(33) Wintermelon with Fresh Milk
Kyna V.

This drink was a 4/5. Service was quick. This place is nice and clean. I wish they had their mini boba in stock though because it's my fave!

It might have just been bad luck but I thought the boba was tough and tasted stale and bland. The strawberry and fresh milk was a pretty solid combo. The interior is spacious and has tables for students to study and work.

Aminah K.

Got the mango ice blended with ice cream. It was too icey and not blended as smooth. Because it was so icey the boba got hard very quickly. I would probably get again without ice cream.

The Ann Arbor boba scene has officially become difficult to keep up with! But I am all for it!! I'm super familiar with ShareTea from back home (Bay Area) but I was still excited to try it here in Ann Arbor I ordered an Oolong Milk Tea with boba at 30% sweetness on their kiosk. Services was very fast and friendly and the staff were great about safety and social distancing. The space is really nice and I can definitely see myself lounging here with some milk tea and a book or board game in normal times. The milk tea was delicious and the boba was really good. Glad to have another boba option in the area!!

There are so many new boba places in Ann Arbor now, which I am ABSOLUTELY LIVING FOR, & this is the latest one in the one block radius around Nickels Arcade! Sharetea probably has the most prime location because they're located right on State Street, but as of right now, after having tried only one drink, I would rank this below Tea Ninja and Ding Tea, but above Chatime. The online ordering was a bit confusing when you walk in and causes quite a bit of congestion near the front of the store, but I'll definitely be back to sample other parts of their menu soon!

I've tried their milk tea with 50% sweet with both pearl and lychee jelly. In terms of the sweetness at 50%, stick with the pearl as this is what I wanted in terms of sweetness - it was perfect. If you do get lychee jelly, get your sugar level at light 30% as the syrup from the jelly will sweet things up. Outside of the milktea, I would recommend their mojitos. I have tried all four and my two recommendations will be the strawberry and peach version. Too bad that it's non-alcoholics... but get it to go and add some rum when you get home!! On a side note, how many more bubble tea/milk tea shops does Ann Arbor need???

Welcome to Tree Town, Sharetea!! The most exciting part of their offerings is that they have mini boba. What's the big fuss about mini boba? 99% of boba shops do NOT offer it; I don't know if it's complexity in supply chain or what. For instance, another boba franchise in MI used to have it, but corporate made a decision to cut it so I couldn't find mini boba in MI until NOW!! Anyways, mini boba is slightly larger than tapioca pudding tapioca, but smaller than regular boba/pearls. If you've never had boba, it's a good intro to it! Even though I'm a seasoned boba consumer, I always get mini when I can. I ordered the Okinawa milk tea, which can only be reduced to 80% sugar so it was a bit sweet for me but the mini boba more than made up for it. After I had already ordered, I saw that they have oolong MT, so I'll try that next time!

A block from UM campus. During my visit there were numerous students socializing. I enjoyed the green tea with red beans. I think they used powder tea but it still held its own. I ordered 30% level sweetness and thought it was perfect for my drink since the beans were glazed.

I'm not really a tea guy, so it was nice that they had other options available for the less tea inclined in groups. I got the Mango Shaved ice drink and it was quite good. The portion was also great for the price and I enjoyed every sip.

We came here everyday during our visit to Ann Arbor! If our daughter ends up choosing university of Michigan to attend, I foresee the need for a size-able monthly boba allowance lol! They have so many options, kiosks you can order from to make the process easier, always enough seating even during the busiest hours, efficient service and deliciously authentic boba!!

I can't believe there's actually a sharetea here! Sharetea used to be one of my go to boba shops in San Francisco and this boba shop really brings back some memories! The decor is upscale and the tea is solid and boba is chewy and great to eat! Definitely would recommend this place and I'd say it is second to Ding tea in Ann Arbor!

