I wear my hair in natural kinky/curly hair in braid/twist outs, fros, buns, and twists 99% of the time, but wanted to switch it up. Loretta was great! She gave my hair a much needed steam treatment and a dust. She showed me exactly what hair she was cutting and how much, to ease my worry of scissor happy stylist. They didn't have the color i had but they were able to make a custom color for me. The staff were so nice and polite explaining everything to me. First they detangled my hair and gave me hair tips as we went along. The braid parting and size was true to the photos i showed them as a example. While i sat i was served tea and made to feel comfortable they always asked how i was feeling or if i needed anything. They were so excited to do my color and braids and really love what they do.
