Horrible service never came to attend my table with my kids And constantly have to replace my plates take all my dirty plates to the front to replace them. Idk if it's lack of employees or lack of plates but I have never seen this in any shakeys. I've gone to multiple locations and never in my life have experienced this. Made me feel like I didn't pay for my food or if they are tracking everything I eat. If this is the issue then. Shakeys stop serving buffet. Never again am I coming to this location . read more

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the lettuce at the salad bar was wilted so bad. I don't think the salad bar area is good enough. I asked one of the gals and she said she couldn't replace it. I dug deep for fresher leaves and it was all brown wilted lettuce with green as well. There was an elder gentleman who worked there who was beyond amazing. He helped me with my order for take out. I've been coming to this location for many years and I've had nothing but great service and awesome food. Came today for Bunch of Lunch and I enjoyed all of the options they have here. Specially this one that I have a picture of here. They haven't had this pineapple pizza for many years and I brought it up to the Manager Marco and he was more than happy to make it again for us! So disappointed in this shakeys, the pizza was dry or over cooked and I was excited to pick up the food and head over to my brothers house in Hp. When I arrived to set the table, to begin serving I noticed it wasn't up to par with the experiences I previously had at shakeys. My previous experiences have always been great, the pizza was never over cooked the cheese looked so fresh. The pizza was so over cooked and dry, like if it was sitting there under a heated light for hours! The mojos were too thinly sliced so when cooked they were dry and hard, almost stale like. The reason I didn't call to complain was because I drove out here to spend time with my family and I did not want to take away quality time that we won't get back. I spent 98 dollars! read more
