Their egg salad sando is absolutely delicious, and their onigiris are BOMB -- I am obsessed with the shrimp and bacon jalapeño one and would eat it every day if I could. The Spam and bulgogi onigiris are my boyfriend's favorites. The drinks are just as amazing, and the bubble waffles are incredible too. Been here a couple times and their drinks have been hit or miss. Honestly, their boba is what keeps me coming back! It's soft, sweet, chewy, and has the perfect consistency fresh boba should have. I've tried a few of their food items as well. (Avocado onigiri and veggie eggrolls) . Their food is made to order so be prepared to wait...wait..and wait some more. Is it worth the wait? I really wanted a mango smoothie really badly and rarely indulge. I found this spot on yelp and decided to try it. I got a mango shatter with 50% sweet. It's perfectly delicious! It's in the corner of the plaza... almost behind Sprouts. This little spot offers a lot more than I expected of a boba spot. First time here and there are a lot of options, not just boba. They have food and dessert! Decided to try something totally different. Someone recommended this place to me and I'm super glad I came! Very delicious drinks and food. Super clean seating and dining area. I got the 2 item with drink combo. For my drink I got the Thai Iced Tea. SUPER ON POINT just like Thai Iced Tea should be. Not too sweet, cold and just right. For my food I ended up getting the Beef Burgolgi and Lemon Grass Chicken. Both tasted excellent. Wish there was most meat in them since I'm a big eater. But I found out for a dollar more you can add more meat! Will definitely do that next time. Great place to grab great Boba, or Thai Iced Tea and some great food! The customer service is excellent. For my first order from here, we ordered: Original Egg Waffle Chocolate Egg Waffle Mango Shatter Fried Fish Cake Spam Onigiri Crab Meat Onigiri Bulgogi Onigiri Eel Onigiri So pleased with ALL of it. Was around the area and looked for the highest rated tea spot nearby to stumble across this place. Loved the service, they were accommodating and super friendly. They also got a few games that you can chill and play for a bit. In terms of the drinks this is what I thought. Mango Matcha Latte - Really enjoyed this one. Make sure to mix well before drinking because it started good but towards the end it was all matcha which tasted a bit chalky. (4.5/5) Red Dragon Fruit Lemon Tea - Personally I didn't like this one. Normally it's made with condensed milk and we opted to have it with oat milk with 25% sweetness. I think stay with the condensed milk because this drink NEEDED more sugar. It didn't taste appetizing at all without the sugar, more like seedy slightly sweetened water. Do not opt to lower sweetness much on this one! (2/5) Chocolate Ube Waffle - Really tasty overall. I was next door waiting for a car rental and needed a snack. I remembered this place had egg salad sandwiches and I wanted to try it. I ordered the egg salad sandwich and my husband accompanied me. The owner I believe was a male asian and he asked my husband to try any drink. My husband chose the fruit tea because it did not have any added sugar and he explained how they boil the fruit to get the flavors out. My husband and I enjoyed the iced signature fruit tea which had the right amount of sweetness without any added sugar. Light and refreshing! Excellent service !! These drinks cannot be chosen and they are random with one milk tea, one fruit tea and one tea. They make the drinks upon arrival. The cups are smaller than whatever they use for normal orders. Ended up receiving a milk tea with boba, passion fruit cactus tea and a toffee black tea. Sweetness and ice level could not be adjusted for the too good to go offer. Milk tea with boba- honestly I could do better at home. The tea was so watered down, it tasted like Lipton tea bags. Boba was nothing special. Passionfruit cactus tea- this was probably the best thing out of the three drinks. Tea taste was strong enough and sweetness was just right. Toffee black tea - terrible, nasty. Went straight to the trash. Not sure who came up with this idea but the toffee flavor tasted extremely weird. As if it was expired. The black tea mixed with it was bitter. No sweetness at all. Great drinks and super friendly service! The milk tea with boba had perfectly chewy boba, the salted cheese coffee was a hit with my brother, and my dad loved the mango grapefruit. I forgot to request 25% sweetness for my boba, and they kindly offered to remake it for free--I appreciated the gesture but insisted on paying. However, the wait time for all our drinks was still about 25 minutes, and it was quite hot inside (no AC), which made the experience less comfortable. Went here today because i wanted a calm and quiet space to draw. The ambiance did deliever! No loud and distracting music, and beautiful art on