I came here initially on a Groupon to try out their brow and upper lip work and it was a great experience. I ended up buying a membership and have been back a few times since. With a membership, you effectively prepay for sessions at a very discounted rate. You don't need to carry a card, they have your information stored by your name and let you know each time how many visits are remaining on the membership. I have never had to wait very long and always come on a Saturday or Sunday. They do a good "clean up" each time. After the brow threading, if needed, they will ask your permission to use scissors to do additional trimming. Then, they'll use a cotton swab to clean stray hairs off your face. They also ask if you want rose water or aloe after the session. All in all, it's a clean, efficient salon and I'm glad I found them! read more

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I had a groupon to use here and the gal working told me I couldn't use the groupon because I had been a customer in the past. I checked the groupon and it did not state this on it. After expressing this to the woman, she became very frustrated and angrily did my eye brows. She missed quite a few places on my eyebrows and lip and did not provide me with aloe Vera after. When it was time to pay, I used the groupon and she accused me of having already used it and said, "Don't use it again." Basically accusing me of lying. All the employees are courteous, prompt, and friendly. I'd recommend getting the prepaid 3 months unlimited session as it's the best value if you frequently get threaded. They have several options and combinations. No appointment needed, it seems like they either have no waiting or 15 minutes to wait if other clients are here. Love them - I have been going for years and just went back post COVID closure. They were super professional, the women now use their necks rather than mouths to hold the string and everyone was wearing masks, full body apron and gloves. My sister and I went in here to get our eyebrows on fleek!. It was my first time getting my eyebrows done, it's painful, but that doesn't matter my eyebrows are on "fleek" now. I went to this place because my eyebrow lady wasn't available at my salon. I wish I knew the name of person who threaded my brows because she did an awful job. She cut the ends of my brows off and when I confronted her about it she said she didn't. I've had the same eyebrows for 39 years and have always had ends. They also didn't have an arch they were straight across. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 15 years and I've never had this experience. I was so upset that when I left I had to pull over at Safeway and called my husband and cried my eyes out. read more
