Great food & atmosphere. Hubby & I had Chicago dogs while the kids had chicken tenders & a burger. I couldn't believe the size of the kids burger! The Chicago dogs were fantastic! Fries were awesome too. Parking was a bit weird as we had to park in a garage behind and walk around the building to the front.

I have been here 2 times. Both times I have ordered the Italian Beef sandwich, added cheese and sweet peppers and its so good. I did get the juice on the side, and extra of it. My mom got the Chicago Hot dog and thought it was good. It was not hot though because the toppings are cold. The place is busy, but not too busy. They do have TV's every where so you can watch multiple games from the network. It is loud so if you are looking for a quiet place this is not it. The staff is very nice and efficient.

Cool decor and friendly staff. Food is hit or miss. Skip the taco's it's a hot dog joint. I was hoping the house made chips would be warm but these were cold and pretty bland. I would try again just for drinks.

I visited Rush off Main, and ordered a burger, peach margarita, and a root beer float. The margarita was cold and a great value for the price! I was very pleased with it. The burger was also quite yummy the bun was toasted and warm. I knocked a few stars off unfortunately, due to being out of stock on majority of their appetizers, only had two of them out the list available. Also, I thought the bacon was under cooked and didn't give a great ratio of fries to burger. Would I eat here again yes. The service was ok, there was a shift change and the second waitress was very friendly and helpful.

This is a great spot to meet up with friends or grab a bite to eat with the family. My daughter got the pretzel sticks. She thoroughly enjoyed them and loved the cheese sauce. I opted for the chicken quesadillas. Glad I did! These were absolutely phenomenal! I hate chewy big chunks of chicken. The chicken was shredded and mixed well with the lots of cheese. Definitely want to dip them in the white sauce. It's not a sour cream. I am not sure what it actually is, but it's very tasty and ups the quesadillas a notch. The only reason for the four stars was it took a little while to get our food. Like 25 minutes and it is very noisy. Next time we will eat outside, so the noise won't be a bother. It was extremely hot while we were there so we wanted inside seating. Look forward to going back!

A had a pick of the place. Love the decor as a Cubs fan! The waiter was quick to take a drink order and make suggestions. I got the Da Beef with hot peppers. It was packed with beef! Chios were a little sweet for my taste, but good. A nice meal for a bad day. Give it a try if you're a sports fan or looking for Chicago style food.

Unique food, friendly staff, great beer selection. Started with the chicken nachos, not as big as most places, enough for 2 as long as your are eating other food. The chicken was bland but you get a good portion that pulled apart nicely. I ordered the bacon , very good and was way bigger than the bun. I got the homemade chips as my side. They were delicious. I am not sure if I would "rush" to go back, but I will definitely try again! Plenty of parking nearby.

As a Chicago native, I missed certain comestibles in central Indiana when I moved here. However, as the years have gone by, I can now get Chicago-style deep dish pizza, hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, and even Maxwell St polishes. One thing was missing though - the pizza puff. If you have never had one, it is indescribable (but I'll try anyway). Imagine all the ingredients of a late-night sausage pizza (except the crust) from the greasiest dive bar. Then stuff it into a double-wide Hot Pocket shell. I've said enough. This is a VERY kid-friendly place but also parent-friendly (with their good draft list and bottle list). And they have Old Style on tap. What's more Chicago than that?

However, I had family come from California who wanted to have a good tenderloin, and I talked to people and everybody said, take them to mug n bun, you know, it's classic, great tenderloin, fun vibe. I regret the decision of going. My teenage nephew, said one word after 2 bites of his burger, and it summed up our entire experience, bleak. BLEAK summed up every bite of greasy, flavorless, cold food we tried. The root beer had no taste and the very expensive milkshake had no flavor and flet like just whipped ice cream. The ONLY good thing was our server, Jennifer. She was busting her butt to server everyone and trying to stay up beat in the heat.

It's a long post. I grew up in Chicago when I moved there in 79 a friend of mine took me to…read morePortillo's on North Avenue. Ever since that day, I have loved beef sandwiches because I moved from Georgia and it never had one I had never heard of a Chicago hot dog. Well for 30 years, I wish for a Portillo's in any of the cities I lived in. They finally started expanding and opened one in fishers Indiana. I was so excited the first six months or so it was fantastic. I'm sure a money making grubby greedy manager got in there and started cutting payroll and trying to reduce food costs. The Portillo's I knew and loved disappeared. Beef sandwiches were paltry hotdog. Dogs are being used in the morning from the previous night. It was horrible yet every time I went and had a bad experience I complained and lo and behold they would send me gift cards. I just recently moved to Orlando back from Indiana. That's a long story. I came in just last night to the airport and thought Portillo should be open and should have fairly fresh food since it's only 830. The kiosk thing was kind of hard to operate so I went straight to the counter. I ordered a big beef dipped and of course I had to open my big mouth and talk to the manager and tell them that I ate it the first Portillo's blah blah blah like these guys even care. I said I know what it's supposed to be like so make a good one dip it baby. And then, of course I added a Chicago dog for dessert. The staff at the store seemed happy. They were talking while working and it seemed pretty upbeat. My number got called. I got my package and I sat down. I ate the Chicago dog first, and I had to tell you I noticed that the wieners they're using do not have the flavor of the former Vienna, beef dogs. The flavor of the dog was about half of what I remember. Yet the Chicago dog is prepared perfectly and the wiener itself was hot and plump cold veggies, tomatoes proper mat, celery, salt I would grade it a nine out of 10. Then came the big boy. From the minute, I checked the package and started opening the plastic bag and then the wrapper this thing weighed like a pound. It was hefty. It was hot. It was wet. After peeling away the layers of plastic and cellophane there she was just a staring at me singing do wa Diddy.... Could've probably use a little more hot peppers since they charge $.99 now but you know let's try it. Lo and behold it was just like a 1979 beef sandwich from North Avenue. It was great. It was fantastic. I wish I could've eaten three but one was sufficient. This is the first positive review I have given Portillo's in probably 10 years. I don't know if it was a fluke. I don't know if they realize food portions are important. I don't know what the deal is and I don't care. All I know is it this store made that sandwich and that hotdog to the standard I've known hundreds of times living in the Chicago area. Somebody must've gotten hired or transferred to teach people the Portillo's way. I'm a very happy customer. Kudos to the young man who prepared it. Kudos to the man who trained the young man. Kudos to the manager, who has staff being happy while working. And I will definitely try Portillo's in Orlando my new again home as soon as I get back. I might even go to Fisher today just to see what the deal is and verify that things have finally changed. Good job. Now start cleaning got time to lean. You got time to clean! Thank you for one great experience out of the last 15.
