This was their "best advice for me" and that I should come back and get both together. I only needed a haircut and this was the only chance I got (I am a SAHM with 2 kids and minimal backup except this day) so I said I would consider it but I need a cut now. It was 6 months since my last. That must have just not been the right thing to say bc I was judged, insulted during the entire session and I got the worst haircut of my life. I can't even get it fixed because it is so much shorter than I wanted. There are huge "texture" discrepancies all over my hair, the most obvious being in the back near my neck. There's also a strand of hair far longer than the entire length of my bob cut. I don't even understand how this happened. I'm so traumatized. I would never recommend this place and will never ever come back. I really had 1 chance to get a cut as a treat to myself, since I really don't have extra time to spare. And now I have to live with this until it grows out, definitely more than 6 more months. If I could give -1000 stars, I would. Please do yourself a favor and find a salon that can do a nice cut for long AND SHORT hair. WITHOUT A PERM TO MAKE IT ALL STRAIGHT FIRST. The skill level here is just so sub par. I could have done it myself.

I haven't cut my hair in 6 months and I have really long straight natural hair so you can say it is a blank canvas. This is probably one of the worst haircut I have gotten in years compared to other places that are in different price ranges. Leaving the salon it looked good styled but when I went home to wash it and had more time to look without it curled I saw really choppy layers and the length is much shorter than i wanted. For a cut I paid $107-110 not including tips and expected a decent cut for that amount. Truly disappointing as holidays are coming up and I have been wearing a hat to cover up, cannot wait for this to grow out but will take months.
