Meh? I was disappointed overall. Here's why. I felt the two young men rushed the job, as they were here just over an hour. They had the master bedroom carpet to steam clean and a small bedroom carpet. In addition they had our laundry room tile and three bathrooms to get the grout clean. They did an okay job, but a little elbow grease would have helped. I didn't notice much improvement on the master bath grout. Strangely enough, our middle bathroom grout is two or three different shades, which they pointed out. Not Presto's fault. Our master bedroom carpet didn't look much better, and the excuse was because of split carpet fibers. The carpet is not more than four years old and we do not wear street shoes in there. What we were told may indeed be true so what can I say? They also steam cleaned three small really and one of them looks streaky now. But, I've hung it up and it's still drying after two days. I must say, there was a large food stain (soy sauce)? stain in my teen's bedroom carpet, which the cleaners were skeptical about. But they got it all out! Kudos on that. I just think we'd have been happier if they didn't seem to rush and put more attention on the dirtier spots. Next time, I think I'll use a different company and maybe use a different cleaning method, though it's my understanding steam is best. I know it can work well. read more

I wish I took some more before and after photos. We used Presto for grout cleaning / sealing and dryer chute cleaning. Nate arrived with a helper, unfortunately I didn't get his name but they did an excellent job with the grout cleaning and sealing. When they initially came we didn't have our dryer yet, they pushed out what looked like a giant cat, so we thought everything was clear. About a week later when we were able to install and run our dryer there was no air flow to the outside vent. A quick call and they were out the next day and pushed out even more lint and debris.
