We also asked for a refund, but he said he wasn't authorized to issue one and asked us to speak with the owner, Mr. Indrajeet. Over the past two days, we've called twice and were told each time that the owner would call us back. We never received a call. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business responds. The lack of follow-up and unwillingness to resolve a legitimate issue has been very disappointing. If customer concerns aren't taken seriously, there's little reason for us to continue supporting this business. Unfortunately, we won't be returning and cannot recommend it to our friends and family.
