She and her team absolutely get after it! I did some research before narrowing it down to the top 2 companies. I called Koren first as she had also been recommended by some neighbors as well. A competitor had a website where you could book appointments and secure cleanings for certain parts of the house. It was a little much for me and led to more questions, thus my call to Koren first. I explained the Sq Footage in my home, the layout of the lower and upper levels, how many stairs as well as the loft. She explained the processes she and her team go through and answered most of my questions that I would have asked. We booked an appointment, she said she would text me an hour before, and she kept her word! We had a few older stains and a few recent and she and her team made our entire carpet look new with no more stains!! Her price after researching and inquiring with Koren was very fair and the work they do justifies the expense. I told her and her team, as they were packing up, that they "are the hardest working, most thorough team that has ever cleaned our carpets, EVER!".
