Yay a new shake shack on the north side!! And it's beautiful and efficient and I am so excited! Honestly my visit today was about as smooth as it could have been. The establishment was clean, quiet, and organized. So light and airy with all the windows, it was beautiful. The food was prepared well - I LOVE the veggie burgers they have. Being a vegetarian, these are always hit or miss, but I looove these ones. Thankful that they prepared my food quickly on a weekday afternoon, and that it was hot and fresh. I genuinely have zero complaints, all praises! I dread when this place becomes party central & super busy because I loved how chill it was today haha. But it was a dreamy time - and I'm so excited having a new location so close. They also were very kind to my trained service dog upon entry. Our visit was quick, but they had no qualms with her coming in and us enjoying our lunch. Thankful for this!

This was my first visit to a Shake Shack. I was drawn in by the limited edition limited time Korean menu. I decided to download their app to see if there were any special offers. For me, they had a buy one, get one free Shakeshack Burger. Please note that it was a very specific burger only and not any of the burgers. They also have some different pricing like $5 shakes that are ordered through the app. The restaurant is very clean and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The Korean menu was good. I wouldn't say anything was particularly memorable though. I would definitely go back to try the more standard menu.

Upon arriving it was busy for a Friday evening (close to 8:30pm), but the staff was efficiently was moving around the kitchen area. I would say the service was quick. I ordered at the kiosk. The dine-in area was clean but no music was playing because it was a lot of teens hanging out it seems like for a friday night hangout spot. I got a Shack burger, a cheeseburger, fries -no salt, and a 50/50 strawberry lemonade/iced tea. By the time I sat down for 10 minutes maybe....not even that long, my order was up. Food was hot, my shack burger had a lot of shack sauce on it. Kind of made the burger fall apart a little but it was still good. The fries were crispy and hot. The drink wasn't the best. I shouldve just got the lemonade by itself. It was a good experience, I would visit again.

I tried the limited edition parmesan garlic fries and just wish there was more sauce included.

They offer burgers, mac & cheese, sausages, nachos, sandwiches, and of course some exotic hot dog. This is one of the most colorful trucks and you cannot miss it. Even though my interaction with them was very limited, the staff was nice enough. I ordered a jumbo Carolina Slaw Dog with a side of BBQ baked beans. The sides are already prepared and pre-packed, so my wait was not long. It took them less than 5 minutes to have my food ready. The beans were cold, but they did offer to heat them for me. I was heading straight home so I opted to just heat them up when I got there. My dog's bread was soggy, as expected. I am just throwing that out there for those people that soggy bread matters to. It was a delicious dog though and I really liked it. The beans were also pretty good and I enjoyed them as well. I highly recommend fining out where this truck is going to be and checking them out. They serve signature dogs like the Chicago, the New York, and the Ruben. Each dog comes with a bag of chips and you can purchase for an additional cost. I got a Brisket Dog and a Tex Mex Dog. They were made right there in front of me and I was given the opportunity to add a few things to them, if I wanted. I took the dogs home. They traveled very well. I though that they would be a lot messier than they were, but they were not that bad. They were not soggy like I would have expected either. The dogs were huge. They were larger than the bun. It had a kick, so it was what it said it would be. -we also split a Cheese Pizza ($17) on their regular crust. the cheese was generously applied, sauce was OK, the crust was subpar and not something we would order again (Visit #2) -Bavarian Pretzel Sticks ($12) come as an order of 4 lightly salted sticks with sides of nacho cheese and honey mustard. The sticks are among the better pretzel offerings I have had. Not the best (that would be 101 craft kitchen and Red Front), but definitely better than average. -Da Beef ($14) was a nice portion of beef. Because I was doing carryout, I got the sauce on the side. -the sandwich came with a side of their in house chips, which I really liked. they aren't seasoned if that's your thing, but I simply appreciate a fresh made potato chip and they were that Overall, if you like meat, it's probably on their menu and I'm guessing will scratch your itch. If you're not a meat-eater, it probably won't appeal. If stairs aren't your thing, it could be a dealbreaker unless there's another route I don't know of.

No sauce necessary. I tried the teriyaki but it wasn't to my liking and the wings don't require anything extra. They are perfection straight outta the kitchen as served on butcher paper. The fries are probably the best fries I have ever eaten. Seriously. I'm a fry connoisseur - I know my way around a fried potato! Best part: the price! They are priced appropriately. You order at a counter and they call your name for pick up. They have a small seating area. There are four 4 top tables. There is one 6 top table. The tenderloin sandwich was large. You can get a large sandwich for $10.95 or an extra large for $13.95. They have over 20 different condiments to add to your sandwich. For sides, they have french fries, onion rings, mac & cheese, baked beans, and chips. They are priced separately. They serve Coke products, which we really like! Our tenderloin sandwich was served hot and fresh. We got it with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions. They have a variety of sauces you can add as well. Since the seating area is small, my wife snagged us a table while I went to the counter to order. This was probably our mistake. Our order was priced incorrectly in that we only got the tenderloin Tuesday discount on one of the tenderloin sandwiches. We probably both should have gone to the counter and ordered separately. We got sauces on the side and my wife got the ranch and I got the fiery ranch. However, when we picked up our bag at the counter, my sauce was not included, although it was on the printout of our ticket. So, technically you could say both our order and our bill were incorrect Although the bill, you could say, was also our fault since we did not order separately. That being said, we have gone to other establishments on Tenderloin Tuesday and had one bill and we both received the discount. The tenderloin sandwich was OK and fairly priced given market conditions. Would we return? If we were on the far east side of Carmel, we would stop in again. However, we would not drive all the way here from the far west side of Carmel just for the tenderloin sandwich. If you are near their location, stop by and give them a try. They were definitely busy and the staff was friendly.
