The whole place had such a welcoming vibe, and the service was phenomenal from the moment I walked in. What really made the experience stand out was the manager, Tina. She was so kind, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure every customer had a great experience, not just getting people in and out. I'm starting to become a better buzz junkie! My last visit to water street I noticed they were building a new location and I couldn't wait for it to open. I missed the grand opening which I'm sure was great! One thing I can say is consistent with all better buzz locations is the decor/ layout. It's something about that black and yellow combo and honey comb theme that does something for me. My reason for visiting was to try the new carnitas egg bites and they were pretty good. Mine were a little burnt on top so they were a little dry but the cilantro sauce made up for it. I also ordered the lemon bar matcha and OMG! The cold foam itself could've been served on ice and I would've been just fine but the citrus cold foam and match blended well perfectly. Apparently, it's only available at this location so now you have to visit! Overall my visit was great! My attendant Kyle was super sweet and delivered great customer service and recommended the cheese danish which was also very tasty. My mother-in-law recently stopped by Better Buzz on her way to visit us, and the experience was so wonderful that she asked me to leave this review. She ordered two large oat milk matchas and two pastries. When she got to the window, she mentioned to the employees how much my husband and I love Better Buzz and that we actually prefer their matcha and coffee over Starbucks and Dutch Bros. When she received her order, she noticed the matchas were accidentally made as regulars instead of larges. The team remade both drinks as larges and insisted she keep the two small matchas as well. As if that wasn't generous enough, Jake and Ashley also put together a bag of goodies for her to try, this was perfect as she's more of a pastry lover than a caffeine drinker. She was genuinely surprised by their kindness and how they turned a simple mistake into such a positive experience. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Mistakes happen everywhere, but it's how a business responds that really matters. The name is no joke! Every single coffee I've gotten here gets me jacked up from all the caffeine in a good way. Every drink I've gotten has been really good. They have lots of pastry items and food items. Everybody that works there is super friendly. The only problem I had was in the drive-through one time and they couldn't hear anything I said, but that was only one time.. I like that they have a little outdoor seating and indoor. This is my favorite better buzz location in Vegas! I've already come by at least 4 times, and it's always been a great experience. The staff are super friendly, the drinks are consistently delicious (especially my favorite - best drink ever), and they are also so fast and efficient. They were so sweet today and were making conversation and joking with us, then even gave us an extra free drink that someone didn't pick up! I would recommend going inside to order rather than drive through since it's faster that way, but it is still great that both are an option for customers. Parking is pretty easy, and it's a relaxed yet nice aesthetic inside. I love how many menu options there are as well, and the pastries always look so tempting. I'll definitely be back! read more

