I don't go car shopping that often. I run my cars into the ground. When my vehicle with over 200 K died it was time to get a new one. I had never been here before, but heard the ads saying you can bring a car your interested in to your mechanic, or have your mechanic come there and give it a full inspection. The staff was friendly, courteous, and there was zero pressure whatsoever to buy. They had a lot of great deals, and I ended up with a Toyota minivan with extremely low miles at an excellent price. Having been burnt by other dealers before I was wary, but this family-run business set my mind at ease. Dave, the owner/mechainc, and his daughter Mariah (sales) are both great. We scheduled a time for my mechanic to inspect the vehicle. He thought there was no way another shop would let him come in, and inspect, but he was wrong. He said it was a great deal, but needed a timing belt, and transmission flush not because of the mileage, but because of the age of the car. Full-Line did it at cost as part of the sale. In addition they had to order some sort of bracket/housing for the timing belt because it wouldn't come out without breaking the bolt. They covered the cost of that. Also, they presented a variety of warranty options, again with no pressure. I settled on a reasonably priced 6-month warranty as the care didn't have high mileage, but wasn't new either. Finally when bringing the car home I noticed the passenger power mirror was not working. It was working when we test drove it, and checked out the cosmetics as Toyota is known for great engines, but the trim tends to break. Considering how they treated me I didn't think for one minute they broke the mirror. My theory is that whatever auction house they bought it from just place the mirror in place, and was hoping it would just rest in the housing, which was cracked on the inside. So I called Full-Line after checking the cost with my Toyota dealership. They had no problems meeting me halfway. I paid for the new mirror, and they did the labor for free. Again, they saved me money as they were able to get the part cheaper from the dealership. I don't have plans to go car shopping for another car anytime soon, but the next time I do the first thing I'm going to do is check out Full-Line auto. Helped my teen daughter buy her first car (2011 Mitsubishi Lancer) here several months ago, and had a very positive experience overall. We took the car to our regular mechanic (Tires International in Manchester) to look it over before buying, and they found a few issues including a corroded gas tank. Dave (Ful-Line owner) repaired/replaced everything and put the car up on the lift to show us when it was done. Personally, I felt like the car was a bit overpriced, but it was exactly what my daughter wanted and she paid for most of it - so we drove away happy. Ful-Line gave her a 35 day warranty, and as luck would have it, on the 35th day it developed an intermittent problem (losing power at high speeds). We were worried there would be a hassle, but Dave was awesome - he stood behind the car and his work 100%, and went way above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem. He even gave us a loaner while he was working on it, and was great about communicating through the process. When we picked it up, he said to let him know if we had any more problems (we haven't). A lot of used car places are exactly the opposite - if there's a problem, especially after-warranty, they don't want to hear it - so Dave's integrity and commitment to quality was really refreshing and appreciated! Dave can come off as a bit gruff - definitely a "cut to the chase" kind of personality (his daughter [Mariah?] who helps out with sales is extremely personable, guessing she gets that from Mom lol). Honestly, if we hadn't had the day 35 issue and seen how totally committed he was to taking care of it, we might not have seen his true "good guy" colors, and I might have only given Ful-Line 3 or 4 stars. But seeing the lengths they went to to make everything right really impressed me, and I recommend them whole-heartedly. Five big happy stars for Ful-Line! read more

I purchased a 2000 Camry from Full Line Auto in Sept of this year. I had searched for a few months on many used car websites. I came across the ad for Full Line and liked what the website said..."The safe place to buy a car" ....and I am here to tell you, that is exactly what this place is. When I got their the salesman gave me the keys to the vehicle and said...."Go check it out and let me know if you have any questions!" He did not follow me out into the lot. I did not feel pressured. I came back inside and said I would like to take it for a test drive and he let me drive it by myself, again. Before I went out for the ride, I was told there was a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. Also, there was a great deal on a timing belt replacement (and it was a deal at $500) so I took advantage of that as this is a part that should be replaced on a Camry with over 100.000 miles on it. A week later when I picked up the car...all of the old parts were in a box by the salesman's desk so I could see them. I drove away with my plates on the car, registered and everything. I live in Watertown so it was a bit of a drive.....but WELL worth it. All of the employees I met were very nice, down to earth people. Thanks for the pleasant car buying experience! read more

We just bought a beautiful Nissan Maxima from here and we could not have been happier with our experience. We found the car online and went to view it and were pleased that the website accurately portrayed the vehicle. True to their tagline it only had one owner and no accidents. Dave (the owner) was very down to earth and straightforward with us while still being friendly and easy to work with. I bought a car from this place 5 years ago and it was fantastic. We will continue to buy our used cars here and suggest that anyone in the area looking for a reliable car with a good price tag look here first before going to a big dealership. Buying a car couldnt have been more easier!! All of the staff are so nice and welcoming and easy to work with. They are honest which is very appreciated. I bought a Nissan Sentra process took about two days since I did have to take out a loan somewhere else and bring them the paperwork but its really easy! i had my car within a week. Did have a few problems with a service engine light and brought it back to them as soon as possible with no problems and they took me step by step on what they were going to do! My son just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS 7/8/16. The prices and customer service that Ful-Line auto provides is better than some of the bigger auto sales places that i dealt with in the past. They let you test drive w/out pressure from a salesperson in your ear. They let you browse w/out over talking you and are available to answer questions with no hesitation. For a small place they are great. Other dealers should take lessons from them! Excellent people there! read more
