Small creamery in Charlotte that is worth a visit. They had about 30 flavors to pick from offer cones or bowls for ice cream. They also offer milkshakes and you can order cakes too! It is small with a few seats but they do have a bench outside where you can sit to enjoy! We were able to park on the street right in front of the store.

Delicious ice cream, great prices, and a welcoming local vibe. Service was great. Perfect spot to support a local business! :)

A little difficult to find, but the maple pecan ice cream was good. I was disappointed that the waffle cones weren't fresh, but overall it was good ice cream.

I really enjoyed this ice cream shop on a hot and humid charlotte's summer day. The ice cream and waffle cones are homemade and the price tag is just right.. $3 for a single scoop in a cup or cone. Fresh made waffle cones are $1 extra. I appreciated the flavors here.. mint Oreo was my favorite! Some other notable ones are the cake batter (with sprinkles), Reese's, and butterfinger. The owners seem to work in the front and back of the store.. they are very committed to their product. I definitely recommend getting a scoop of in the area.. and supporting a local business!

I feel like this was Charlotte's original ice cream shop, so I had been meaning to give it a try. I'm a sucker for the unique flavors at Two Scoops and Golden Cow though so it took me a while to make it here. We had lunch in the area and decided to stop by after. It's a small shop with a bar that has a few seats. You can park on the street right outside. They have a good selection of flavors. While not quite as creative as some of the newer shops in town, they still have a good variety that you don't find at your average ice cream shop. They only let you sample three flavors which is a little annoying when there are so many to choose from. I decided to go with the cake batter and the pralines and cream. Both were very good. Everyone else I was with also enjoyed the flavors they got. I got a regular with the two scoops which were a little small. I definitely wanted more when I was done! This is a good little ice cream shop that I definitely recommend checking out if you're in the area.

Great ice cream, very clean store, and awesome service. Had the black raspberry and the ginger on a twin cone. Both flavors were yum.

    Chocolate waffle cone FTW

Cute little ice cream shop off of the walkable Elizabeth Ave. The inside is tiny, but does include some high top seating, benches outside are your best bet. The best part is the homemade waffle cones-- including chocolate dipped ones. Yummy flavors like Reese's, brownie fudge, mint Oreo, heavenly hash (with 'mallows and peanuts) and cake batter. It's a little pricey, but delicious and with it to support local!

I love Ice Cream and Elizabeth Creamery hit the spot! I had heard they had moved locations, but am not in the area too often so was so excited when a friend recommended we stop in after dinner. Located behind Carpe Diem in a small, but quaint little spot, we ventured in on a Thursday night. The location is small so it was a little tight since there were four other customers in the shop. After looking over my choices, I did ask to taste two, coffee and mint chocolate chip. The mint chocolate chip was so good, the mint flavor hit the spot. Prices are reasonable and the ice cream is handmade and you can tell. A definite treat if you are in the area.

First time getting ice cream here after hearing about it for years and loved it! No samples right now because of covid (which seems ridiculous), but man working there was super friendly. Will absolutely be back!

How much is a scoop or two of ice cream?

Its about 3.50-4.00 for a single waffle cone. But their single scoop is a LOT.

On this particular visit, I sat on the patio, which I had never done before, but it was nice and quiet and very relaxing on a Sunday evening. I ordered the cheesecake and it was garnished with caramel popcorn, which added a nice touch to look at, but the popcorn was stale so I don't really think it was necessary, but it did make the plate look pretty. The cheesecake was delicious. Couldn't finish it all, but I took it home and finished it the next day. Our server was great. She was very attentive, friendly, and gave good suggestions. But a good friend of mine said that they go all the time and haven't had any issues and wanted to get me to try it again. So, we went on a Saturday evening around 6ish. We didn't necessarily have any issues getting in, but the hostess did say that her security might have an issue with the shirt my friend had on, even though he was very dressed up. It made me uncomfortable and seemed threatning almost. But she let us in and everything was fine. I don't understand why Crave always acts this way. But then when I walk in I see people of non-color dressed any kind of way, casual, etc. It just really rubs me the wrong way and for it to happen to me EVERY time I go, only leads me to one conclusion... So, anyway. We were there and we ordered hookah drinks and had a good time. Our server was super sweet and chill. She really saved the visit. I had a good time, but I most likely will not be back again.

Again, if they did not tell you this was dairy free, you could not tell at all. They offer tastes, you can get one or two scoops or waffle cones, or ice cream sandwiches, and I think you can ask for sprinkles. They have a friendly staff behind the counter. They lost several customers yesterday, and we will not be returning after this experience. After talking to a lawyer, they believe this is predatory enforcement, and we will file a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and with the Better Business Bureau. Two Scoops Creamery on Central Avenue went from being one of our favorite spots to somewhere we will never return in less than a minute. We met up with a group of friends there today. Before grabbing ice cream, we briefly stopped into Sin City next door. As one of our friends was walking in, he noticed cars in the shared parking lot were actively being booted. We had been there maybe 15 minutes. Apparently, if you step into the neighboring business at all -- even if you're planning to purchase from Two Scoops immediately after -- they will boot your car and demand $275 to remove it. We spoke directly with the staff at Two Scoops and explained that we were simply meeting up and didn't realize stepping next door wasn't allowed. The response was essentially, "Too bad." There was no grace, no warning, no attempt at understanding -- just an immediate $275 penalty. It feels like an incredibly predatory and unethical practice, especially for loyal customers who intended to support the business. We didn't even stay for ice cream, and we won't be back.