My drink was really good until I took a sip and out came a long black hair (I'm blonde so it wasn't mine) so I was kinda sad about that

I might actually buy coffee and tea as holiday gifts for my coworkers. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the women's bathroom was not clean, customer service can be improved, and some music can really make the cafe more inviting. I made coupe of orders, one included dessert. I was handed the cake with no fork, had to ask for one. Wasn't given napkins and didn't bother asking. I might sound petty, but honestly the product can be great. However, customer service is what brings customers back. There needs to be proper training. If I'm going to spend money and do everything myself and ask for everything that should be the basic/ standard, then I might as well make my coffee at home. It terms of music, I think it would amplify the space. When I stopped by the cafe, I was the only one in the main space and it was dead silent and all I can hear is the buzzing of the cooler that had the water and pop/ drinks. Some light music in the background would've blocked that noise. I only share this because I would love to see this business thrive.

The main thing Drip House has going for it is that it is effectively the only coffee spot to sit and study or meet someone right by the stadium (where a bunch of us live and/or work). It is also open into the early evening when a lot of other coffee spots aren't. And we do love an outside seating option. The service has always been just fine and it's a pretty cute spot (not to sound ridiculously nit-picky but while we're here--someone might wanna sheer some of the many dead leaves off the beautiful plant inside though). Also, the banana oat latte they had as a special a couple months ago was delicious. So yummy. Some things I don't love about Drip House: the blue chairs. So uncomfortable. It is expensive and, dare I say, overpriced. The first time I got my $14 piece of ricotta toast, it was delicious. And I figured, fine. It's $14 for a piece of bread with a little cheese and jam but it's so yummy, I'll splurge every once in a while and go with it. Plus, I can't eat tree nuts, so it is one of the few options for me. However, the second time I got it, it was most definitely not worth it. The "whipped" ricotta was just a sad, thin wet layer and there was practically no jam. I get it. It's expensive out here. We're living in the shadows of the avocado toast economy where espresso drinks cost minimum $7 and you effectively can't buy anything for less than $4. But just because you feel like you *can* doesn't mean you *should.* Paying $14 for a piece of bread.... Come on. It's insulting. It feels exploitative. Will i be going back? Yes, because of the proximity and sometimes a girl needs to go for a cute little walk to get a coffee--just to feel something. Would I if there was a competing coffee shop nearby? That remains to be seen. Also the size of the "large" iced drink. Come on guys.

We found nearby street parking and we were able to get a spot on a comfy couch that was near a power strip. There isn't a ton of seating so I imagine it can get busy throughout the day. The building is historic and also houses a coworking space which has a lot of really great amenities. The vibe inside the coffee shop is cozy but modern, and I loved the decor. They also had some really great merch - the tote bags were calling my name! I ordered the cardamom fig latte and Nate got a golden milk latte. They do that thing where they just yell out the name of the drink rather than taking your name, but I loved everything else about this place. The cardamom fig latte was unique and definitely tasted of both cardamom and fig. They have bagels and some pastries. I really liked the varied seating (comfy couches/chairs, tables, and bar seating) and plentiful outlets for getting work done. The wifi was fast and consistent. If I lived in the area this would be my go-to coffee shop. It's not the biggest space but it's definitely worth a visit!

Most recently I came here for a meeting, ordering a vanilla latte and a sweet potato hand pie to nibble on since I hadn't eaten yet. The description of the latter sounded so good, sweet potatoes with black beans and a few other veggies, wrapped up in flaky pie dough. The filling, however, was mostly pureed, giving it more of a baby food consistency which I didn't love. The flavor was good though but I couldn't get over the mushy texture. The black beans weren't pureed in but were few and far between (I think I maybe counted 2 or 3?). In addition to my hand pie I also ordered a piece of the billionaire's shortbread but they didn't ring it up/prepare it. By the time I realized it (I had to wait for my hand pie to be heated up) it was only a few minutes before close so I didn't bother going back up to the counter to reorder. IDK if they were just in a hurry to close or genuinely didn't hear my order but it was a bummer since it did look great. The vanilla latte, however, was quite good. And for a coffee shop that's most important. And what they lacked in substantial food options they did make up for in fun, seasonal drink specials and a few sweet treats like cookies and the aforementioned shortbread. The space is very cute, as well, and made for a really comfortable meeting location. So overall I did like my visit here. I just won't be rushing back here if I'm feeling peckish. But for a caffeinated pick me up and a nice place to meet or chill, this definitely fits the bill.
