The very first time I came in for this work, I had no idea how to get things started or even how to best get the files to him. Win walked me through the process, and even printed out a couple of test copies of my zine for me to make sure it looked precisely the way I wanted. Seventh Avenue Copy has been my go-to ever since then and I have always received spectacular service. I'm kind of shocked to see these negative reviews so I wanted to be sure to leave my positive experience here. I was just in there yesterday picking up another batch of printing and had a perfect experience. In fact, I emailed the file in and Win had it ready for me in a matter of hours. The cashier who rang me up yesterday was also super friendly and chatty and made a point of making sure I had the space I needed to pack up my purchase into my backpack. I hope people will give this place a chance and see for yourself that this is a friendly, efficient, local business. I look forward to being a customer for many years to come!

I really appreciated their getting in touch with me; and calling twice shows how much they care about their customer's satisfaction. I think they also really care about the details of their work and their communication with any problems, so hearing that I was unhappy with both was upsetting for them. Unfortunately the invitations had already been sent out by the time they called, so there really wasn't anything to be done, and I am still relatively unhappy with the printing which is what counts in the end. In retrospect (and after a few months calming down about the piece) there were a few issues that were not anyone's fault that converged with this job, (vacation of point person, miscommunication about ink coverage, etc) and a few mistakes on both the printer's part and on my part that led to the problems. As the printer's contact said "we both probably learned a few things". I will say they were very accommodating with my MANY questions, including questions about how we could lower the price, which they helped with significantly. I would say Swayspace is probably as much of a perfectionist as I am, which is what you want in a printer. I did get a whole lot of compliments on the invitation, and the bride was very happy. So, although I am not completely happy, as least the client is! In short, I would definitely give these guys another go. I think in retrospect the issues I had were either just unavoidable, or miscommunications. And the piece made the client very happy.

I specifically came here after ordering a Web order of one of the two things they had - and then the following sequence of events happened. 1. My web order was not on the shelf, even though I had a confirmation email, they saw the confirmation email in their system, and then weren't able to find it after 10 minutes of searching. They then told me to go to the floor (no help, no direction on where to go) to go find what they lost 2. I am told to go to a sales representative on the floor. I tell him what I need, knowing that there is still one left in their inventory since I didn't buy them out with my Web order. He searches the generic name of the brother labels i'm looking for (literally "brother's label cartridge"), the results are very long, he doesn't go past the first page, and he tells me that they don't carry that here at all 3. I then show him the page on the website with the right name. He finally looks it up. he tells me it's an aisle seven and tells me to go there. 4. I go to aisle seven I search for another 10 minutes, no help from any staff at this point, and no cartridge to be found - neither the one I ordered online nor the one they had left in inventory. Look, I know mistakes happen, but there was a point of friction on every single step in this process. There was no accountability, no support when things went wrong, and no accommodation once the experience is wrapped up. I've had two negative and two neutral experiences. I've tried. I'm sorry. Never coming back, and I'll let my friends know my experiences when it comes to electronics
