Sip/try your drink before you leave... my tiny bobas were a huge congealed clump and could not come up the straw. FIRST-TIME visit & thereafter: I tried this location several times before writing this review to be fair, given the addl feedback I got from ppl I also brought here ... * FARES feasted on: === Regular boba milk tea === Jasmine boba milk tea === Oolong tea === Grapefruit passionfruit mango tea * FRIENDLY service: Hit or miss, depends on the server that day * FRESH air seating outside? Teas itself were not bad IMO, but boba is a mainstay at tea shops like these and the fails on separate occasions was just one too many for me THREE stars ***

Excellent service , great tasting drinks and decent prices. They place nice music and it is clean! The woman working offered to split the drink for my kids! So nice, and my drink was peach tea with lychee jelly. Will be back when in the area!

If you happened to be served by the grace of the man wearing glasses, who looks like he's late 20's, and who refuses to share his name, I have terrible news for you. His horrible service and entitled demeanor takes away from the experience. Ordering from the kiosk seems to stress him out, and him projecting onto me made me quite uncomfortable. I just wanted to simply order, get my boba, and leave. I'm not sure if he was upset over the fact that I arrived 30 minutes before closing which I will apologize. However, the drink was just terrible; watery yet overly sweet. I mean come on?! How do you mess up a sharetea drink L O L. And the place was empty. Drink was exceptionally mid due to incompitence and service was horrible.

Let me preface this by saying that I am a fan of iced green tea drinks. That said, I'm super happy I finally tried this place tonight. I ordered the iced honey green tea at 80% sweetness and it was perfect. Can't wait to try the rest of their flavor creations; the taro blend also looks pretty yummy. This location currently stays open pretty late for the area (9-9:30pm) and it sure beats having to drive to Covina BMC (Banh mi che cali) for their iced green teas. Stumbled upon this place today after having a sudden craving. A little confusing to find but I'm also not from the area. Went inside and saw their extensive menu and decided to go with what never fails me - taro. I also rarely get blended anything so I figure why not and I love egg pudding. The size of the cup was a lot bigger than I anticipated but for $7 I'm not complaining. The drink itself was pretty good but was later reminded why I don't get blended drinks. The brain freeze isn't worth it. The shop was clean and service was ok. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great. I feel like the guy on register was just going through the motions. If ever in the area I would come back and try something else.

July 2020- A friend of mine was raving to me about how amazing Sharetea is and we were near this spot & I decided to check it out with her. It was my first time at a Sharetea location, & they have a lot of items on their menu! I was a bit overwhelmed but I narrowed down what I knew I wanted. I originally wanted their Strawberry Mojito drink, but I was told I was unable to get the tapioca balls because the way the drink was made & the cup it was put in. The cashier offered to give me a side of tapioca balls which was a good solution but I decided against it. I wanted the Strawberry Black Tea but I was not able to custom how sweet I wanted the drink which I thought was a bummer. I ended up getting it anyway in hopes of it being semi-sweet and mostly because I was able to add tapioca balls to that particular drink. When I got it I drank some of it but it was just too sweet for me. It was good but I ended up diluting it with water in order to enjoy the rest of the drink. I will def be back again to try their other drinks out, but I most likely will not be grabbing their Strawberry Black Tea. P.S as of July 2020 Masks are required in order to enter this location. Parking: This is in a shared lot with other businesses but there is plenty of parking avail in the lot. This shopping center seems really new and this location is off the 71 & Soquel Canyon Parkway.

Dropped by to grab a QQ happy family. The tea was consistent with other sharetea locations. It was strong in tea flavor, and I loved the different textures from the various toppings. I had boba, jelly, red beans, and pudding all in a drink. This is a great drink if you love different toppings in a simple base drink.

Solid boba place located in a mixed use residential apartment area. It seems to be a more quiet area, and I had no trouble finding parking. The interior was clean, the service was quick and friendly, and the menu was extensive. The boba had a good chew to it, although I do feel like they give you way more than your drink needs. However, they're keeping the 5 stars from me because some people might like the extra boba.

TLDR Price: 3/5 Boba milk tea: 2/5 If shareteas were live action Disney movies, this would be the Lion King of shareteas. That's right, it's that bad... Like the Lion King, I came into it with high expectations. All the other live action Disney movies (shareteas) had been solid at the very least, this one should be amazing as well! After this thought, I went with shareteas' boba milk tea, thinking that there was no way they could get it wrong. Like the Lion King, this boba milk tea started off okay. The beginning was not bad, it was everything I expected. However, the further along I got, the worse it got. It was extremely dull, and almost reminiscent of a boba milk tea from quickly, except I paid 5 whopping dollars for it... Also like the Lion King, I came out disappointed and had to force myself to finish it. I'm not sure if this is the usual recipe, or the milk tea just wasn't prepared freshly today, but I'm pretty disappointed... I guess that's just the circle of life.

