I've used them several times for Propane delivery and have not been disappointed with their next-day delivery service. Some folks have questioned if the tanks are filled to their capacity, but having sensors connected to my tanks allow me to see how much propane is in the tank visually. Both delivery's had roughly an 85% fill. I'm sure not filled because of expansion. I highly suggest using their services, and if you're looking for a new BBQ or smoker, I recommend The Propane Guys!

Got my 1st invoice today and I just paid it. Another issue is the original 2 large tanks were never installed on level ground so they were leaning into my shed which in turn damaged the siding. I've called on that 3 times to see if they will replace the siding where the damage is. It's been since 11/21/22 that I sent in pics of the damaged. I won't hold my breath but Paraco took over the original company and customers so they should fix it. I love the very friendly and personalized service I receive from Hampton Tank located right across from the Bridgehampton Train Station. They have been very proactive in identifying problems with valves associated with my pool heater or my propane tank itself. Their service people fix things pronto. He said, without seeing the range, that it was garbage, and was not his problem. It turned out that when they did the switch over, they introduced dirt into the system, and clogged up the orifices in all the burners. They do not even deserve 1 star.
