I called Kiefer for a tow and they took my car back to their shop after hours saying they'd fix it as soon as possible. By the next day they knew exactly what was wrong with it and told me a price for the repair plus the tow. I was quoted 450$ which for what needed to be done was a fair price. I go to pick up my car today. The car was in tip top shape and they only asked me to pay 350. I have never gone to a mechanic that charges well UNDER the quoted price. Car drove home perfectly. No fuss no issues. To those who call this guy a con artist, I have no reason to believe this shop is anything but honest and fair. The price was cheap and the work is solid. Someone did a hit and run on my son's Ford fusion shortly after we bought it. I had two previous…read morevehicles repaired at Dave's body shop and I was amazed at the results so we decided to take my son's car to him to do as well. We were not disappointed. The look on my son's face when he saw the car looking better than when we brought it in with spectacular! Dave goes above and beyond in repair what an insurance company would cover, for example he blends the paint from the repaired body panel into the next body panel to make sure the paint matches perfectly. He found some other plastic trim and pieces under their car that had been broken prior to the hit and run on my son's car and he just fixed those without question and without charging us.
