Reason for the 1 Star.... Ivan A. has been working at this location for a while now, and his service has been consistently terrible. He's rude, lazy, and prioritizes his phone over customers. I've visited this place multiple times in the past few months, but the service has been consistently terrible when Ivan is working. Today, he had an attitude and was rude when I placed my initial order. I went back to order two extra sauces, and he made me wait about five minutes because he was on his phone. When he finally brought me the sauces I ordered, they were less than half full. It was clear that he was more focused on his phone than on doing his job. Restaurant was empty and it took over 20 minutes for my order to come out. This location was not that clean today but Ivan had plenty of time to be in his Phone and lean on the counter!!! The cashier Jackson was very nice, respectful, and very good with communicating with us. He treated us with great customer service. Came to this Buffalo spot and had a horrible experience. The cashier was very nice and tried to handle the issue appropriately but the cook had the worse attitude. He made my order wrong and when I asked them if they could remake it he said no and he would give me something else instead. I said I would like to have what I ordered or a refund. Out of all the Buffalo spot locations I have tried, this one would be in last place. I was only able to eat the top of my plate because the bottom was drenched and dripping in oil, yes im aware this is greasy and fatty food but this is unacceptable. I picked up a fry and it was dripping oil. I ended up throwing away the whole bottom part which was like half. The service is good and they have kiosks to order yourself.