I'm so glad Sharetea opened nearby!!!! They seriously have the best tasting milk tea & boba. Their regular size is tall & it's normal boba drink price. You get so much for your money. Their grand opening is on Saturday, June 1st but they have soft opening going on. The boba is fresh & the drinks are customizable. You can do 80% sweet, 50% sweet or even 30% sweet. They have various blended drinks as well. This location of Sharetea is located in the newly developed area near Rite Aid, Subway & near the new apartment complex. Parking is pretty amble right now. Not all the locations are occupied yet.

Amazing spot to hang out at, or to have a moment to do some work on a laptop. I was surprised that they have games to play, it was my first time playing Uno ever and failed miserably. They also supplied me with a stamp loyalty card, where the 10th stamp I'd get a free drink. There's also free WiFi, and on every Tuesday currently they have a free topping promo. The cashier was super nice and helped recommend some popular drinks on the menu. Recommendations- Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea with Boba- surprised how soft and chewy the boba was, can tell it was freshly made. I gave a compliment to the soft boba, and the manager said they cook bobas every two hours, how amazing is that!! Can never go wrong with Hokkaido milk tea, an alternative drink for coffee in my opinion, and had an amazing caramel flavor to it. Peach Aloe Vera Oolong Tea with Strawberry- super refreshing, highly recommend with level 50% sugar. Can't wait to come back and order their Lychee specials. read more

second time getting boba here. The texture of the boba is very chewy and delicious. I've tried the fresh milk green tea with boba& pudding and Hokkaido milk tea w/ boba. The robust caramel flavor of the Hokkaido milk tea is worth a shot. The guy with tattoo is very friendly and patient with me even though it took a long time for me to decide what drinks to get. The staff here are very caring and friendly. Their smile brightens my day. They also have Jenga, connect 4 and other games to play with friends. It's a cool place to hangout with friends. I'll definitely come back and check out their ice blended and crema series. read more

I don't usually review boba/ tea shops because there are so many tea and boba shops out there that it's very seldom for one to stand out to me. For the past years, my friends have been raving about the franchise Sharetea and why it's better than other drink shops. I never got a chance to try it, nor was I about to go out of my way to visit one. However, one day, I luckily stumbled upon a location on my way back from work in the area. Recalling what my friends have described to me, I was ready for this life-changing experience. I was lucky to visit this location on the last day of their soft-opening. As I stood in line, awaiting my turn to order, I saw grins of satisfactions from the other local customer from the corner of my eye. This made me ecstatic and I wanted to experience this euphoria as well. I ordered the Kiwi tea, and after the one sip my eyes lit up with satisfaction. Sharetea is now my go-to when I'm in the mood for drinks or when my friends are in the mood for boba. I love how their drinks are freshly made with fresh ingredients and the consistency of the topics are up to par. The ice in their drinks are seasoned in perfect quantity and the sweetness level is just right. Their sweetness levels are 100%, 80%, 50%, 30%, and 0%. But if you're on the ketogenic diet or want to reduce your sugar intake, be sure to let them know, because some of the drinks have fresh jams that may function to sweetened it a slight bit. So be sure to get it without the fresh jam sweetened toppings. This is a new establishment, so be sure to swing by before it gets overly-crowded!! read more

Been to the Arcadia and Rosemead locations, first time here. Easy to find, easy parking. Bright and clean inside, including the restroom. Our order wasn't complicated, Hokkaido milk tea, less sweet, with grass jelly and pudding. Then Winter Melon Tea. Both prepared quickly an tasted great. Come hang out, they have board games here. read more

I love the qq family drink! My wife loved the crema drinks but now they made it a $1 topping for some reason Nonetheless, my wife and I come here every Tuesday for their free topping there are other tea shops nearby but I think this place is on point with their creative drinks and price Update: actually it makes sense for crema to be available for any drink rather than just a few drinks. 5 stars! read more

