I used to order here all the time probably twice a month, I liked the food. However, I drove all the way home today to find out they forgot to include my order of crab rangoon. I called to tell them that they forgot and all I was looking for was an apology. That's it an apology and to explain that in the future I was going to double check my order before I left the restaurant. I order online to prevent any confusion. Instead, I was told that they packed it up with my order. The young man then proceeded to further add insult by telling me it would be in a clear bag as if I was totally clueless. Again, I told him that it was not in my order. He told me that his father remembered packing it in the box. I repeated to him it was not there. I asked him why would I pay for $45 worth of food twice a month to be called a liar over $6 of crab rangoon. I was a loyal customer but not ever again. Great Chinese food in the Back Mountain! The prices are reasonable (as of 7-15-2019, it was about $6 including tax for the General Tso's Chicken lunch special [Chicken + Pork Fried Rice + Can of Soda]) and service was fast. I ordered online and they prepared my food when I arrived, but I was out the door in less than five minutes. The portion sizes are good and I can probably eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow if they make it through the night. Parking isn't too bad as long as the Dunkin' Donuts nearby isn't too busy. I normally get lunch takeout as the service, price, and portion sizes are a great value, so I would recommend trying them out if you are hungry for some Chinese takeout in the Back Mountain area! read more

Clean restaurant. My family was quite satisfied with the Mongolian Beef, Schezuan Chicken, Veggie Chow Mein, Homestyle Bean Curd, and Potstickers. I I really like this Chinese restaurant the food is very good and they gave me a free soda i did not even know i was supposed to. I know it doesn't sound like much but how many places advertised free if you buy something and then you have to fight for it because they don't even want to give it to you.