I was lucky enough to get to attend the soft opening for Better Buzz Coffee. I am a big fan of a sister location, so I have been patiently waiting for the Lake Mead location to open. Food They have such a great drink and food menu, it's sometimes hard to decide. I went with the cinnamon latte and the açaí bowl. The latte was excellent and gave me a caffeine boost the rest of the day. The açaí bowl was fresh and filling. 5/5 Service They were training staff, so there were a lot of them. Everyone was friendly and helpful, they made the process very way. 5/5 Ambiance I didn't go inside this time, but they do have a nice inside and patio area. The drive thru has two lanes and was fast. Admittedly, the entry way is a little strange. You can't get in off Water St, so you have to make a u-turn to get in. Better Buzz is arguably my favorite coffee shop in Henderson. A better way to _____ your day. (Please give me royalties if you use that.) Better Buzz is a chain from San Diego that is steadily growing their Vegas valley presence. I've been enjoying their initial St. Rose Pkwy location and using occasional random discounts from their app, and I did the same today except at their brand new location on the northeast corner of Lake Mead and Water Street. (Pro tip: I'm pretty sure access is only available from westbound Lake Mead, not Water. You can do a U-turn from eastbound Lake Mead just past the light, traffic permitting.) My app gave me a discount where any drink (with some exceptions, like smoothies), any size goes down to $5. I picked expensive-looking, new-sounding Cinnamon Pistachio Best Drink Ever ($7.79). It is super rich and creamy and is obviously a calorie bomb per taste and menu, but it still tastes drinkable and not overwhelming. The employees were friendly, the drink came out quickly, there's a complimentary water tap as I expected from their other store (although I actually didn't actually try it), and air-conditioning was running smoothly. I guess they ran out of grand opening cups/stickers since they didn't offer any to me, but I definitely wasn't gonna be up at 4:30am for the 200 hats anyway. I'm excited that there's now a closer Better Buzz to where I live. It's got longer hours than the less chain-y spots, actually has indoor seating unlike some nearby chain spots, and is not a Starbucks. Trying new coffee shops is my thing. I've been waiting on this coffee shop to open as soon as I saw it being built. I finally saw they were having their grand opening and made it a point to stop today while out running errands. Inside is not big but they do have outside seating. They have coffee for sale and other things like croissants, donuts and pastries. The menu was extensive with different coffees that you can get both iced and hot. They also have sandwiches and breakfast items. Today I tried the Coconut iced coffee and Hazelnut Divinity coffee which I had hot. I know, I know, two coffees. Yes! My greedy spirit took over lol. Better Buzz is a great spot for breakfast and coffee. The space is bright and modern with lots of natural light, fun yellow accents, and plenty of seating inside and out. The decor is cute without trying too hard, and the whole place has a clean, upbeat feel. I ordered the Better Breakfast Sandwich, the Coconut Macadamia "Best Drink Ever," and a chocolate croissant. The breakfast sandwich was filling and hit the spot, with a good balance of flavors on a soft bun. It comes with cheese, arugula, egg, and bacon. The chocolate croissant was good but the chocolate wasn't very spread throughout. The Coconut Macadamia Best Drink Ever was a fun blue and delicious. My mom ordered the acai bowl which was packed with fruit and a good size portion. The staff was friendly, and ordering was quick even though it was busy as it was their soft opening. The only minor downside was that the music outside was a little loud, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I'd definitely come back for the coffee and to try more of the breakfast menu. A great addition to the Henderson coffee scene. read more

i have been to this location 3 times just to keep trying because the drinks are pretty good and my coworkers have said the exact same thing, there's quite literally never been a time they've gotten our orders correct even when they repeat it back to me and i correct their mistake, it still comes out wrong. and then they did apologize to me for false marketing on their poster but told me they'd still add toppings to a different drink and still didn't. they're all very nice but everyyyy single time it's been wrong read more

The atmosphere was so peaceful and allowed me to be very productive for three hours or so. The staff were all very hospitable + friendly -- shout out to Scarlet, Kat and Tony for being so welcoming and just such dope people. Wow! I have to start my review with the supreme customer service I received from James at this location. Not only is he very kind and friendly, he is very knowledgeable. He is like a ray of sunshine and has been the most excellent start to my day! He is truly an asset to Better Buzz Coffee! The drinks are so delicious. I had the vanilla caramel latte and the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever! I love that every coffee drink can be made into a decaf. It is perfect for my mom who loves coffee but can't have caffeine. We had the ham and cheese croissant. The croissant was so flaky and warm. I also had the Feta Avocado Deluxe Toast. Yum! My only complaint was the toast was very long, so I had to cut it in half. I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. yesterday hoping to grab a hot coffee, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The coffee I was served was barely room temperature. When I pointed it out, I was told there wasn't any other hot coffee available, and they offered to steam some cream to warm it up. I agreed, but it made little to no difference. I then asked if they had a microwave to heat the coffee, but they said they didn't. In the end, I had to wait while they cleaned the coffee urn and brewed a fresh batch, turning what should have been a quick coffee stop into a 20-minute wait. What I found most surprising is that a coffee shop specializing in coffee had no medium or dark roast available at 4:00 p.m.--still several hours before closing. I really try to support local businesses whenever I can, but experiences like this make it hard not to appreciate the consistency and reliability that the larger national chains often provide. read more

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. I ordered a banana matcha latte with cold foam, which completely covered the top of the drink, so there was no way to see what was at the bottom. After I finished most of it, I discovered a sharp metal pin sitting in the bottom of my cup. It looked like it may have come from a hat, lanyard, or some other accessory, but I don't know where it originated. Finding a sharp object in a drink after you've already consumed it is alarming. If I had swallowed it or accidentally put it in my mouth, it could have caused a serious injury. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. I tried calling the store multiple times to report what happened and speak with someone, but every call went straight to voicemail. I never got the opportunity to discuss the issue with anyone. I've attached a photo showing the sharp pin at the bottom of my drink after the foam settled. I hope Better Buzz takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously because this experience has completely shaken my confidence in ordering drinks from them again. read more
