This is our second time using Shannon since our move to this area. He did a third of our home which is carpeted, our living room furniture upholstery and outdoor cushions. He never leaves a mess, our tile floor is always dry when he leaves around the furniture he cleans. The upholstery dries quickly and our carpet has looked brand new both times after he is done. Shannon SAVED MY CARPETS!!! I came home on a Sunday afternoon to find my Labrador had an "accident" in several locations. I was absolutely flabbergasted. My knee jerk reaction was to call any available carpet cleaner. The first 5 local carpet cleaners were all closed on Sunday of course. I then remembered a post on Nextdoor, where several people recommended Shannon. My wife called him and he was at our house in 30 minutes. He came through and knocked out our job in a couple hours. I should also note that we had our carpets professionally cleaned just a month ago before we moved in, and Shannon left our carpets looking even better! It helped reading some of the good reviews on Yelp and I decided to go with his company. Best decision I ever made for my home in a LONG while. He was quick, efficient, courteous and meticulous. My parents recently purchased a home in Discovery Bay and they're getting ready to rent it out to possible tenants soon. My dad stumbled upon Shannon's and immediately gave him a call. After making the appointment, my parents were extremely impressed that Shannon showed up ON TIME and was ready to clean the carpet. Oh my gosh! Shannon showed up and pre-treated each room's carpets. He then cleaned each carpet. He did such an exceptional job! The carpets looked awesome. During the call, we asked some questions about their normal services, confirming what they do, and everything sounded right. Some of the super cheap places out there (often on coupon sites) make everything an upsell once they get in your door, while some big names charge really high prices, so it was nice to find B&V was an honest company with fair prices. We got most of the simple furniture out of the way, and off they went. They even went over a couple high traffic areas twice, focusing on providing results and good service. They had a few dozen squares for furniture to sit on while the carpet dried, and the carpet was about as dry as any other service we have tried before...not too damp, but out carpet just seems to suck up and hold water regardless. Overall excellent service, a fair price, arrived just a little earlier than our appointment time, and did a great job. There are huge wrinkles in the carpet and I could not move in until it was done. I called the services on a Friday morning the day before Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet up on Friday due to my restrictions, however, he sent his team out Mario and another young gentleman on Christmas Eve morning to perform the work. They were very professional and thorough. My experience with this company happened several months ago but better late than never to save…read moresomebody else from a horrific experience! A friend had recommended this company, and after being given an over the phone quote I decided just to go ahead with them. They weren't the cheapest but they came recommended and that meant more to me than price. They quoted me on a 3 bedroom 1,000 square foot house. They arrived on time and I left them to do the job while I drove my son to school. I was back within 15 minutes and they had already left. At first glance everything looked good but I started to realize that they had not moved ANY of our small furniture, e.g toy boxes. They had not bothered to clean under the couches and had totally skipped the third bedroom! I called them back to talk about getting the third bedroom done and Frank, the owner told me it was my fault that they had missed it! ( even though their quote was for 3 bedrooms!) I asked that they come back to finish the Job within the next 2 days as we were having a function and I had already paid them. Frank told me that there was no way he could come back. I pleaded with him explaining that I had already paid him for the 3 bedrooms and needed it done in time for function. He started to get very angry and abusive, telling me that it was my fault that they skipped the third bedroom abd that there was no way that he would ever set foot in my house again, and then he demanded to talk to my husband! I was so shaken and upset by this point that I put my husband on and they were able to work out an agreement. Frank would reimburse us a portion of the money we paid him so that we could try to get somebody else out to do the 1 bedroom. He would leave it in the mail box the next day. Ha! Never happened! My husband called him to find out where the money was and Frank replied that he had talked it over with his wife and son and that there was no way that we were getting any money from him. We thought it over and thought about taking him to court but it just wasn't worth our time and effort. Think twice and save yourself from the trouble of using this completely unprofessional Company!
