We had their take out pizza at friends home recently. We were shocked at the great pizza because of a bad experience here 4 years ago. It was EXCELLENT. So we ordered takeout this week. Crust was tasty & crisp, not too thick. The best thing though was toppings. We had Italian sausage, mushroom & onion. Generous good tasting toppings, unlike Rusticos, Milanos (Hemet) and Filippe's (Temecula where you drown in only cheese.) Our antipasto salad was very fresh and good. This was our first time at this location, we usually go to the one off Newport. We had a great experience when assisted by Gianna. She was a pleasure to do business with. She was very personable and customer friendly. It's so hard to see that nowadays. From beginning to end, she always had a smile on her face when helping us and other customers I was able to see her help. Thank you so much Gianna for being the way you are. If you want value, atmosphere, good quality and a small business that is very, very active in the community then Pizza Factory is the place to choose. Having been a customer over a 15 year period, I can say the restaurant has been extremely consistent. I am a fan of their white pizza. However, the service and the amount of time it takes to get your pizza can be all over the place. That varies from one extreme to the other. At least there are plenty of tv's to catch a game or the kids can run and around play to their delight. The same for counter service, it tends to be friendly but not always. I am completely mind boggled as I sit here and write this review. I ordered pizza at 5:20 tonight and my husband was going to pick it up at 6 when they said it would be ready. When my husband got there he called me and said hey what the heck did you order I told him I ordered half pepperoni and sausage and half ham and pineapple he goes there trying to give me half pepperoni and sausage and cheese we never ordered cheese pizza. We walked in to order just two antipasto salads to go. No pizzas, just salads. After we waited about 20 mins for the salads, one of the girls that worked there asked what we ordered, so I told her. We have never heard of this place until our coach booked our end of season team party here. We are always excited to try new places even though this was a little out of the way for us. So the night took a turn for the worse when we found a hair in our salad, it was a turn off and since we were almost done, I just put it on the side without another thought. Until we got to the pasta and there was a different kind of hair at the very last bite. It was time to bring it to someone's attention because twice is not cool. There was a young male employee going back and forth past us bringing pizzas to the party room. He ignored me the first time I politely said "excuse me" but the second time, he whipped around and snaps "Are you talking to me? I'm not a server!" This was the same employee who delivered our food earlier and when I asked for marinara sauce he said to ask the workers at the register, but there was a line to the door so we decided against it at that point. His name is Camillo and he needs a job that deals with ZERO people because he's not socially equipped. The manager Amber was very empathetic and wanted to quickly resolve the issue, she called for their GM Lindsay and let me tell you, she is the saving grace of this poorly employed establishment. She listened to my complaints and bent over backwards to resolve the issue. She credited us for our meal and also made sure that we could come back again and have a meal on them. As amazing as she was, we could not return to eat having two different people's hair in our meals. So sad as we really had high hopes for this place! If I could rate 0 stars I would Worst experience with pizza factory ever. I'd ordered a pizza for my daughters over the weekend and the pizza was left at our door step on the ground for 2hrs Delivery was running about 45mins to an hour, fine no problem The problem came in to play when my daughter told me after 1.5 the pizza wasn't there. I called and spoke to the manager Amber, she said the pizza guy was on his way, ok no problem. 2hrs later my daughter called me back and said the pizza was still not there, so I called pizza factory again and asked about the pizza, Amber answered the phone again, and said "oh someone signed for the pizza". The driver called and left you a message, nope I had no messages or missed calls from the delivery driver, and that also does not make it right to leave food on the ground So I found that to be odd only because my daughter said no one rang the doorbell or knocked, and she didn't sign for anything. So long story short the damm pizza was left at the doorstep had ants in it After calling for a 3rd time to Pizza Factory and telling them the pizza was left at the door, Amber told me that it's not their policy to bring a pizza back. WHAT! So in that case just leave it a the doorstep on the customers home **Not so smart! Not a good practice** I wanted my money back and a new order prepared, Amber advised that the manager (Anthony) said he would refund the money but would not make a new order. I'm so disappointed and disgusted how this was handled, we've been a customer for over 10yrs. French Valley Pizza Factory-consistent over the past 5 years. The level of customer service meets my expectations for a local pizza shop!

I ordered breadsticks and the cookie pizza but I ended up getting the big brownie and doughy breadsticks won't be ordering from here again.

When you place an online order in advance for a certain time, one would expect to be able to pick up that order at or around the time requested. I placed an order over an hour in advance because I knew they would be busy with it being a holiday. I walk in at the time I was told to pick up the food and am told that their system was just sent the online request 20 min ago, pushing the pickup time another hour and a half back. They need to fix their system and stop deferring online orders and make sure they are fulfilled at time indicated. My suggestion is if you want to place an order, best to pickup the phone and to confirm with someone on the other end and not rely on a computer system. read more

My husband bought a bunch of these little fundraiser cards with coupons on them so we got the buy an XL pizza get a medium cheese pizza for free deal. They ordered the Combo Awesome pizza, idk i forgot what it was actually called....and he gave me the medium cheese with meatballs and red onions. And a dozen Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies and a 2 liter Fanta. While waiting for our order the kids and i played games. It was cool. I had fun!! The pizza was good. Meatball was flavorful.
