Fundae's is locally owned and they even make they own ice cream just down the street from me. I was craving coffee ice cream and the clerk offered me samples of a coffee and donut ice cream and an Oreo coffee ice cream. After careful analysis, I selected the coffee/donut on a sugar cone. And it was wonderful. The shop is cute with tables inside and outside. They have over 35 flavors and several size cones, cups or milk shakes. Ice cream cakes are available for carry-out (believe me, I thought about it), The clerk was friendly and attentive. There's plenty of parking. In and out of the strip mall is a bit confusing, but worth it. The shop is less than a mile off the highway. Well worth a visit.

The staff is super friendly and the food comes out quickly. The dining room is spotless and decorated for Christmas. My burger is good, bun soft and the fries are nice and hot. I love their unsweetened ice tea (and they give me a lemon). I saved my custard coupon that comes with the kid's meal for another day. The parking is limited for dining in. Most spaces are reserved for pick up. I did grab the last spot. I guess most people grab and go, but I don't like to eat in my car.
