Yeah.. f this location. I just went in and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal+ 12 count nugget. I was given somebody else's order. Not the end of the world, but when I called back and calmly explained there had been a mix up, I was told that they were sure they had given me the right order... I get things happen, but they issued no refund and made me feel as if I was being dishonest about the situation. I asked if I could email or send them a picture confirming that this was the case but they were insistent about making me drive all the way back (far drive and I have work). Again, I get things happen but man did they handle the situation poorly plus I burnt 20 bones for a sandwich that costs 5 or 6 bucks read more

I saw the commercial for the fried cauliflower sandwich and I had to try it! I tend to be a fan of vegetarian options and meat alternatives because I like the consistent texture and flavor of them. Unfortunately, the fried cauliflower sandwich was a let down for me. It had an unpleasant mushy texture. Some pieces were tuffer some were mushier. It was inconsistent. The flavor was ok. Kind of reminiscent of the breading they put on their chicken sandwiches. Salty, greasy. I wouldn't call it a light or healthier option. And it gave me stinky cauliflower burps for the next 6 hours. So I wouldn't suggest eating it before going back to the office unless you want your coworkers to avoid you. 0.0 And it just really didn't seem super fresh like their chicken tends to be. While I went through drive-thru, it was already *** 103°F *** (add parking lot heat) and your staff were taking our orders in the scorching heat. As I drove up to the window, I asked the inside staff to provide the outside staff with iced drinks. Your staff should not have to work in extreme temperatures. Treat your staff better! Chick - fil - A always hits the spot. Their sauces are all very addicting and it's very hard to limit yourself to just one sauce option, you'll want at least 3. The fries are probably top notch of any fast food chain, you might want to order an extra. Now, to get to the important thing -- the cauliflower sandwich. Trying this sandwich was a must on my trip from Seattle, knowing that it was debuting at this one location in Denver, CO. (They're also sampling it in Charleston, and Greensboro). I have never eaten a chicken sandwich here because I don't eat a lot of meat out but I was finally able to have a Chik-fil-A sandwich and it was glorious!! I tried it first with no sauces and then sampled it with all the different sauces. It wasn't so big and was served with two small slivers of pickle - they could've spared a few more IMO. It was distinctly cauliflower texture not chicken but that wasn't a problem because it wasn't advertised as such but rather sparked my curiosity and gave me an excuse to eat here! read more

I'd like to put this particular Chick-fil-A (3725 East Colfax Avenue Denver, CO 80206) in the spotlight for a moment to highlight their customer-first approach. I've been craving a Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Sandwich for awhile, so I was elated when this store opened up in my neighborhood. I arrived a little after ten in the morning, which was about thirty minutes too early for lunch. Instead of being immured by a rigid time schedule, the staff offered to make my sandwich right away. When the order was ready, the manager brought it to my table and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. During the course of my meal, about six Chick-fil-A employees asked me the same question. I don't even get that type of service at restaurants, where tips are expected. On top of that, all of the employees were armed with endearing smiles and positive attitudes. This is the type of establishment that I want to support with my voice and my dollars. I don't ever eat "fast food" but this place makes the exception. I went there today and the people working the drive through had a Great attitude as always. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the normal chicken sandwich with extra pickles on both the sauces I requested were all in the bag everything was perfect. I always use their app so I can get points for free stuff. Sometimes you also get offers for free stuff. The service is very quick here as well I never wait in the drive-through line for more than two minutes. I received a Chick-fil-A gift card recently and decided to put it to use before it expired, and I was not disappointed. I went on a weekend and I guess I went at a good time because it was not busy at all. I walked right up to the cashier and was able to place my order immediately. The cashier was professional and efficient throughout the whole transaction. I went over to a booth thinking I'd sit for a little bit while the food was prepared, but the moment I sat, the cashier came with my whole order totally ready! Wow, what amazing service! They'll even bring your food to you :) As I tasted my food, I can see why Chick-fil-A, one of the largest and most popular fast food chains in the US has been able to withstand the test of time. As I bit into my chicken sandwich, I enjoyed the wonderful tender texture and its delightful flavoring. The nuggets and waffle fries were appetizing, especially with ketchup. The shakes were simple, not over-the-top, and quite delicious. All of the food had come out hot and cooked just right. What an excellent restaurant! An all-around outstanding experience. read more

The drive through is meant to have 2 lanes and they have one lane open on Saturday afternoon. But, on to the relevant: Chick-fil-A's waffle fries are consistently great and their barbecue sauce is gluten free, and they offer grilled chicken bites for those who can't eat the delicious (I remember) regular breaded nuggets. Mmmm. This location is easy to access right on Colfax, and has two drive-thru lanes for super fast service. I've never waited long despite the lines sometimes looking longish. Friendly staff.
