However, when I called to discuss it with the owner, he was more than happy to help. He went through and investigated the situation/preference cards, did not blame it on staff, all while trying to provide the best customer service he could. They were able to fit my two dogs in last minute which I appreciated and they did an excellent job. Even if it was a sub optimal groom, having an owner who works with customers to try and navigate problems and make them right makes this business stand out. Thank you!

Respecting Taffy in how she was comfortably carried out and left our home. We appreciated how Dr Dahlgren came in with respect and kindness of our special girl by bringing a blanket filled basket that Taffy was placed in and carried out with such care. 4. Partnering with Agape Cremation who kept us up to date on each step of Taffy's cremation process. It was amazing and greatly appreciated. 5. Checking on us 4 weeks to the day that we had to say goodbye. We wish we had found LovingKindness when we had to say goodbye to our little boy, Runner, in 2016....I will never ever put my beloved companions through the stress of going to the veterinarian's office to say goodbye now that LovingKindness is here. Dr. Garmin sat on the floor to play with my doggo to make him comfy with her. I also wanted to mention cause I saw some not great reviews regarding pricing. They told me they would charge me $25 for his senior well visit and the stitch removal was going to be complimentary over the phone. When I went to get charged they were going to charge me for both the visit and the removal but I brought up the phone conversation and they honored it without even checking with the staff who I spoke to. I really appreciated that. I thought that was an amazing price for both services and I appreciated how they handled the miscommunication. Great customer service!

When I called the woman who answers the phone in the office - the same one I told at the start of the year to remove me from contact, she blamed it on the boarding care side of the business. But it WASN'T, because the voicemail that I received was from the office for a follow up checkup - where he'd never been once in his life. They also emailed the same with the title of "we can't wait to see XXX again". I can't tell you what sort of grief this has caused me and no one apologized to me when I called to ask AGAIN for them not to contact me - not going back there. If they contact me again for my deceased beloved pet, I'm filing a complaint - not kidding about this.
