recently came to this location with my boyfriend, we normally love share tea so we figured that this one wouldn't be any different however, we were sorely mistaken. The worker was so incredibly rude, he didn't greet us when we walked in, he ignored us when we were at the cash register and when we asked for help he just pointed at the kiosk. not a look, not even a smile. we already felt so uncomfortable as it was so we just decided to stick it out and get our drinks. the entire time he was preparing our drinks he had the worst attitude, throwing things, sighing, rolling his eyes, etc. when he finally gave us our drinks we were again disappointed at how mediocre the boba was. the boba itself was so hard, the drink was extremely watered down, and to top it all off my lid was lifting. i didn't even want to ask him to fix it so we just left. please share tea do something about this employee; he was tall, looked like he was in his late 20s, he had glasses, and was also asian. so disappointed. read more

Amazing spot to hang out at, or to have a moment to do some work on a laptop. I was surprised that they have games to play, it was my first time playing Uno ever and failed miserably. They also supplied me with a stamp loyalty card, where the 10th stamp I'd get a free drink. There's also free WiFi, and on every Tuesday currently they have a free topping promo. The cashier was super nice and helped recommend some popular drinks on the menu. Recommendations- Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea with Boba- surprised how soft and chewy the boba was, can tell it was freshly made. I gave a compliment to the soft boba, and the manager said they cook bobas every two hours, how amazing is that!! Can never go wrong with Hokkaido milk tea, an alternative drink for coffee in my opinion, and had an amazing caramel flavor to it. second time getting boba here. The texture of the boba is very chewy and delicious. I've tried the fresh milk green tea with boba& pudding and Hokkaido milk tea w/ boba. The robust caramel flavor of the Hokkaido milk tea is worth a shot. The guy with tattoo is very friendly and patient with me even though it took a long time for me to decide what drinks to get. The staff here are very caring and friendly. Their smile brightens my day. They also have Jenga, connect 4 and other games to play with friends. It's a cool place to hangout with friends. For the past years, my friends have been raving about the franchise Sharetea and why it's better than other drink shops. I never got a chance to try it, nor was I about to go out of my way to visit one. However, one day, I luckily stumbled upon a location on my way back from work in the area. Recalling what my friends have described to me, I was ready for this life-changing experience. I was lucky to visit this location on the last day of their soft-opening. As I stood in line, awaiting my turn to order, I saw grins of satisfactions from the other local customer from the corner of my eye. This made me ecstatic and I wanted to experience this euphoria as well. I ordered the Kiwi tea, and after the one sip my eyes lit up with satisfaction. Sharetea is now my go-to when I'm in the mood for drinks or when my friends are in the mood for boba. I love how their drinks are freshly made with fresh ingredients and the consistency of the topics are up to par. The ice in their drinks are seasoned in perfect quantity and the sweetness level is just right. Their sweetness levels are 100%, 80%, 50%, 30%, and 0%. But if you're on the ketogenic diet or want to reduce your sugar intake, be sure to let them know, because some of the drinks have fresh jams that may function to sweetened it a slight bit. So be sure to get it without the fresh jam sweetened toppings. This is a new establishment, so be sure to swing by before it gets overly-crowded!! read more

They don't give out stamp cards anymore. When i asked for it, they told me there would be a code on the receipt to input on the website. Then they don't give me my receipt, but just trash it in front of my face. I have not seen any codes on the recript after they started this. I have been coming here a lot since i moved to Chino Hills in April 2022. I guess they are telling us we can't collect any points for free drinks... They just tell you that so you would get out of the line for the next customer to order. Very disappointing. read more

Ok so I must say I love the winter melon milk tea, to top it off it's caffeine free so this will be my go to when I order here. I was just really bummed because the best part of boba drink is the boba and my mini boba got left off my drink. It's like not having ketchup on fries, or ranch on zucchini or no milk on oreos. Went in during the grand opening because I wanted mini pearls. Waited about 40 minutes and was told they didn't have mini pearls and would take another 25-30 minutes for it. I just got regular boba. There wasn't much boba and it didn't taste like much and it could have been a batch inconsistency. The workers were working very hard but I wish they knew about their stock before I ordered and invested the time. The drink maker was very impressive though.