I don't know why this Sharetea give me different experiences every time. I ordered QQ Happy Family Milk Tea and Hawaii Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly as always. Toppings are good, nothing wrong. BUT, there is something like cotton thread in milk tea and I chewed it for like 2 seconds until I realized something wrong!!!!!!!!!!! Missing toppings is not a big deal to me, but this? THIS?!?! The happy family tea is great for those who love a bunch of toppings. They don't give out stamp cards anymore. When i asked for it, they told me there would be a code on the receipt to input on the website. Then they don't give me my receipt, but just trash it in front of my face. I have not seen any codes on the recript after they started this. I have been coming here a lot since i moved to Chino Hills in April 2022. I guess they are telling us we can't collect any points for free drinks... They just tell you that so you would get out of the line for the next customer to order. Very disappointing. read more

Okinawa was not sweet at all and tasted burnt?? And boba was STALE. Yikes! It was bad enough for me to throw it away. I've been to many Shareteas, so I'll assume this is an outlier due to covid and less traffic = old batch of boba or something. But I don't get why the milk tea was also bad! Good service and great tea. The music was like ghetto rap full of profanities very loud and we had to ask them to turn it off. It was hard with our 8&10 year old so maybe not family friendly. They were nice about it though but we couldn't bring them back with this kind of atmosphere. read more

Wow open on Xmas day for my boba fix. Thanks for being open. They have a variety of bobas to choose from even teas with ice cream. We ordered so many bobas I don't even know where to start. Best local tea spot around. Very clean, friendly and lots of seating. The classic milk tea with green tea was spot on and if you want something fruity but not too sweet try the mango green tea. My husband wanted to sample the classic milk tea as he is very picky on it and he said its the best around. Great new spot in chino hills to try out! read more

Sharetea is definitely one of my all-time favorites! During this pandemic, it seems as if I order Sharetea on a weekly basis (not sure if that's a good thing for my health lol), but they have been taking the necessary precautions in order to keep their customers and staff safe. I typically call in to place my order and would just stop by to pick it up! My go-to drink is the Classic Green Milk Tea with mixed boba (half regular boba and mini boba!!). I love its creamy taste -- so delicious! Sharetea also offers free toppings on Tuesdays, just fyi! Definitely recommend giving this place a try. read more

Ok so I must say I love the winter melon milk tea, to top it off it's caffeine free so this will be my go to when I order here. I was just really bummed because the best part of boba drink is the boba and my mini boba got left off my drink. It's like not having ketchup on fries, or ranch on zucchini or no milk on oreos. A bit devastating, for a 1st world problem. Plus you pay extra to get the topping. So sad. I'll still go because my drink was good just sad it got left off. We should still support our local small business and pray for them and the economy of CA... read more

This place always closes early without reason. This is the third time we show up well before they're supposed to close and their lights are off. This time, a worker claimed they were really busy today and ran out of boba. We said we are not ordering any drinks with boba, and he just kept repeating 'sorry we're out of boba." Another girl was there equally frustrated and said she'll be complaining to the manager. I'll be doing the same. read more

Sharetea chino hills is one of my favorite places to hang out with friends. The service is great and I love the drinks. They are affordable and great for their price. I had a really awesome experience here especially with an employee named Jackeline Ngo. She was so kind and very helpful even though I ask a lot of questions about the drinks and different toppings. Great tea options, but it's not my cup of tea. It was extremely sweet and we asked for light sweetener. I had to let the ice melt to water it down and still waited to get home and mix it with water. If I was 16 this would totally be my jam, but I'm old and don't enjoy sweets like I use to. I will say the the staff was helpful and their service was prompt. They deserve 5 stars. read more

Went in during the grand opening because I wanted mini pearls. Waited about 40 minutes and was told they didn't have mini pearls and would take another 25-30 minutes for it. I just got regular boba. There wasn't much boba and it didn't taste like much and it could have been a batch inconsistency. The workers were working very hard but I wish they knew about their stock before I ordered and invested the time. The drink maker was very impressive though. She was making them as fast as she could go. It was very disorganized that day, customers swarmed the building, and I don't think I'll be going back for a while, but will update when I do. read more

To my surprise, this location was super packed. That is not a slight towards Sharetea I just didn't expect this newly opened location to already have so many customers! Our initial order took awhile to get out, but it was definitely because of the amount of customers in front of us. The Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea is always my go-to when I go to Sharetea. We ordered a single thai tea to go for my mom and that order took unnecessarily long to come out (20-30 minutes), but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because I do really like Sharetea. Yay, a Sharetea opened up close to me! While the teas aren't my favorite flavors, their boba is always a perfect consistency and so yummy. I also really like that the ambience here is so chill: the music isn't too loud/overbearing, there's lots of room (inside and outside) to sit and hang out, and the drinks are made and ready quickly.
