From Sunday to Friday between 11-2pm :) You have a choice of a mini pizza, pasta or boneless wings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the PIZZA! Possibly the BEST PIZZA in TOWN! Better than Domino's and Pizza Hut! For SIDES, you have a choice of a garden salad, Caesar salad or bread sticks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the BREADSTICKS! For DRINKS you have a choice of fountain drinks, beer or a glass wine! I managed to get there like I always do before everyone else I love the big empty lobby, but you can see this place packed out real well. I was immediately greeted and as I looked through the menu, I landed right on a large factory special... This is everything I could dream of perfect pizza crust with delicious sauce pepperoni... Bacon... Fresh cut peppers, fresh cut onions, mushrooms, well worth the way they will have to warn you I'll let you know it's gonna be 15 minutes because fresh high-quality pizza isn't something that you can make in just five minutes... I didn't mind when I got my pizza. I immediately thanked my teeth into it and I almost couldn't stop but I had to because I needed to save some for dinner and if you let me keep eating... I won't. Moved into Temecula area, loved the first few pizzas, order 1 most every week. After 3-4, pizzas came with literally no tomato sauce no sauce you could taste, we started asking for extra sauce, when we should have asked the for same amount of sauce we got on our first few pizzas. Most recent, came swimming in sauce to make pizza inedible. Took it back to store and pizza was remade , to be much like the first few pizzas. When asking how to order pizza from them it was stated that depends who makes it. Not a good business plan, to make the customer taste test a pizza depending on who makes it. We love the pizza here. The crust is delicious. I highly recommend the cinnastix. Service is good. We usually order take out, so I can't review the ambiance. It's a great place to order pizza. Enjoyed the soda ( lots of carbonation) and ice cold beer. Loved the mozzarella sticks and pizza was okay. The pizza was all the meats had really big chucks of ham bonus. Th part that missed the mark was the pizza crust was flimsy and could not hold up the toppings had to hold it with 2 hands to keep it from dropping the toppings. I will start by saying that it was quite busy! This does not justify the fact that we had to check on our order four times within an hours time. Not once, did an employee let us know that they were a little bit busy and our order would be out soon. Which it was not! We waited for an hour, after going up four times. The food also came out in sections. Some of us were almost finished eating before the next part came out. Otherwise, the food that came out first would be cold. The pizza was good but the salad bar was empty and had been completely shredded. Very disappointing! We spent over one hundred dollars! On a final note, we had to change tables because the ones we originally sat at were so broken and wobbly that our drinks were unstable! As a rule, I don't like to give poor reviews. Had Pizza Factory for a party in their room and it was... fine. It did the job and everyone ate, so no disasters there. That said, the pizza itself isn't great. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not something I'd crave or go out of my way for. If you need a lot of pizza fast for a group, it works. Was there apart of a party the other day and just wanted to shout out the boy who was working there didn't catch his name but he had glasses on with a visor. I will be quite honest here. I'm only rating the buffet. I'm thinking the buffet food quality is much what they sell non buffet. They have the typical pepperoni, cheese, combo pizza. A salad bar and some jello and fruit in sauce. The salad bar is very underwhelming and unsatisfying at best, BUT at 9.99 for lunch it almost makes your choices seem abundant! It's 7.99 if you had a coupon. It also comes with a drink. The reason for 4 stars: the staff is so nice and friendly, they have outdoor seating for my dog and most of all amazing chocolate chip cookies. We had their breadsticks--incredibley delicious--and one of their specialty pizzas that was super legit. We walked up to the counter to order, and they were super nice. They brought our food out, and it was piping hot. The beer was cold, lots of good choices on tap, and they have a half pitcher option that I purchased. It isn't on the menu, but just ask for it and you're good. Roughly 2.5 pints. Places advertise hand tossed pizza, but here it is verifiable--we saw the pizza man tossing that dough from our table. oh wow I just tried Pizza Factory's pizza for the first time. It's amazing I was very impressed. I've tried Papa John's dominoes Pizza Guys and a bunch of other pizza chains but none of them come close to the quality of the pizza pizza factory it's really like homemade pizza or a fine Italian restaurant and they have a Buffay and salad bar and wine and beer and they have a full arcade for the kids, this place is got everything I was really surprised I have to bring my family here. I highly recommend it and the owner is really nice. He goes out of his way to make sure you get amazing service. Our go to pizza! We've tried several pizza places in the Temecula area but always come back to this one. Our benchmark to compare pizza to is Upper Crust (Vista and Oceanside locations) but getting pizza from there is an event with the travel. Pizza Factory is a good substitute. I will say that once the pizza cools off, it gets a little chewy, but if you're eating this hot/reheated you're good to go. We typically just get an extra large with one topping and the breadsticks. (We were regulars for years with kids in sports and liked it) Very chewy cheese and the dough seemed less "natural" in flavor and texture. Sauce used to be very good and now is bland. They also changed the sizes, as a Large is now 14" and XL is 16". Very expensive for the size. The place was empty on a Saturday at 6 pm. The rest of the family had the same, immediate reaction. Stopped to have a pizza before heading to Pechanga RV resort. It was extremely busy with soccer teams and a rehearsals dinner so all tables were reserved. We ordered our pizza to go and after waiting 30mins for our pizza I was approached by a worker stating he had credited my card back and he apologized for the wait. I called in an order to go. It was ready on time. The pizza was very good. This is my pizza place now. There was only one individual at the counter. She had to handle the phones, the cash register, waiting on tables, and bringing to-go orders from the kitchen to the front counter for pick-ups. One of the fellows in the kitchen saw how busy she was and got my pizza from the top of the oven where it was being kept warm. The place was packed. It was full of couples, singles, and families. They've got the right stuff. They'll get the counter-lady some help. When they do, I expect they'll get even busier. That's a good thing. A server came after we've been sitting there already 10 minutes saying the table is reserved and can't sit there.
