I am very happy to say that I received excellent service from the team (I worked with Rachel, Ruby and Jeff). The pricing was fair, the timing was perfect, and I was able to work with them to achieve the precise effect that I wanted. I really appreciated their getting in touch with me; and calling twice shows how much they care about their customer's satisfaction. I think they also really care about the details of their work and their communication with any problems, so hearing that I was unhappy with both was upsetting for them. Unfortunately the invitations had already been sent out by the time they called, so there really wasn't anything to be done, and I am still relatively unhappy with the printing which is what counts in the end. In retrospect (and after a few months calming down about the piece) there were a few issues that were not anyone's fault that converged with this job, (vacation of point person, miscommunication about ink coverage, etc) and a few mistakes on both the printer's part and on my part that led to the problems. As the printer's contact said "we both probably learned a few things". I will say they were very accommodating with my MANY questions, including questions about how we could lower the price, which they helped with significantly. I would say Swayspace is probably as much of a perfectionist as I am, which is what you want in a printer. I did get a whole lot of compliments on the invitation, and the bride was very happy. So, although I am not completely happy, as least the client is! In short, I would definitely give these guys another go. I think in retrospect the issues I had were either just unavoidable, or miscommunications. And the piece made the client very happy.

Yes, YouTube tutorials are one thing but since I'm a hands on learner; sometimes I just can't get it. This 5 star is going to the wonderful Reinaldo! Who saw me looking clueless next to the available graphics cards. Micro center has such a wide variety of everything that it can get overwhelming but he helped me every step of the way and even took a look at the list I made. Constructive criticism may hurt my feelings but his advice wasn't to sway what I wanted but give me more perspective of how it will run in comparison to how it will look. With streaming and my art set up, he knew I'd need a better parts. At this point, I didn't mind paying a bit extra because he EXPLAINED why I would need them instead of just upselling me for the heck of it. 10/10 service and care. Also big 10/10 for micro center getting employees that are knowledgeable and love what they do. Along with having EVERYTHING. I specifically came here after ordering a Web order of one of the two things they had - and then the following sequence of events happened. 1. My web order was not on the shelf, even though I had a confirmation email, they saw the confirmation email in their system, and then weren't able to find it after 10 minutes of searching. They then told me to go to the floor (no help, no direction on where to go) to go find what they lost 2. I am told to go to a sales representative on the floor. I tell him what I need, knowing that there is still one left in their inventory since I didn't buy them out with my Web order. He searches the generic name of the brother labels i'm looking for (literally "brother's label cartridge"), the results are very long, he doesn't go past the first page, and he tells me that they don't carry that here at all 3. I then show him the page on the website with the right name. He finally looks it up. he tells me it's an aisle seven and tells me to go there. 4. I go to aisle seven I search for another 10 minutes, no help from any staff at this point, and no cartridge to be found - neither the one I ordered online nor the one they had left in inventory. Look, I know mistakes happen, but there was a point of friction on every single step in this process. There was no accountability, no support when things went wrong, and no accommodation once the experience is wrapped up. I've had two negative and two neutral experiences. I've tried. I'm sorry. Never coming back, and I'll let my friends know my experiences when it comes to electronics

    Very grateful to the employees keeping this UPS location running right now. I've had to stop by a…read morecouple times during Covid (they've been opening at 10am, daily, I believe) and every single time each employee I encounter is so quick to help me out and get everyone in and out quickly. Even at 10am today there were at least 5 people already in line as they opened up, and a steady stream of people followed, and the ONE guy working was going above and beyond to help everyone as quickly as he could. There might be a line if you come here, but I've had luck getting out pretty quickly.

    I visited this UPS store countless times when it was my default drop off spot for Amazon returns…read more It's been about a year since Whole Foods has been designated as my default drop off, but I had the opportunity to drop off my return here since it was heavy. I asked Amazon customer service if UPS could be my drop off to complete this return transaction. Past experience here can be summarized as long lines moving very slowly but more importantly, nasty/impatient customer service. My recent visit was no exception. For one thing, the person behind the counter wouldn't affix the label to the box for whatever reason. Okay so I attached it. No big deal however the other employee behind the counter did so for his customers. Another thing which seemed to bother him was the taping of my box. He said it wasn't taped properly which meant I had to buy a roll of tape (for $8) or pay $1.64 for him to add more tape. Obviously I chose the latter. The problem with this UPS is the overall attitude of some of the staff, same familiar faces. I'm actually glad I go to Whole Foods for Amazon drop offs. This UPS, thanks to mainly two employees, is a headache to do any business. One star due to it being convenient on Court Street.
