However, they recently put in self serve kiosks which is helpful to some people but my parents came by themselves and they not tech people so they struggled to order and the employees couldn't bother to help them. This has been in the shopping plaza where I often go and I had completely missed it. Last week, when it was 100º+ out, I decided to stop and give it a try with something cooling. I ordered iced taro milk tea with boba. My difficulty was with the straw. Unlike most boba tea places, the straw was thin. It easily punctured the seal but it was so small in diameter that you cannot enjoy the boba with the milk tea. If you try to get some boba, it sticks in the straw and blocks any chance to drink the milk tea. I waited until I got home to clean out the end of the straw and i finished the milk tea. Then I got a long handled spoon and ate the boba to finish off the drink. The taro was good, but they need to use the larger straws. I doubt I'll return. However, the establishment's management should prioritize the quality of its employees. When I inquired about recommendations, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The staff exhibits a sense of superiority and readily accepts tips while providing minimal customer service. Upon entering, the ambiance is already unwelcoming, and it appears that greeting customers or asking questions is not a valued practice. This experience has occurred multiple times, to the extent that I am reluctant to redeem my free drink through their point system. I consider alternative boba and beverage establishments in the vicinity that offer more personality and exceptional customer service. The management must establish clear expectations for employees to provide at least the basic level of customer service. I drove to another establishment and wow, the difference of the employees from here and there is night and day. The staff at the other place even helped me with toppings and sugar options and told me - "Hope you enjoy your drink." In this particular location - you will get none of that! read more

Taro blended milk tea with no pudding, sub boba, regular sweetness, oh yeah! Literally have been coming here every Tuesday during my prenatal craving season. I'm not usually one for reviews but the service offered at this location today was questionable to say the least. Workers seemed distracted with each other and didn't acknowledge me waiting for my pickup order until I walked all the way to the register and asked the guy working about it. I even let them know I'd be going next door and coming back. I could hear talking from behind their curtain before I finally saw someone who could take my order. I came in after 7pm which is a bit late but their door says open until 9pm so it's not crazy to think you'd have a customer within 2 hours of closing. At least have one of your workers up front. I visited Chinatown and had to get a boba drink from Share Tea that I've heard quite a lot about. I got the fresh milk family boba drink with just boba balls. There was also an option of jelly and pudding which I dint include because I wanted to keep it classic. My in-laws got the mango-passion fruit tea which was amazing. It was more refreshing, I would definitely take it next time. But the one I had was good too. It had a caramelised-brown sugar like taste. Enjoyed the ambience in and around the place. The staff was very helpful, friendly and in fact one of the servers helped pick my drink. It was ready in no time. I'm picky when it comes to boba places, but this Sharetea location has been pretty good so far! Been to the location on Spring Mountain a couple of times, but didn't like the drinks that I ordered. Plus parking at that plaza is always a hot mess. At least it is much more calm at this one. The shop is clean and the employees are friendly and accommodating. The line is a lot longer on the weekends, but the wait time is usually quick. My go to drink here is the Peach Oolong Tea with boba (instead of the aiyu jelly). For me, the Oolong tea brings out more of the flavor compared to Black tea. I have tried the Classic Oolong Pearl Milk Tea, which was average, but not horrible. Should have ordered it with more ice since it melted way too quickly! Unfortunately, I have had better versions of this at other boba shops. The husband's favorite drink is the Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee Jelly and Ice Cream. Make sure you enter your phone number because you get a free drink after you buy 10. So I have been waiting for this tea house to open for a while and today I swung by to see the Grand Opening is this week. The other locations are too far for me and this one is in my neighborhood. I walked in to a super clean and sparkling business. So many teas to choose from from fruit teas, milk teas, ice blended teas, brewed teas to signature teas. You can choose the ice amount and sweetness level which I appreciate. Sometimes these teas can be a bit too sweet. For all you Boba lovers, it's here along with other delish toppings for your tea. I was so excited about this place opening. I tried the thai tea with blended ice, like a thai tea smoothie, and it hit the spot. Really, really refreshing. Staff was super friendly, too. My issue, hence the 2 stars, is with the lack of AC. Today is almost 110 degrees, and the place inside was sweltering. The poor staff who are very kind and hardworking have to operate in these awful conditions. Not to mention how bad for business it is! Who would want to hang out inside a place so inhospitable? First off, I came by on Christmas day and really appreciate the worker working on a holiday. The drinks here are great. I got the kiwi fruit tea which has actual kiwi (which is rare) and my friend got some sort of mango drink and liked it. So definitely a yes for me for fruit drinks. Quality of boba is inconsistent :(

I went to get boba at 8:30 when they close at 9. I thought it was enough time before closing because I didnt want to be a pain because I understand, I work in the food industry, so I went in. As soon as I went in, one of the girls who works there said something to the shorter guy. I ordered a drink that literally was TWO TOPPINGS and they started bluntly talking bad in front of my face thinking I wouldnt catch on. I just go here because it close to my house but drinks are watered down at times and some people are just plainly rude. Everyone else here is sweet besides the two, but if you want good boba and good service, I'd recommend to any other near boba place or maybe a different location. read more

I was craving a boba tea last week, and this was the closest shop to my work. I wanted a taro tea, no boba. Now I am a bit of a taro snob,the more purple, the better, lol. This place was okay. The first time I had sharetea was out of town before they came to Las Vegas it was also the first time I had great boba. When the spring mountain location opened I continue to buy Sharetea! It was good. Recently we bought it at summerlin location and it was not good. The taro drink tasted watered down. So did the winter melon. Both those drinks were are used to a nice think drink, almost like the thickness oatmilk has. The Hokkaido also felt like it had a couple shots of espresso! Something in it felt so strong and bitter.
