Glad to see another Sharetea in the area. One of the better boba chains around. The prices here are a bit more expensive than the other location though. It's located adjacent to the skating rink in the mall so perhaps you're paying for the mall premium. The boba at Sharetea has a more chewy quality and the teas are generally more rich tasting, which I enjoy and gives it a more authentic quality. read more

I love boba! It's amazing that there's a boba place inside a mall. My go to drinks are wintermelon w lemon juice , grapefruit green tea, or classic pearl milk tea. They have options where you can adjust the ice and sugar level so it's perfect for everyone and anyone. Tastes exactly like a caramel coffee, but the coffee is very basic. Ordered a caramel coffee milk tea with boba. The staff is very nice, and I even took a few photos at the scenery set up. read more

One of the best sharetea in town. I love the customer service to the core. They have one of the best customer service i must say. I visit this place almost everyday as I work at Dallas Galleria. They only not offer mall associate discounts but offer free drink after 10 drinks. Huge variety of drinks but my favorite is qq happy family milk tea- less ice and no sugar. Tried to grab a tea and when I walked in, was told no mask no service. They didn't even offer to provide one. The location is at the ice rink level of the galleria in which you have to traverse half the mall to get there passing stores and people not wearing masks. So it was very confusing on how much sense that makes, especially when people now are vaccinated. They had a now hiring sign up, now I know why they cannot get anyone to hire, no one will go. I know for sure my family and I will never set foot inside a sharetea at any location now. read more

Second time ordering from this store. I didn't know much about what I was choosing from so I was slow ordering and the guy who took my order was super nice and patient but I asked a question and I think he thought I needed to change my order and messed up the ticket on accident no big deal and the other worker yelled at him for messing up which it was no big deal I ordered something that I thought was something else so it was my fault and I asked very politely if she could remake it and that I was sorry and she yanked it off the counter and told me all of the differences from what I ordered to what I wanted and told me that I looked timid and that I need to know better next time very rudely. Update: Better experience the next time around! Definitely still needs some work but I'm overall thankful for a bubble tea shop in the galleria! I went the first Saturday after they opened and it was fantastic. My second visit today is painfully slow service. And it's not like I've never been to a share tea before; there's another one in carrolton. There's a lot of opportunity for improvement with guest service, cleanliness, and efficiency. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would. this was my first time at a share tea, on April 9, 2022 around 3:30pm. i was unfamiliar with the menu. a after asking a few questions the person at the register was clearly annoyed. we decided not to order as i had a picky 9 year old with me and we weren't getting any answers. as we walked away the young person putting stickers on cups next to the register made a snide comment because we decide not to order, when i confronted her she started to yell at me because i didn't let the comment pass. clearly this is a young, very immature person, that doesn't have much experience in customer service. we obviously were too un informed on the menu for their time. she was wearing glasses and was wearing several gold chained necklaces, after reading the reviews, it seems that this same employee as continued to be an issue for this location. I hope the management decides to better train their staff in customer service. This store was small, cramped, and dirty. then the staff being SO unhelpful and rude made the experience even worse. don't waste your time at this location. read more

I visited Dallas last weekend and had a chance to stop by at this milktea shop. The shop is very cute and cozy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
