I am a regular customer here. The reason being because the prices are pretty affordable and it is 5 minutes from my house. During my recent visit I noticed the wings have dramatically decreased in size. Look how tiny these are!!! This is a serious case of shrinkflation. They need to find a different supplier if they need to buy tiny wings like this. In addition they charge for ranch. I ordered 20 wings. They should come with it if I order wings. Not only that but the food is never ready in the time frame that is estimated for online ordering. The staff here is soooo slow and no one is ever at the register. When they go in the back it takes them forever to come back. They need to seriously improve the quality and service. They also added beers on tap which is great, except there is no bathroom here. I would love to grab a drink and watch a game, but this is impossible if there's no restrooms for customers. The temperature inside is also uncomfortably hot. He told me he would put the pizza in the oven in 5 minutes and it was timed perfectly. It was a 15 mil drive to get there, but well worth it and I am so glad I came here. I tried the tandoori chicken pizza and loved every bite. So delicious! I could have finished the whole thing but saved some for tomorrow's lunch. Ordered online around 3:30PM, set a timer for 15 minutes as it takes me about 5 minutes to arrive from my home. Got an alert that my order is ready for me before my timer went off Arrived and showed the employee at the front my text message containing my order number, and he came back with my pizza, but a cookie pie instead of my churro fries. I asked the employee to check that the cookie is not churro fries which he insisted was correct at least 3 times before he decided to check the terminal. He confirmed again that these two items were for me and I again repeated that the cookie is not the churro fries I ordered. This was at least a minute interaction. Finally he realizes the item is incorrect and informs me that he needs a few minutes to make the churro fries. When he comes back with the fries, I ask if the fries comes with the chocolate sauce that's advertised on the website, he confirms that I'm asking for 'sauce?' and asks if I want ranch, once more I say 'no, the churro fries on the website has a chocolate dipping sauce, do we get one?' and he simply says 'no, sorry I am new' food is acceptable, nothing special. A large 14" pizza here is $20 for any flavor! This price beats other Indian pizza places in the area. Their 10" pizza is $10 and comes with a can of soda. The lone worker behind the counter didn't seem to speak English when we asked if we can just order with him or if we had to use their kiosk for self order & pay. He pointed at the kiosk so we placed our order & paid through there. Afterwards, he came out and asked us what we needed to order and tried to ring us up even though I already ordered and paid! I ended up showing him my credit card pending payment for him to understand. He then said it would take around 20 minutes. During the wait, we heard the phone ring multiple times and saw the worker go out and forward the line each time instead of answering it. I totally get that he was the only person working and he didn't speak English but why even have a phone line then?? And can the online order on the website work if orders can't be called in? We finally get our order around 30min later and it wasn't until we got home that we realized they got our order wrong! :(. We got 2 of the Tandoori pizzas with chicken instead of 1 tandoori and 1 tikka Marsala :(. It was actually salty this time around as well. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaan...I love Indian pizza! The pizza from here was beyond anything I've ever tried before. Most Indian pizza places just put a twist on the circular pizzas we're used to. Naan pizza is a completely different take on pizza. Firstly, instead of the traditional crust they use naan. And, instead of a circle they're made on actual pieces of naan. We had seen this place a few times and finally gave it a shot. We were not disappointed as the pizzas were full of traditional Indian flavors and spices. The pizza was okay for the price, the cheese pizza lacked cheese & when you request certain toppings on specialty Pizza's there seems to be a language barrier, either the person doesn't understand english or just doesn't care to bother adding specific toppings when requested. When ordering plain cheese pizza it appears as it's premade then thrown into the oven, it was quick but I did notice the lack of cheese on a cheese pizza & felt a little cheated. You get huge, thick crust gourmet pizzas for like $15, which is a pretty incredible deal given prices today. The price used to be even less than that before and recently went up, but if that's what they need to do to keep themselves going with the "wholesale" pizza, it is what it is. Their pizza renditions of Indian dishes are pretty accurate--even the biryani one!--and would beat the majority of other Indian pizza places in the area. You'll definitely find something you'll love! Also, they're really generous about taking orders pretty close to their closing time.
