Reason for the 1 Star.... Ivan A. has been working at this location for a while now, and his service has been consistently terrible. He's rude, lazy, and prioritizes his phone over customers. I've visited this place multiple times in the past few months, but the service has been consistently terrible when Ivan is working. Today, he had an attitude and was rude when I placed my initial order. I went back to order two extra sauces, and he made me wait about five minutes because he was on his phone. When he finally brought me the sauces I ordered, they were less than half full. It was clear that he was more focused on his phone than on doing his job. Restaurant was empty and it took over 20 minutes for my order to come out. This location was not that clean today but Ivan had plenty of time to be in his Phone and lean on the counter!!! Came here to grab lunch on a Friday afternoon and this place definitely hit the spot. Got a shake that was thick, delicious, and filling. First time here and the lady in the front made recommendations based on my liking and she mentioned the pineapple jalapeño chicken and it was a home run. The cashier Jackson was very nice, respectful, and very good with communicating with us. He treated us with great customer service. He recommended us many things on the menu and what we got was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection and the Oreo milkshake was 10/10. Out of all the Buffalo spot locations I have tried, this one would be in last place. I was only able to eat the top of my plate because the bottom was drenched and dripping in oil, yes im aware this is greasy and fatty food but this is unacceptable. I picked up a fry and it was dripping oil. I ended up throwing away the whole bottom part which was like half. The service is good and they have kiosks to order yourself. The ambiance I would say is family friendly but one of the tv screens shows music videos and something inappropriate might come up but I think it's fine. read more

I called at 9:00 pm to place my order since I know this location closes at 10 , I just wanted to stop by pay for my food and go. Man when you want something you just gotta have it. The last few times I've been down in LA I kept bypassing the chance to have some "buffalo fries". Finally, I decided I wouldn't leave LA without satisfying this craving. From there it was just a matter of finding the closest location to me open late and the rest was history. The South Gate location was open til 11 pm which gave me about 90 minutes to make this happen. Located across the street from the Edward's Theater in South Gate, this "Buffalo spot" is relatively new. Inside are a few tables (wish they had more), a drink station and a dining room that is well lit and certainly inviting. When you order at the counter, you essentially have an unobstructed view of the kitchen activities, which, I think is pretty cool. Despite being non stop busy, the kitchen did a tremendous job of getting orders out quickly, it was only a matter of minutes before I received my food. I order my food over the phone . I ordered four small buffalo fries with that NO SPECIAL SAUCE. I asked Priscilla for light BBQ sauce, NOT SPECIAL SAUCE. I came in and paid for my food and I then checked to see if my order was correct and turns out it wasn't because I ordered all my fries with again NO SPECIAL SAUCE, and I told Priscilla I never wanted special sauce on the food, and she looked at me like I was saying something wrong or ordered my food wrong and insisted I asked for special sauce.
