I came here hungry for dinner with my husband . We ordered the same thing and his order was wrong and we had to send it back . My sandwich itself the cheese wasn't even melted and we were about the only ones there at the time . And this guy with glasses working wouldn't give me seasoning for fries himself when I asked . They have it but apparently management won't them pour some for people . And so I ended up asking for a new sandwich and guy with glasses denied me . So I asked for a refund . They had us wait until manager came back . (They didn't even tell us he was back ) . My husband had to ask himself . On top of that my husband mentioned his stomach started hurting . Would not recommend this place because of the rude staff and uncooked food. I went on my lunch and when I sat down to eat my food my fries were still raw. I usually don't say anything because I'm too embarrassed but since I was hungry I got up & told the girl at the front that my fries weren't cooked all the way. She snatched them from my hand and without saying anything she turned around and gave them to the cook. I turned around and sat back down and finished the rest of my sandwich. A few minutes later she returned with a fresh basket of fries & when I thanked her she made a face at me walked away. The girl with blue/green hair either needs to find a job that makes her happy or take a class that shows her how to be polite to paying customers. I ended up talking to the manager and he did not want to give me my refund and was asking for my receipt, mind you i never got a receipt because they never gave me one !