the walls! Workers were super friendly and patient w me :D My only two things, that can change depending on the person, is that i found the menu a tad bit confusing (for example, on the menu there was a 'Mango Shatter' but it didnt explain what it was exactly, you can always js ask for a description tho!) and the wait time was a bit longer than expected, then again this aint a fast food place lol, but expect like 7-10 minutes for one drink. Now for the drink i ordered Mango green tea with boba and lychee jelly. The boba and lychee was delicious and good consistancy, and they made it with fresh fruit! Taste wise it was so good. The only thing is that they do put a lot of pulp, to the point were it might be a smoothie (?) Not complaining, just wasnt exactly what i imagined so keep that in mind, very textured for those who enjoy that. Great place would def come again! read more

What a great little spot! Yelp reviews guided me here, and I'm so glad we stopped by. I ordered the Thai tea with creme brulee. It was not too sweet but had a nutty/milky flavor. A little light on the Thai tea flavor, but it was good! My husband ordered the matcha with red bean paste. This was interesting but very good! The red bean paste is creamy and smooth and goes very well with the matcha. I'm not sure if the man working was the owner or not but he was super friendly and helpful answering our questions. He was very engaging and he even made a small strawberry smoothie for our daughter, on the house! Super kind and generous. We really appreciated that. This smoothie is easily the best smoothie I have ever had. How can a smoothie be that good? The secret is that they blend FRESH strawberries to make it, rather than frozen or using a powder. This makes all the difference and what you get is a creamy and light smoothie with the flavor of delicious juicy strawberries! 10/10! We noticed they do also serve food but we had just had lunch so we'll need to get a snack on another visit. We are very pleased with the service, quality of the drinks, and fair prices. I was initially skeptical of the high ratings this boba place had, since they are rated much better than other boba shops in the area. However, after trying it, I now understand why they are rated so highly. The store is ran by a really sweet couple and the inside is extremely inviting. There is a lot of indoor seating available, and there is even a hand-painted mural on the wall which adds a lot of personality to the space. On my first visit, I ordered the chaos bubble milk tea, with 75% sweetness and light ice. The boba was the perfect texture, not too firm and not too chewy. It was also smaller than usual, which made it very easy to sip through the straw. I enjoyed the drink so much that I came back the following day. I ordered the thai tea with creme brulee which is their most popular drink. I was worried it would be overly sweet, but the creme brulee was very smooth and gave the drink an added creaminess, which I loved. They have a lot of food options available, so I decided to order the spicy tuna onigiri and smoked salmon onigiri. Each onigiri is made fresh and is packaged extremely well. It is served on a plate if you decide to dine in, which makes it very convenient to eat. Overall, I really enjoyed the drinks and food here. I could tell that a lot of care was put into making my drink, and I think that this place definitely lives up to their slogan, "bubble with a soul". This review is long overdue. We had our wedding a few months ago in May 2024 at Vellano Estate in Chino Hills and we had Chaos Bubble Tea cater boba drinks at our wedding. The owner, Quyen, was extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process and was even eagered to have us try his specialty drinks during our tasting. We came in with the idea to select 3 flavors, however all his drinks tasted amazing which made it that much more difficult to decide on only 3 flavors! So we ended up with our top 4 flavors. The most popular drink at our wedding was the Taro Tea with Taro Boba. We ordered prepackaged drinks instead of the self-serve option. Our Boba bar was a hit at our wedding and it's something that has been constantly brought up weeks after our wedding! All our guest loved it. I came here with some cool friends over last weekend. It was a really busy day inside here. The workers were so nice, even though they were swamped. It was definitely Chaos like the name with how busy it was! When I walked into the store, it was so nice, clean, and the decor was most yellow and black. It was a lively place to be in. I ordered 2 Thai tea crème brulées, one for here and the other to go to take home for my daughter. I ordered those drinks less ice and 25% of the sugar. My friends and I played a game that we brought. They didn't mind that we stayed a while to have our items, had fun, and stayed inside as it was so hot that day!
