I love her. She is the absolute best. She has her flaws one being that she is not as housebroken as I thought. My dog did a number on my couch. No matter what I did I couldn't get the smell of urine off my couches. I had excepted that I would need a new couch. Until someone told me that most carpet cleaning company's also do couches. So I called this company the only company I trust with my carpet cleaning needs. Ruben was able to fit us in quickly. Next Level Carpet Care saved my couches! He got those stains and smell out! He did not honor the price I was quoted and I ended up paying $480!!! For a 1-story with 4-bedrooms, no stairs. James threatened over text and called multiple times which frightened me! He also did not give me prep instructions to vacuum, nor did he answer my questions. When I asked how long until dry. He replied: "Gosh do I have to repeat myself?" My 1st technician was Joe who was very nice. I was quoted $320 for 1st job and was told the 2nd cleaning would be cheaper since no stairs at new house & repeat customer. James arrived for 2nd job but did not honor my repeat business quote from colleague, and because I was moving out and limited on time- James took advantage and up charged me an outrageous amount. I booked after reading the reviews, but I don't want anyone to feel unsafe with this man in your home. As a woman, I was lucky my husband was there to protect me... I don't understand how he has been in business this long. Worst customer service experience EVER !! *Attached: Pic of James text as proof of him threatening me. I was in the process of sending my Zelle payment but he was impatient. It's strange to expect payment BEFORE the job was complete or before I could inspect his work.

Noe and Maria arrived on time and did a beautiful job on the shower regrout and Noe even accommodated some last minute requests to add caulking in the kitchen and quarter round. Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews. I would be happy to change my review to 5 stars if the team wants to come back for a full regrout on the floors, but I'm not planning to pay any more than I already have. I'll attach some pictures of the beautiful shower and subpar floor grout job.

Also had him check out my front steps that seem to need to be re-grouted - he pointed out white water marks coming out from the tiles is a sign of water getting in behind so he went tile by tile to figure out how many are loose. I look forward to his bid for service for spring project as he does great work so I feel like I will get a good deal and a great job well done.

Floorings, i've found water damaged on my subfloor. Why did I have water damage? May you ask well when they built the house, they built it with particle board on the floors. If you can only imagine that Richard gave me the option. He said you can cover it up. It is waterproof vinyl, but I don't recommend it. We went with his recommendation. I had the sub floors replaced with 3 inch. A treated wood, the floors were installed. It took a little bit longer on our timeline, but we are so happy with the work that was done.

Everything seemed fine. There were some minor details that were not done well and had to be redone. We contacted Richard and let him know. Every time he said he would come by to fix them he wouldn't, he would always come up with some excuse from needing to help someone move immediately to his car not working or working on another contract. We trusted him so we had already paid him which was my biggest mistake. He also says that it's full service" which meant we didn't have to take anything down or remove anything from the rooms prior to him putting on the floor floors. However they are clearly not experts on putting things back together. They dismantled my kids trundle bed and put it back incorrectly, making it unsafe for them to sleep on. We didn't notice how loose the bed was and how many screws were put in to make it look like they were putting in the proper place because we had to wait a couple days to be able to sleep in our house again because we also got the interior of our house painted through him. One of his handymen put a boarder around the living room to separate the tile floor and the wood they put in. However it started to lift and a staple they used to hold it down was sticking up. Richard came to see it and said he would fix it along with the other things that's had to be done. He then text us to let us know it will be 900 to fix the boarder because in order for the boarder to not lift he would have to remove some of the tile. We said no and He never came and eventually my son got hurt because the corner of the boarder that was lifted stabbed the bottom of his big toe. We had to get someone else to come fix it. They did an amazing job and didn't have to remove any tile to fix the boarder properly. Also a slab of wood came off from the floor on my kids closet. If you do end up going with this company please with hold payment until you are completely satisfied with the job and you know nothing is lifting or breaking/broken.
