I guess for Broken Arrow, Shanghai and Toyosu are your Chinese buffet options. Toyosu is essential a Chinese buffet with some Japanese dishes. Shanghai has all your basic Chinese buffet dishes that we all come to know and love. There is not a single dish that you won't find elsewhere. Everything is there as one would expect from a Chinese buffet. Came in on a Monday night at 6:30 PM. The restaurant was fairly slow with lots of empty seats. I would say not all the food was fresh. The stir fry green beans had been sitting there since lunch probably. A few other dishes were also sitting ducks. This place also won the award for the smallest cocktail shrimps. The food tasted fairly good. Food 3/5 The service was the best at Shanghai, one of the best service I've received at a Chinese buffet. My server actually came by and checked on me on numerous times even though I didn't need anything. Service 5/5 Shanghai is very affordable, $12.99 for a dinner buffet. This is possibly one of the cheaper Chinese buffets available. Price 5/5

Food was not fresh. They only had vegetable egrolls! Service was ok. Not the best buffet I've been to. Definitely could do better with the decor, cleanliness, and atmosphere.

Worst Chinese buffet I've ever been to. Empty food trays, slow to bring out food and dirty. Food is not even good.

Not the best place to eat. Plates, silverware and cups for the soup are old and dirty. Will not recommend for anyone to go here again

My favorites are anything they prepare (vegan) with eggplant, they do such a good job with it. My spouse likes anything they do (vegan) with cauliflower. Most items on the buffet, any buffet, are helpfully labeled if they are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and other helpful information. This makes it so easy for everyone to have a good time. Neither my spouse or I have had anything we'd be unhappy about eating again. Our meaty family & friends often suggest this as a place to eat so it's good for carnists as well. Regular buffet hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11:00am-2:30pm, Friday & Saturday 11:00am-9:00pm, Sunday 11:00am-8:00pm.

They have a sign up so you know! The staff were friendly and we kept getting lost--they helped us out a lot haha Drink stations are complimentary, aka free! Even by the food courts. The Hard Rock shop does Military/Veteran discounts on Hard rock items only, must show ID. (Drinks or food bought in the shop do not get a discount) We got the king suite and it was HUGE! Definitely didn't expect something so nice and comfortable! There were a few pieces of hair in some places in the bathroom (floors) but I didn't mind, it wasn't in my way--the bed was my main concern lol, and it was clean! No hairs, no bedbugs, nothing! Yay! (The room was super huge and everything else was very clean, mirrors had no smudges, no hair or dirt on desks, vanity, etc) The bathrobes ARE FREE TO USE, but if you take them you'll have to pay for it. (We called front desk to double check) There are many options to choose from with the casino machines, you don't need a card to play these. You can insert $$ into the machine, cash out, and it'll give you a paper you can either reuse in another machine or cash out at the service center. Parking lots are also watched 24/7 and security trucks are always coming through! The parking lots are also huge and wrap around the whole place, so plenty of parking for trailers if you're hauling one! Very comfortable environment! We're hoping to come back in the future!

You can get all the common dishes here but you can also get some unusual dishes that are very authentic. My grandson once ordered jelly fish. You can't get that at very many local restaurants. Another thing I like is that they have a couple of large round tables with lazy Susans. Our extended family sat at one of those tables once. It was fun putting the things we wanted to share on the lazy Susan and being able to spin it around and try what we wanted. It made for fun conversation talking about the different dishes. That was when our grandson ordered jellyfish. The restaurant is fairly small but the large tables make the restaurant good for groups. I think this would be an excellent place for a Yelp event. They have a lunch menu but you have to ask for it. It includes some of the popular Asian dishes for $9:95. They have smaller portions that come with a choice of soup or egg roll. Danny and I asked to see the lunch menu, but decided to order off the main menu. We split Crispy Tofu with garlic sauce and egg rolls. I liked the presentation of the egg rolls. They were cut diagonally and arranged nicely on the plate. The tofu dish was quite tasty. Next time, I plan to get Mei Fun. I have had it here before and loved the variety of flavors. The service wasn't terrible but it wasn't wonderful. We got our food in a timely manner, but we felt rushed to order and she didn't check to see if we needed anything or refill our water glasses. Service here has been excellent in the past. I am glad we came back to Chengdu and were reminded of how much we like it. We will be back soon.

We had a small group and were able to get a table right away. Our table had a lazy susan in the center which is great for groups. The service was efficient and our food came out quickly. I enjoyed the green beans but they had a little bit of a lemony flavor that had a weird after taste. I think the Kung Pao could have used a little more heat. The price for the food was decent.

I came on a Monday night and the restaurant was not too busy. The food was in abundance, mostly fresh. Some dishes have been out for a while such as the green beans and the mussels. Some dishes tasted great while others missed the mark. The hot & sour soup tasted neither hot nor sour. The egg drop soup was a little salty. The spicy seafood soup was the best of the soups. Avoid this place…read more The service was already disappointing, but what stood out more was how they handle billing. They added a 2.99% "service fee" to my transaction, and their posted notice clearly states that this fee applies to both credit and debit cards. That's where the issue is--debit card transactions are not supposed to be surcharged under card network rules. Their sign even tells customers to avoid the fee by paying cash, which confirms this is being applied broadly to all card payments. When I brought this to their attention, it was dismissed without any effort to explain or correct it. Transparency matters. If a business is going to add fees, they should at least follow the rules and clearly apply them correctly. If you decide to eat here, I would strongly recommend: * Paying cash * Or carefully reviewing your receipt before leaving I've also shared this concern with consumer protection and card network compliance teams so it can be properly reviewed.
