Sam knows a variety of different movement and healing modalities, and somehow she blends them all together in a way that just works. She's real, approachable, and has such great energy. Sam's belly dance and pilates classes are SO much fun! They're high energy, great exercise, and you leave feeling happy. You don't have to know what you are doing at all--she is super beginner friendly but also offers challenges to people with more experience. If you're looking for something that's different from your typical fitness class, I can't recommend Samantha enough. She brings so much knowledge and heart into everything she teaches. The somatic class was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect at all when I signed up. I just knew I was going. I have done somatic work with therapists and such in the past, so I'm not a newbie to the concepts but I had never attended a "Somatics Movement" class before. We danced, shook our bodies like animals, did primal screams (which was an awesome release!), learned ways to calm our nervous systems and regulate the vagus nerve, and so so much more, then ended with a beautiful guided meditation and sound bath. The room itself felt incredibly cozy with soft lighting, candles, pillows, and essential oils. All these little touches made it feel really special. **Life-Changing Experience - I Finally Got to the Root of My Exhaustion!**…read more I've been exhausted since I was 13 years old, constantly being told my thyroid labs were "normal," even though I had every symptom of hypothyroidism -- cold hands and feet, brain fog, unrelenting fatigue. As a registered nurse (RN) and someone whose mother had her thyroid removed at 27, I just knew something was off. I even wrote a book on optimizing thyroid function because I went so deep into the rabbit hole trying to fix this on my own. But despite clean eating, dedication, and endless research, the exhaustion never lifted. Then I came across Regenics at the LA Fit Expo and decided: this is the year I get answers. I signed up for the full lab panel -- and one result changed everything: ferritin. As a nurse, we never check ferritin (your backup iron stores) in the hospital. But seeing mine at 11 set off alarm bells. I discovered a support group led by someone who'd done over 9,000 hours of research, and they said ferritin isn't "optimal" unless it's around 125.
