The restaurant didn't seem particularly clean, the décor and ambiance felt like they had been thrown together, and the employees came across as disconnected rather than welcoming or engaged. Their hummus is excellent, their baba ghanoush is the best I've had since leaving the greater Boston area (with its abundance of outstanding ethnic restaurants) and the eggplant moussaka is fantastic. Plus they put this fully vegan cream dressing on the garden salad that is out of this world. Byblos has completely ruined me for a lot of other restaurants.
