    a cup of bubble tea

The service was notably friendly; however, the disappointment came from the boba itself - the texture seemed stale, like leftovers from the previous day was mixed with fresh boba. Also, the flavor of the milk tea fell short compared to other Sharetea branches I've been to.

When I first dropped in I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it's exactly like back in California where there's one in every corner. Manned by kids and the creations were surprisingly good. Matcha Green tea is where it's at. The rest are good too but this one is mine. Easy street parking. Bright and sunny location. It's my fave!!

Drank my boba before I could even remember to take a photo of it haha. But this boba is absolutely amazing! And the drinks are large as well.

I went for the winter melon lemonade with aiyu jelly. Even though it contains no additional sugar, the drink still came out pretty sweet from the winter melon. There is a hint of tartness in the drink. The jelly had a nice texture but it didn't have the fruity taste like the one I had in Taiwan. Overall, a decent refreshing drink.

Love how consistent and clean this location is! I usually get the classic milk tea or peach tea and add herbal jelly. Another great one is taro milk tea. So delicious !! Service is great and they let you customize so much with a single grumble. They let you pick the sugar and ice level. You know for Asian places when you say the dessert / drink place is not super sweet - it's one of the highest compliments !

i usually come here for drink but i will never come here again after today's incident . i ordered green tea and it came out milk tea . they said it's my fault that i didn't read the receipt when i paid . word to word " it wouldn't fall back to us because you didnt pay attention " when the guy heard me wrong in the first place. it's so loud in there i didn't even hear him asking me if the order was correct i just paid and walk on the side for the next person in line . but really? they can't make me a new correct drink? thabecause they will lose a loyal customer like me forever . rude customer service ive ever encountered.

Boba spots are few and far between unless one drives down to the slightly more ethnic neighborhood of Aurora (specifically the area around Havana St). Because of this, I am glad that Sharetea has a location in the Belmar area which is not too far from where I live! Most of their drinks are really tasty and reasonably priced in my opinion especially when you take advantage of their point system. The reason I take a star off is because I am not a big fan of really sweet food/drinks and also prefer not to pay for a cup full of ice. I always ask for 30% sweetness level and minimal ice but end up getting a drink that is similar in sweetness as my girlfriend's drink which is full sweetness level and about a quarter of a cup of ice. Not the end of the world since I normally just bring some water with me to dilute it but I feel like it is a regular enough occurrence that taking a star off is warranted.

I've heard mixed reviews about this place and I LOVE shareteas in California so the hype was real. I did not want this sharetea to ruin my experience so I held off for a while. Plus let's be honest.... I wouldn't drive 40 mins for tea only to be disappointed so I wanted to wait until someday when I would be in the Lakewood area... That day came and I was IMPRESSED... I'm glad I waited to come. Most of my friends said it had a lot of work that needed fixing prior to their Grand Opening, which I believe was almost if not already been a year.... I love their Oolong Milk Tea. I am not a big fan of overly sweet stuff and one thing that Kung Fu and Teastreet does that I hate is SWEETEN their bobas. (Must be a Colorado thing because I've never had sweetened Boba until I moved here.) So I usually get is 30% sweetened to balance out the boba HOWEVER I was shocked when I had my first Boba and it WASN'T sweetened my drink was perfect. Not to sweet and perfectly strong I could taste the oolong. Boy have I been missing out I can't believe I waited so long to check it out, but maybe that was the smart thing, maybe I came when they fixed up everything. LOL. Cleaniness 5/5 Customer service 4/5 Oolong Milk Tea 5/5 Affordability 5/5 Would drive here? Nahhhh, but would make someone drive me her? Damn Right I would! Would come back? Heck yessss

Tea is great, creama is great, service is great... super fan right here. We ordered 6 drinks one night, unfortunately they were out of big bags... while we were carrying the 6 cubs awkwardly to our car we dropped 2 cups! Imagine a child who drops a brand new giant ice cream cone. My heart broke. But as soon as they saw what happened they replaced our drinks with the utmost kindness and empathy! You can customize teas by the way... this is very important to me because I like strong tea flavor. My

The employees provided amazing service when we walked in we were greeted by ALL the employees really welcomes you in! They have such a wide variety of teas and bobas! I was pleasantly surprised!!! The atmosphere was very modern but hip! The place was kept so clean! I loved it! Parking is a little tricky but if you park by the movie theater it's right next to the entrance to the movie theater!

I've tried a few locations of Sharetea in California, but neither of them was as memorable as the one here! The flavors were SPOT ON and not as watery as my last experience at the Sharetea in California. The Hokkaido milk tea was super good and I got my boyfriend and his mom hooked on the other drinks here. My boyfriend got the honey milk tea which was really good as well and his mom said the Thai tea was one of the best she's ever had. The servers were also mega friendly and welcoming I truly can't wait to go back.

I was definitely surprised with the large space that had been meticulously decorated to match their theme. We are so glad we came though as they have a pretty extensive menu of bowls and smoothies. We were particularly fascinated with their Yuzu Summer series. * Yuzu Glow Smoothie 20oz - Playa Yuzu base, Playa Mango base, pineapple, collagen peptides, coconut milk, and coco whip * Pink Summer Smoothie 20oz - Playa Yuzu base, Playa Pitaya base, pineapple, collagen peptides, coconut milk, and coco whip * Aloha Smoothie 20oz $9.49 I really enjoyed my Pink Summer Smoothie and that was my favorite of the three. I would honestly order this drink all the time if I saw it. I love the contrast of yuzu and dragon fruit. With such a large space, I would expect more people to hang out as it was a Saturday afternoon. But it was really quiet and all the workers were busy doing their jobs and washing windows! (Gotta love workers actually doing work and not just on their phones during down times.) I really love their refill water station too! We need more of these everywhere!

I genuinely don't understand what's going on at Playa Bowls…read more The bowls? Great. Service? Totally fine. The space? Adorable--full beach bungalow fantasy. You walk in expecting a little reggae, maybe some surf rock, something that says "you're on vacation." Instead... absolute dead silence. Like a library where everyone accidentally ordered açaí. Why am I whispering to my girlfriend at noon over fruit? Why does it feel like I'm about to get shushed by a librarian? After 22 years in hospitality, I can tell you: turning the music off is the universal signal for "please leave." Even blackout drunk people clock it immediately. So what is the strategy here? Is this some advanced "turn and burn" technique where we emotionally nudge people out with awkward silence? Because congrats, it works. I've never wanted to finish a perfectly good bowl faster in my life. The wild part is you clearly care about every other detail. You built the whole vibe... and then forgot the one thing that makes humans act normal in a room. I'm not asking for a DJ set. Just anything. A ukulele. A Spotify playlist. A dude humming in the back. Give me something so I don't feel like I'm eating in a meditation chamber where talking is discouraged. Great spot. Seriously. Just... please, for the love of god, press play.
