Food was not fresh. They only had vegetable egrolls! Service was ok. Not the best buffet I've been to. Definitely could do better with the decor, cleanliness, and atmosphere.

I guess for Broken Arrow, Shanghai and Toyosu are your Chinese buffet options. Toyosu is essential a Chinese buffet with some Japanese dishes. Shanghai has all your basic Chinese buffet dishes that we all come to know and love. There is not a single dish that you won't find elsewhere. Everything is there as one would expect from a Chinese buffet. Came in on a Monday night at 6:30 PM. The restaurant was fairly slow with lots of empty seats. I would say not all the food was fresh. The stir fry green beans had been sitting there since lunch probably. A few other dishes were also sitting ducks. This place also won the award for the smallest cocktail shrimps. The food tasted fairly good. Food 3/5 The service was the best at Shanghai, one of the best service I've received at a Chinese buffet. My server actually came by and checked on me on numerous times even though I didn't need anything. Service 5/5 Shanghai is very affordable, $12.99 for a dinner buffet. This is possibly one of the cheaper Chinese buffets available. Price 5/5

Not the best place to eat. Plates, silverware and cups for the soup are old and dirty. Will not recommend for anyone to go here again

This was April 2026... if you're a veteran, sign up for the OK HONOR FLIGHT!! The Hard Rock does host many things such as events like this. We enjoy the concerts, the drinks, and comp stays. Our teenage son enjoys the heated pool too. There are two main pool areas, which is a great idea!! I can see how they separated the party goers and family friendly options. Way to go Hard Rock!! Our server was extremely friendly and quickly brought us drinks. Since this was our first time it took us a while to look over the menu which was quite extensive. The entire back page of the menu was filled with lunch specials which are priced very reasonably at $7.99. We all ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered Chicken lo Mein anda cup of Hot & Sour soup. The other people in my party ordered Sesame Chicken and General Tso's Chicken. All three of us were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the food. My hot and sour soup was extremely delicious. It was chock full of sliced mushrooms and several pieces of tofu and it was almost a meal in itself and was served very hot. My Chicken lo Mein was equally delicious. The others in my party praised their meals as well and all three of us felt that we had finally found an excellent Chinese restaurant. I look forward to my next visit.

For those that know traditional spicy shrimp, this was spot on! Dusting of breading to hold the salt and deep fried with the shell on, which most will eat. You can get all the common dishes here but you can also get some unusual dishes that are very authentic. My grandson once ordered jelly fish. You can't get that at very many local restaurants. Another thing I like is that they have a couple of large round tables with lazy Susans. Our extended family sat at one of those tables once. It was fun putting the things we wanted to share on the lazy Susan and being able to spin it around and try what we wanted. It made for fun conversation talking about the different dishes. That was when our grandson ordered jellyfish. The restaurant is fairly small but the large tables make the restaurant good for groups. I think this would be an excellent place for a Yelp event. They have a lunch menu but you have to ask for it. It includes some of the popular Asian dishes for $9:95. They have smaller portions that come with a choice of soup or egg roll. Danny and I asked to see the lunch menu, but decided to order off the main menu. We split Crispy Tofu with garlic sauce and egg rolls. I liked the presentation of the egg rolls. They were cut diagonally and arranged nicely on the plate. The tofu dish was quite tasty. Next time, I plan to get Mei Fun. I have had it here before and loved the variety of flavors. The service wasn't terrible but it wasn't wonderful. We got our food in a timely manner, but we felt rushed to order and she didn't check to see if we needed anything or refill our water glasses. Service here has been excellent in the past. I am glad we came back to Chengdu and were reminded of how much we like it. We will be back soon.

I came on a Monday night and the restaurant was not too busy. The food was in abundance, mostly fresh. Some dishes have been out for a while such as the green beans and the mussels. Some dishes tasted great while others missed the mark. The hot & sour soup tasted neither hot nor sour. The egg drop soup was a little salty. The spicy seafood soup was the best of the soups. Steamed fish was great so were their fresh fruits and vegetables. The restaurant looks nice with a good layout, seatings around the buffet area. It's very spacious and comfy. Service wasn't the best but passable. Buffet palace is truly the best Chinese buffet in Tulsa.

Avoid this place…read more The service was already disappointing, but what stood out more was how they handle billing. They added a 2.99% "service fee" to my transaction, and their posted notice clearly states that this fee applies to both credit and debit cards. That's where the issue is--debit card transactions are not supposed to be surcharged under card network rules. Their sign even tells customers to avoid the fee by paying cash, which confirms this is being applied broadly to all card payments. When I brought this to their attention, it was dismissed without any effort to explain or correct it. Transparency matters. If a business is going to add fees, they should at least follow the rules and clearly apply them correctly. If you decide to eat here, I would strongly recommend: * Paying cash * Or carefully reviewing your receipt before leaving I've also shared this concern with consumer protection and card network compliance teams so it can be properly reviewed.
