This review is for their soft serve and smoothie bowls. I've been to this Pressed multiple times, but it's very inconsistent. First, every time I've been; I just don't think they keep there soft-serve as cold as they should. I had been to multiple Pressed Juiceries in Southern California, and at those locations, the soft-serve was super-cold which made it so delicious. At this location, they don't keep it nearly as cold and this really degrades the experience. It melts too fast and just doesn't have the same level of gratifying texture that I've experienced at other locations. The service here is inconsistent. I was helped by a gentleman and he was nice, but clearly not focused on what he was doing. The soft serve I was handed looked like a failed science project. I will probably still give this location another try, but I wish this location would up their game and deliver the their soft-serve and bowls to a higher standard. It's a real let down to know other locations in their company deliver a superior product than what this one does. read more

Stopped by Pressed Juicery and had a really great experience. The staff was super professional but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. I picked up three one-day cleanses, and she suggested going VIP, which honestly made a lot of sense. She even threw in a few free shots, which was such a nice surprise. Everything felt really smooth and effortless. The juices were great, and I actually felt refreshed and reset after finishing the cleanse. What stood out most was how thoughtful and helpful she was throughout the whole process. Super clean and organized spot located in the Addison area. Came in to try the beet juice in addition to the dark chocolate protein, and ended up leaving with a multivitamin shot because the guy behind the counter shared information about the free points program. One of my go to spots. I like the freshness of the ingredients. I also like the fact that there is minimal hand contact with fresh ingredients and the cash register. I typically order the protein bowl and is pretty consistent. They have a glass partition in front of the food which is pretty high so the food is covered from view. It is frosted so you have to stand pretty high to see your food being prepared. Other than that...it's still my go to for fruit bowls. read more

You can add toppings to the ice cream but it's so good just by itself. It is a bit pricey for ice cream but it's vegan and healthier. Go try it out!!! This review is only about the products and not the customer service. The two employees who helped me where very nice and helpful. But the juice quality had declined, I'm sorry to say. I used to go to Pressed all the time when I lived in SoCal and the juices tasted amazing back then! I moved to Texas 5 years ago and haven't been to a Pressed since 2019 or 2020. I bought a juice cleanse, the beginner one last week and restarted my membership. The juices do not taste the same! They taste less potent and watery now! The vanilla almond, chocolate almond, Citrus 2, Greens, all are watery and not as good as they used to taste. I am so disappointed. I used to love drinking these juices and when I did my juice cleanse the other day, I really did not want to drink them. I have cancelled my membership. I wish these companies would keep their recipes and formulas the same. They get customers used to how their products taste, then they change the recipe and disappoint long term customers. I purchased the one day cleanse online including 6 juices and 12 shots. I have juiced for decades purchasing from sources as well and juicing at home. The concept is good, the ingredients are impressive. But I have left a 1 star review for this reason: The juices and shots tasted very watered down and did not taste fresh. For the price point, the product should have a high juice content. The majority of the juices that I had tasted more like herbal tea than cold pressed juice. I have to wonder how much of the bottle is simply water and how long before shipping were they juiced. Very disappointing. Will not ordering from them again. read more

I raced from the gym and arrived at Pressed (off of beltline road) 5 minutes before closing only to find that the employee had already locked the doors (on 9/18/24). I understand it might not be convenient to make orders close to closing time, but when you have an already early closing time of 8pm and customers arrive before then, they should be served. read more

Their açaí bowls are on a whole different level - especially the superfood one (which I ordered). It comes with all the different berries, e.g. goji, blueberries, etc., and you can even request additional berries to be added such as strawberries. Also got their "Citrus 1" juice and wanted to try their "Citrus 2" juice but they were out. I went to several of their locations on CA but I believe this is the first one I went to in TX. REALLY bad customer service. I was really looking forward to trying this place out but I won't be back. I came in and the employee went straight to the back and didn't come back out for a little. I thought ok maybe he was in the middle of inventory it seemed like but when we came back out he didn't even look at me or ask me if I wanted anything. He then went back to the back of the store and came out again. I then asked if I could order with him and he look at me like I was the biggest inconvenience. The customer service has never been good at this location and they're notorious for this (check the Google reviews). Love the product, the shop is nice, but the service is always terrible. They have an attitude when you ask for extra of anything (even though I'm the one paying for it) and they will point you to signs in the shop if you ask any questions about the menu as if they've never tried the product or you're a problem for being a paying customer. I really hope this improves but sadly it's been like this since I got to Texas in 2022. The ONLY reason I return is for the product. Management needs to do better. read more

My first attempt to visit the location was on 3/29. I came during advertised business hours (25 min before their closing) but they were already closed. I drove out here a second time today 4/1. I wanted to redeem the free 12 oz juice as advertised in the Dallasite101 passport I purchased. It says valid through 4/1. I was told they're not accepting it anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I stopped in today (we've been going to pressed locations consistently for years). When we walked in today, we did NOT receive a friendly greeting from Jessica. Her demeanor seemed very rude and judgmental. It felt like we were a bother for coming in. Typically when we come in, they allow us to create our bowls and then pay at the end but this time they had us pay for all our bowls before they made them which made all of our orders extremely difficult. I'm not sure if that's a new procedure but as African Americans we sure felt discriminated in that moment. Because of this "new procedure" Jessica decided to implement it created them to make our order wrong not once but twice and we continuously received attitude for their wrong doing. I will say, we did receive one bowl for free for them messing up the first time but as the other lady expressed we would receive a free bowl, Jessica appeared to have an attitude about us getting that bowl for free. I've been in retail management for 5 years and I would be embarrassed and disappointed if any of my stores gave that kind of customer service at this location today. read more

It is a shame. They are supposed to be open until 7PM (5:37PM), but the door is locked and I can see the employee sitting there. Don't bother making the trip during their posted hours because they are there with a locked door. I guess that makes their shift easy, but does not do much for the people trying to purchase their products. read more
