When I called June 8 I was quoted straight manicure $40... not even polish ... that's fine because I just wanted my cuties cleaned. I received a text confirmation that as of May 1, 2024 price jumped to $100!! Not good business to quote prices and then after making appt price jumped. Of course the lady denied it.. she said she made my appointment that she remembers speaking with me. Lady that doesn't help your case. We all understand inflation and we all have to compensate but when you raise your prices to a ridiculous standard people are gonna go because it's not worth it. My nails always look amazing after my appointments here! I can't speak for all of the nail techs since I've only met a couple (find a few you like and stick with them), but Soman and Assel are great. I also recently had an appointment with Adele and she did a stunning job. The e-file does burn when used in a quick back-and-forth motion so you could let the girls know when it hurts. I'll go from best to worst: Oleysa: takes her time and does a very neat job; gel manicures last 4+ weeks; doesn't speak alot of english but friendly and always pleasant Gangina: not a big fan of the pedicures here but I like my nails and toes to match; does a neat enough job, efficient, typically painless Anna: only went to her once for a basic gel manicure and never went back after finding Olyesa. The manicure was very very neat but chipped in less than 2 weeks. Not worth the time or money Soman: went to her for a pedicure and it was ok. Super friendly with the most convo but the pedicure was painful (i.e. went too far with the drill) so I never went back Victoria: AVOID FOR EVERYTHING!!! I don't even know where to start with this one. For the first time my appointment was pushed back 30 min. And when I got there I had to wait another 30 min. I should've left when I saw her coughing and sniffing with her mask half off but I stayed when she suggested a very cute color combo. She then proceeded to haphazardly polish some fingers with one coat and others with two while pausing to text and scroll for music in between (still kicking myself for not walking out). And to add more icing to this cake she proceeded to slice my finger with the nail file (nails 101), over drill, and even cut my poor toes up too. After spending an extra hour at the nail salon, and feeling like a wounded puppy, I checked my account today to see she had the audacity to add on a $10 tip for herself. Plus her "master" manicure chipped in 4 days. Last straw. She's 100% the reason I'm posting this review and taking my business elsewhere. EDIT: Reached out to the owner. I found this salon by searching reviews. It had a really high rating so I decided to give it a try. I booked online which was a nice option. The system required a $25 deposit. The manicure price (non-gel) was $50 (plus tip) but I thought it must be amazing because of all the positive reviews. When I got there I was told to pick a color. There were hardly any colors to choose from. I did see other people who were there for gel manicures be given tons of color choices. Maybe they specialize in that type of manicure. The nail tech talked me out of cancelling and helped me find a color that I didn't hate. I will say she did an excellent job with the shaping and actual manicure mechanics. I feel it was way overpriced though. Typically during a manicure they rub your hands and arms at least briefly. That did not happen here. I had been going for a few months and the manicures and pedicures are good and last long. They prep you beforehand that it will be a little painful and your cuticles will be a little raw afterwards. My first appt ever was with Victoria and I ended up returning the next week because my nails began to bubble and peel. Afterwards I was booked with other techs. My last appt I was placed with Victoria again and the pain during my mani and pedi was so unbearable I was too traumatized to want to return. My cuticles ended up scabbing up and I began to feel triggered at the idea of returning. I reached out after going back and forth with myself to let management know and I was told okay and that the owner would be informed. I received no follow up or apology and I wonder if my experience and lack of empathy was because I was black or they just don't care. Either way I say this to say they will do a good job, if you see the right tech. However, if you have a problem or issue you can't expect it to get addressed. Update: the owner reached out after i posted the review and we spoke. The owner was apologetic and said she spoke with the young lady who worked on my nails. The owner offered a discount on my next visit for my troubles, but I doubt I'll return. They do a great job, but I personally don't feel comfortable returning. read more

I've been coming here since last summer and I MUST say that my nails have never been stronger or healthier!! I used to go to a traditional nail shop where they used acetone to take everything off and my nails were SO WEAK. It took Irina and her team some time, but my nails are so much better now! I love their creativity with the designs they offer and precise techniques. I have brought them photos before and they have been able to recreate it. Just like that! I heard about this place about a year ago and decided to give it a try (even though it's a 45 minute drive) because my friend told me they do a different kind of manicure here. I finally came and Lena did my nails. I absolutely loved them; the attention to detail, carefulness, and neatness was what I noticed most. She will make sure every nail looks perfect. This is NOT a place for you if you want to stop by to do your nails real quick on your lunch break. You need to make an appointment ahead of time and show up on time. They are really good and get booked really quick. Always clean, always disposable tools or autoclaved, no funny business here. My nails never break now and I get them done every 4 weeks just because they grow so freaking fast, otherwise I could wear their gel polish for 8 weeks easily without ever chipping or peeling. I saw Maria who was just so kind and so friendly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job recreating it. She walked me through everything she was doing and was so patience with me when I had questions. Thier techniques are innovative, the salon is clean and staff is so nice and welcoming. My nails look amazing and I will never go back to a regular nail salon again The only thing I would recommend is perhaps noting on Schedulicity where the salon is located ( for us first time visitors) They are in one of those shared salon spaces and is was a little confusing when I arrived and they aren't listed on the directory outside. read more
