfection. But the generosity didn't stop there. Chef Carson treated me to his cannoli cream pudding, which is nothing short of divine. He mentioned that Guy Fieri stopped by, tried it during filming for an upcoming Food Network episode of Triple D (airing July 10, 2026), and responded by turning to Carson and giving him a big hug. I echo that sentiment 100% -- one spoonful and you'll want to hug the chef too. It's rich, creamy, nostalgic, and elevated all at once. To top it all off, I was sent home with one of their salted brown butter chocolate chip cookies. When it comes fresh out of the oven, it is topped with that perfect sprinkle of sea salt on top -- it created the most gorgeous sweet-savory balance with the melty chocolate chips and brown sugar. It's not a small cookie, but I confess: I took one bite at a red light and couldn't stop until it was gone. Cousin Vinny's isn't just another sandwich shop -- it's a love letter to Italian-American flavors done right, with heart, quality, and serious skill in the kitchen. If you're in Tampa (or willing to drive), do yourself a favor and go. Tell Chef Carson, Big Mike sent you -- and prepare to have your sandwich standards permanently raised. Go. Now. You're welcome. (And yes, I'll be back. Frequently.)

The restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. Watching the staff work together so seamlessly in a small space was impressive. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, and the service was outstanding. To top it off, Vinny surprised us with a complimentary cannoli and a meatball sandwich that had been made by mistake. That kind of generosity says a lot about how they treat their customers. The food was phenomenal! The schiacciata bread is hands-down some of the best we've ever had, and the desserts were just as amazing. We loved it so much that we went online later and ordered the Tony Piccante for dinner--and WOW, it was just as delicious! We can't stop talking about this place. We'll definitely be back again and again. You truly have a gold mine!
