Haven't found a fast food/someplace that I like as much as Jersey Mike's. Occasionally, my order gets messed up, but they are quick to rectify the problem. This location excels at this! Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub spot. However, the Blackstone private equity downfall was swift! I ordered two sandwiches for pick up, email confirmation said they'd be ready at 12:41. It was busy and I counted a bunch of other folks waiting for their pick up orders but by 1:30 I had to forego the order to get back to work by the end of my break. I reached out for a refund and corporate said the franchise owner or manager would contact me but it's been almost two weeks and I haven't heard anything. Sucks that I forked over $25.21 to receive nothing. Just padding the pockets of a private equity firm. I guess the lesson here is to support a local sandwich spot instead! read more

Every time I go there it's always awesome. Greeted by friendly helpful staff that aren't faking their kindness, just genuinely nice. I messed up and ordered the wrong sandwich, it was made and once I realized it was wrong (my fault) they didn't give me attitude or get upset they just helped make what I wanted. She chose the original Italian which is #13. They're big on the number thing here. Provolone, salami, pepperoni, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo. A lot of meat for me but she likes meat and was hungry. Came with chips and a cookie. Who doesn't like a cookie? I decided to live a little and forego my usual tuna fish or blt. Went wild with a Roast beef and provolone sandwich. And of course chips and cookie. I wasn't disappointed. The sandwich wasn't soggy and condiments included separately. Delish. The manager told me that the table I was sitting at was for customers. He then asked me to not stand by the togo orders. I was then asked to leave the store which I declined...I asked him how he was able to confront me 3 times but couldn't ask a customer to wear a mask or to respect others space. I really do like JM subs but I don't know what's happening here. The gal working wasn't allowed to use the slicer for some reason. She couldn't slice the bread with a knife either. I've ate here a couple times and my last review to management directly, made me consider to give them another shot. Unfortunately not much has changed, this place still falls short. Their bread is awful; I've tried many of their locations, Arizona and in jersey where I'm from, and I've had the best and the worst. Here, the bread is so off, still stale like my first experience, or maybe undercooked, I can't put my finger on it. I go to the one in Westminster where I live and their bread is usually on point. They get the dough shipped in from jersey so if you can't even bake it right, you fail in that regard. Also I hate overcooked roast beef. So this location: undercooks bread which causes it to be super flaky, and over cooks their usually delicious roast beef. Sad. I wish I was back in jersey for a good hoagie. read more

I ordered a sub sandwich at the local Jersey Mike's about 3 weeks ago. I waited for 15 minutes while other customers came and went. My order was not complicated -- one cheese steak sandwich please Eventually the large blonde "manager" passed me off to someone else so she could do busy herself elsewhere. The worker bee presented me with my order about 5 minutes later. Imagine my surprise when I got home and opened up my "cheese steak" only to find a lump of some chicken-based dumpster fire slop. Being inedible I tossed the slop in the trash and called the store. I called repeatedly for half an hour with no answer, no message, nothing. So, I went online to the web site and used their reporting system. A few days later I received a Luke warm email from Jerry Maccioli, Franchise Director of Training. He assured me the situation would be discussed with the "team." Also, he offered to send me some coupons to make up for the FUBAR experience, Three weeks have come and gone and nothing (to my knowledge) has been done. No apology, no coupons, nothing which leads me to the only logical conclusion--the couldn't-care-less attitude trickles down from management. It's really too bad because (mutilated mashed chicken crap sandwiches aside) they make a good product, over-priced but good. But I didn't get a good product. I got a disgusting, lump of mashed up chicken parts (at least I think that's what it was) instead, and absolutely no attempt to make it right. I won't give these clowns an opportunity to screw me again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. read more

Update on last post. Here I am over a month after posting a 1 star review about this location and still the bread is hard as a rock. Management must not care at all about their product here as I have since gone to the Lakewood store repeatedly and not got this horribley hard bread. I recieved a message from Jersey Mike's telling me to contact Sean Kavanaugh about their shortcomings on my sandwich. He told me he would make this right and send me a coupon for a free sub to make up for the hard breaded sandwich I had received on my last visit. This guy basically ghosted me after I sent him my personal home address that he asked for. Thanks man! Here's another video of the horrible bread that scratches the roof of your mouth to the point where you have cuts inside your mouth after eating it. Staff is usually inattentive to new customers and multiple times have 4+ staff ignored me for over 5 minutes, staring me down but never greeting me. Staff prioritizes online orders and most of the staff focus on customers that are not even in the store before the customers standing in the lobby. Staff doesn't remember required sub ingredients such as bacon on a club. Cheesesteaks are overloaded and soggy by the time it's eaten. Do not recommend visiting this location, give your business to the dozens of quality establishments on the same block. read more
