I showed him my app and how it's one of my regular orders. Finally the order was placed. The scanner for the app and earning rewards is oddly placed on the side of the beverage dispensers. It was quite challenging to use. I paid for my order and no receipt. When I asked for one the cashier said it must be out of paper. And that's it! No attempt to get me a receipt. There was a line behind me so I didn't push for it. My order was delivered to the table and I noticed bacon on my salad. I approached the counter and asked the manager if the Southwest salad now came with bacon. He said no and a new salad was made. This was probably the worst ChickFilA experience I've ever had.
