So you're thinking ... "WTF?" Shakey's Pizza Parlor?? Ok, first of all, for you youngsters wondering what is a "Parlor?" Instead of saying, "I'm playing with my Nintendo in the living room", we would say, "I'm in the parlor." Anyways, if you're craving a good pizza or even fried chicken, go try Shakey's. For $9.99 ... AYCE! Yes, salad bar-drinks-pasta-pizza-potato wedges-mashed potato w/gravy AND fried or baked chicken. My Asian peeps know what's up cuz 60% of the dining room was looking pretty familiar. Just saying folks, we know what's up when it comes to food. Hahahaha ..... I laugh and kid but you'll see. I was really digging the fried chicken tho. Really crispy, very flavorful (no need for the salt shaker) and moist. Also, a shout out to Mgr. Charity and her staff. Very friendly and courteous. I saw Charity talking to other guests and making sure they were satisfied while her staff was busily clearing tables and making sure buffet line was stocked and clean. Shakey's Pizza is not great. At all. The pizza is very greasy, cheaply made and only memorable in the sense that you will always remember that you never want to eat it again. But I guess I expected that when I decided to take my kid there for dinner. What I didn't expect was the state of the restaurant itself. Not very clean. Tables left unbussed. One poor older women apparently tasked with delivering food and cleaning up the tables. But most impactful was their arcade area. 75% of the games were broken. Some posted with signs. Others games you had to find out when you tried playing them. It left all 10-15 kids crowded around two games jockeying for position in line. I wasted $10 on tokens purchased at the register (because the token machines were broken) and the employee didn't even tell me about the out of order game situation. Honestly, if the arcade area was fixed up, I would consider going again just to entertain my kid. (Let's face it, nobody goes to these places for quality pizza). But otherwise, I feel ripped off, dirty and disappointed that a family restaurant can go this far downhill. read more

So impressed with the level of service and experience at the Temecula shakeys Pizza. We chose this location to have our end-of-the-year basketball party for our fifth grade team and couldn't have been more happy with the service, food, and price. Dawn, the assistant manager, checked on us frequently as did other employees and it was clear they are all working hard to make this a great restaurant and experience for customers. For team parties, if the team wears their jerseys they get one free large pizza and free drinks. Highly recommend! read more

First off the place was very clean and I was greeted as I walked in secondly they did mess up on my order several times however Don was exceptionally patient kind and quick to resolve every issue he was more enthusiastic of getting it right then I was which I really appreciated that. We came in today to try the Lunch buffet special at Shakey's pizza in Temecula for the first time. The lunch buffet special is from 11am to 2pm. I was helped by Lillyan and Dawn. Superb customer service with a smile and such courtesy. Made me feel like a valued customer. I definitely recommend this location. It is clean, calm, and delicious. The pizzas were rolling out as soon the plate was empty. On point !! Dawn and Lillyan is the perfect combo as employees !! Definitely will visit again read more

Thank you Emma our cashier for getting our pizza order, correct. I had been here before, and they could not get it right. Emma was efficient, friendly,and quick. One of my children had a game machine eat her tokens without allowing her to play the game, and Emma refunded the tokens to my daughter. It was very very awesome. Im talking teeny tiny small for 6$ when dominoes medium look like an extra large in comparison. Both made wrong. I'm sort just bummed I guess. I'll try again another day and hopefully its better. When we first walked up to Shakey's, it smelled so bad we almost walked away. Joey, said it was outside and if we did not enjoy the service and food, he would comp our meal. Sounds fair. It did not smell inside. Infact, it was clean. The Customer Service was excellant, very welcoming and friendly. The pizza and chicken were good except some of the wings were still frozen and uncooked. Overall, it was good. Now for the bad. The cook had a full-on beard and long hair with no covering; not to mention, he was sweeping the floor and I did not see him wash up before cooking /making our pizza. The elder lady was not friendly at all. In fact, we left a tip on the table and she quickly snagged it up. I am hoping she shares it with her peers. Will we be back, yes. read more

Took my toddler here for the brunch buffet and it was perfect, we had pizza chicken and mojos and it was delicious! The reason I'm posting a review is more so for the service I witnessed and received. As soon as I walked in i was greeted by a couple of members with high positive energy with was really nice. After that I walked over to the register and the girl there had the biggest smile on eager to assist me. I went on to eat my lunch that my toddler and I enjoyed and she came by again to do a table touch and still just had that great energy and attitude and just made me feel happy. It sounds silly but its really nice to have the good energy and be around a staff that seems to really enjoy their jobs.
