I went in and placed an order. Two drinks. Apparently they charged me the wrong drinks. After I tipped them and they got my order wrong . I had to pay an extra 1.21 for their mistake. After I explained to them what drinks I wanted, they still mess up my drink order. And wanted to charge me another fee for them messing up again. What happened to keeping a customer happy?! I went for the winter melon lemonade with aiyu jelly. Even though it contains no additional sugar, the drink still came out pretty sweet from the winter melon. There is a hint of tartness in the drink. The jelly had a nice texture but it didn't have the fruity taste like the one I had in Taiwan. Overall, a decent refreshing drink. read more

Went to get boba here after walking around with friends and we thought we'd try this place. When I ordered I didn't get a receipt so I assumed when they called a number it was me, but 2 people ordered before me so I got confused. I went back up thinking I got the wrong order cause I wasn't sure and they said it was right I just was confused because I thought it was the drink from the people who ordered before me. After they confirmed it was mine the 3 workers were all giggling and STARING at my friends and I all cause I was confused. Boba spots are few and far between unless one drives down to the slightly more ethnic neighborhood of Aurora (specifically the area around Havana St). Because of this, I am glad that Sharetea has a location in the Belmar area which is not too far from where I live! Most of their drinks are really tasty and reasonably priced in my opinion especially when you take advantage of their point system. The reason I take a star off is because I am not a big fan of really sweet food/drinks and also prefer not to pay for a cup full of ice. I always ask for 30% sweetness level and minimal ice but end up getting a drink that is similar in sweetness as my girlfriend's drink which is full sweetness level and about a quarter of a cup of ice. Not the end of the world since I normally just bring some water with me to dilute it but I feel like it is a regular enough occurrence that taking a star off is warranted. read more

I've heard mixed reviews about this place and I LOVE shareteas in California so the hype was real. I did not want this sharetea to ruin my experience so I held off for a while. I've tried a few locations of Sharetea in California, but neither of them was as memorable as the one here! The flavors were SPOT ON and not as watery as my last experience at the Sharetea in California. The Hokkaido milk tea was super good and I got my boyfriend and his mom hooked on the other drinks here. My boyfriend got the honey milk tea which was really good as well and his mom said the Thai tea was one of the best she's ever had. You will spend more time trying to decide what to get over actually ordering! We decided on the kiwi tea with jelly and the Hawaiian tea also with jelly. Being from Houston, I was so stoked when a Sharetea opened in Denver that I drove out of my way for it. I'd say the drinks are subpar at best because the tapioca pearls are kind of hard and not soft like what I'm used to getting back home. I think if they stepped it up and made their boba better, it would enhance the drinks they're making much more. I ordered the taro milk tea and the honey milk tea. It was exciting news that a ShareTea opened in Colorado so I had to take the 30 minute drive to get my boba fix. I've been to numerous boba tea shops in Colorado, but have never had service as bad as this. I paid for 20 minute parking had to wait 15 minutes for them to concoct my drink. I was the only customer in there so the wait was not welcome. There were 6 employees and they were conversing amongst themselves as the order wasnt being made. The shop was also littered with straw wrappers and napkins which made the atmosphere quite filthy. I ordered the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly and was satisfied with the taste. It was refreshing that they used real Kiwi Fruit as a topping. The Aiyu Jelly was a nice add-on adding texture to the drink. Overall if you don't mind waiting a millennia for your drink I would recommend visiting ShareTea. read more

Lemme tell ya what a disappoint this place is compared to other Sharetea locations. -Boba was gummy. Didn't taste fresh. -They refuse to hand out drinks out of order, so there were literally 5 drinks piled up and melting at the counter because an earlier order wasn't completed yet. -Their blended drinks are soooo icy. They're either putting in too much ice or aren't blending the drinks enough. I shouldn't have a mouthful of ice when I sip my drink. -The worst thing was that when picking up empty cups when making drinks, the employees here all pinch the edge of the top, meaning that their bare fingers are touching the inside of the cup where customers drink out of. I ordered a Brewed Ginger Tea. While watching the young lady make the tea I noticed it was cold, so I told the cashier I wanted it hot. When the cashier told the lady making my tea that I wanted it hot, she was clearly upset & told the cashier she had already made my tea (although it wasn't sealed). After going back and forth the tea was given to me warm. When I got to the car I noticed my tea wasn't even a half cup and definitely not worth $5+ a tip. Really bad customer service. They offer a service where you can choose your sweetness level. They gave me a drink that was really sweet. When I nicely asked them to remake the drink because there was no difference between my drink and my husband's whose was full sweet, they refused to remake it. Their manager was a teenager who had no understanding of working with customers and simply shrugged his shoulders when I told him the drink was too sweet and asked him to remake it. I was getting boba with my two children, I was not upset with the situation, disappointed, sure because it had happened twice at this location.
