I ordered a honey green tea and a taro milk tea with boba. The honey green tea was fine, but my taro milk tea was discolored from the moment the barista set it on the table. It appeared more white than purple, and I knew this meant it was going to be too milky. One sip confirmed that -- there was way more milk than taro flavor. So I went back to the cash register and let the cashier know. I had asked politely if they could add more taro and less milk. So she called her colleague Belle and told her to remaken my drink, which she did. But she was NOT happy. Hey, I'm a paying customer -- I refuse to drink anything that's not made correctly. And because taro is my fav boba beverage anywhere I go, I know a good taro drink. This was not. When she remade the drink, I said thank you and she said nothing back. She looked annoyed. Excellent customer service would have been, "I'm so sorry. Hope this is better. Let me know if you need any other adjustments." The boba itself was also too soggy. I'm happy that Sharetea finally opened their doors just down the street from my house! You can find them next to Smith's just off the 215 and Valle Verde, which is super quick and easy access. There's another Sharetea location close to my boyfriend's house in Southern Highlands, but he doesn't like boba tea as much as I do. I paid a visit after work because boba tea sounded really good. Yes I like Mochinut's boba tea as well, which is also in the same plaza, but I was also curious to try out Sharetea. Now, after this visit, this place might become my regular boba tea spot going forward! I walked in and it wasn't busy at all, it was just me and one other customer inside. After looking over the menu, I ordered an iced coffee creama with boba added. My drink came out in less than two minutes and I took it back home with me. This drink was actually really good! The cream itself did have a super sweet taste to it, but the rest of the drink and the boba was perfect and spot on. Sharetea is a must if you're looking for excellent boba tea. I have something to share: this is absolutely one of the best tea shops in or around Henderson that isn't the one which we all know and love. I'd been following this Sharetea location on Instagram and took a while to stop by, but I figured that someone's gotta do it. Sure, I may have only made two visits to this chain before, but I've had a lot of bubble tea since then. I made two more visits this week. Seating was minimal and either half or fully occupied both times, but I was planning to take my orders to-go anyway. FYI, all orders appear to be in a standard 24 fl oz plastic cup. The first time, I went for the Creama Green Tea ($5.25), less ice, 50% sweet. The ice level was fine, and I observed that they didn't underfill the cup. The tea is properly steeped, balanced in sweetness at 50%, and does not taste diluted at all. However, it did make me sad that they don't offer a jasmine tea. The cream is rich enough to make me forget about that oversight. It's sweet and not salty, but it doesn't dissolve well at all in the tea, potentially making it tougher to balance sips. You can try to make do with a straw or clever hole-poking in their plastic sea, but I haven't mastered either. I went for the Classic Pearl Milk Tea ($5.50) on my follow-up visit because I wanted to try the boba. However, I got the mini pearls instead of regular because that's how you can enjoy the drink with a normal straw. The black milk tea was rich and creamy, not dilute like at some Hendo spots. My adjustments of less ice and 50% sweetness worked well again. The pearls, were mostly pretty good, albeit just a tiny bit softer than I'd like, but a few pieces here and there were inexplicably a bit too hard. They need more consistency with their consistency. Speaking of good procedures, I also noticed that they're sporting a B grade from their most recent health inspection. I don't think less of them personally since I've eaten at places with a C, and I haven't had a health issue today, but I felt obligated to mention this for those who care. It's justified that Sharetea has been a successful global brand for decades. Although they may have arrived too late to this market to be a truly dominant force, they're a great option if you're passing by one. And this place is actually closer to my home than my favorite spot. read more

Came here after lunch the other day because I was craving coffee!! I hadn't had boba is awhile, so decided to give this place a try. I got the coffee creama subbed out with non-dairy milk. I wish I had spotted the tiger sugar option (my fave) but next time. I enjoyed my drink and gulped it down in no time flat. Will definitely be back! read more

When they first opened the employees were very nice and I recommend everyone to try it because the combinations are very unique compared to other surrounding boba spots. Recently when I've gone in or ordered online I've got nothing but bad customer service. The young male employees act like it's an inconvenience to order. One of my delivery drivers even told me she was arguing with one of them because I ordered multiple drinks and they didn't give her the right quantity. So I called and the guy who picked up hung up on me. So I went in, he had AirPods in and had an attitude about my drink. He ended up finding my order and gave it to me. But I'm never going to this location again the employees have free rein and talk to each other instead of the customer. read more

This addition to the Sharetea family is notably similar in size to the other locations, specifically the Shanghai location. It's not much smaller, but I was the only customer in the store. When I walked in, I was greeted by the only employee on staff and even had some light conversation which was nice. The inside itself is very clean and has the bas decor that other locations have which make it very cohesive. The slight limitations in drinks is what brought the review down to a four. I didn't want to be picky, but I do only go to Sharetea for one drink, the strawberry fresh milk. Unfortunately, it wasn't served at this location and I noticed that a few other "promotional" or "newly added" drinks were not on the menu at this location that can be found at Shanghai. Overall, if I'm in the area I would stop by. It's typically not that busy so it would be a decent place for students as well, but not so much larger groups. read more

It's been a year since I went to this location since they started closing at 8pm and that's after I get out of work. I'm sad to say this place just isn't up to the ShareTea standard. The boba wasn't fresh, it was clear that the staff still wasn't that great at making the drinks correctly and there's this bad sewage smell. We ordered the toffee milk tea 75% sweet, and the crème brûlée milk tea (does not come with boba). Both drinks were fine, both were pretty bland and the foam on the CB was too thick and does not gel with the drink. The boba was soft and nice, that gets a gold star. read more

Sharetea is a pretty decent, if not solid option when craving for boba. I'm sorry, you know someone is gonna say it...but BrewTea is nearby. Me, I've boba'd all over the place. Lol. I've aged enough that I will not go to boba spots and compare it. Each boba place brings its own essence. And I think despite ShareTea being a worldwide chain...they bring their own essence and it's worth the try. If you've followed me from years ago, know I don't actually like boba. But! I do recognize good boba, and will chew on some from time to time. LOL. Some things just don't change. And their boba here is pretty good. :) They do run a bit on the sweeter side (to me), so it won't hurt to drop the percentage if you arent trying to have your tongue burn from too much sugar. We just discovered this boba place in Henderson. We were excited to find a boba place so close to home that's open later (9PM) We came on Sunday around 8:45 and the 2 guys there were super friendly. Our drinks were made perfectly and we were out of there in 5 minutes. We came back today, on Monday and had a different experience. We arrived around 8:40 and the first girl we saw as we walked in looked upset to see us, you could clearly see she didn't want to take our order. The other girl that was working took our order, i said hello and smiled, but this girl also looked mad. My boyfriend ordered his drink and she didn't even look at us and she responded in a rude manner. We didn't want to inconvenience them any longer so we ended up leaving. Since we are only able to come around this time every night, its a shame it felt like we were not welcome. read more

My drink was very watered down. I got an ice blended drink. I saw that they put so much ice that they were left with enough amount for another cup of drink, meaning mine was only half as flavored as it should have been otherwise. Cuz they put the same amount of ingredient and syrup as for one drink into twice as much ice. They noticed there was a bunch left in the blender after pouring into the cup, but they just served it without trying to fix it. I think they don't care to make the drink the right way. read more

Arrived with no other customers in the store, however two employees were up front ready to take my order. I noticed immediately that the air conditioning doesn't seem to be working properly as well as a smell? But I don't believe it to be the owners fault as this isn't a stand alone building.. but rather connected to other businesses. Regardless of the heat and smell, the two employees greeted us with smiles on their faces. I'm not very used to ordering boba but they let us take our time in looking at the menu, and I didn't feel hurried at all. While placing our order, the lady taking our order asked me about my options without making me feel dumb about it, and was just extremely helpful and thorough. We sat down for only a few minutes before our order came out and enjoyed our very tasty and refreshing teas. I had gotten the Oreo milk drink with mini pearls and pudding and it was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend got the coffee creama and he has demolished it already. I've been a frequent costumer of sharetea for awhile now many of their locations. I always order the same drink and don't know why but the California location tastes so different (much much better). This specific location, the drinks are always dependent on who makes them. There is no consistency in the drink. Sometimes it's good other times not good at all. Unfortunately, it's bad more times than good and honestly I feel bad asking them to remake it bc I don't think they know what's wrong. I see them following a recipe on the wall which I'm guessing has the proportions but it's just hardly ever consistent. I wish they'd ask the Cali location what they do differently bc it truly doesn't taste like the same product despite me ordering the exact same thing every time. read more
