Ordered the matcha red bean tea with no boba just red beans inside, flavor was ok I would have liked a stronger taste of matcha than a milk flavor. There was a lot of red beans which I tossed about 1/3 cup of them out at the end of my drink. My daughter ordered the original milk tea with boba and it tasted burnt for some reason the flavor wasn't great at all but the boba was made right which was a plus for that drink. Overall there was 3 employees working around noon and there was no customers besides us. I'm not sure if they get super busy I just felt like there was to many people that were just talking when we walked in and not cleaning or restocking. The store over charging all the customers on sales taxes for 2 months. On 7/28, I bought 4 drinks and discovered in the receipt that they charged 8.46% for NV sales tax, which the actual sales tax should be 8.38%. I called and told them the problem and they promised will look into the system and fix it. On 8/17, we bought 2 drinks and again, they over charged on sales tax. I called and asked to talk to the manager , But the guys that claimed he is the manager did not understand what I was talking about. So I went there and showed them the receipt. Then, they said their Manager was not here and the guys that talked to me was just pretending he is the manager. They said they will have the manager called me. I asked for the name of the person who talked to me and all three staffs refused to provide their names and asked me to leave. And they said if I am not happy with their services, just leave and don't come back. Can't trust these people. The problem was not like a $0.01 or $0.02 cents that they are over charging. But the way they handle issues and did not fix the problem. Letting the system keep on over charging people for every bills. I did tell them once and they promised to fix the system. Make sure you ask for LIGHT ice. After tax my drink was about $6.50. As I watched them pour my drink I saw them pour only about a third of my cup with actual milk tea.... The boba on the bottom makes it fill half way and all the rest was ice. Keep in mind the bottom half of the cup is smaller than the top half. $6.50 for 2/3 cup of ice is not good business. My mom, brother and I walked in around 4:10pm on 03/27/23. As soon as we walked in, the 2 girls were chatting then immediately stopped. Neither one of them said hello. While we were deciding on what to order in front of the barrier, one of them was just looking at us. Then I went up to the register said hello, and she did not say hello to me. I was hesitant to come to this location bc of all the bad reviews but I really wanted some boba without having to go all the way to chinatown so I gave it a try. They must've made changes recently bc the service was really great today (fyi - went around 1-2ish on a Friday afternoon). The drinks came out so fast - i'm used to boba places taking a while to make so it was a pleasant surprise. I'm sure when they're busier it would take longer but it wasn't that busy when I went. Excited that Sharetea is finally in Summerlin & no longer have to go all the way to Shang-hai Plaza to get our Sharetea fix.. we came for the soft-opening & it reminded us of how much we enjoy this place. However, we paid another trip & there had shown a little inconsistency with our drinks, i usually order the wintermelon green tea (no dairy) but add creama + boba.. the boba filled up half of my cup with little room for any of my drink plus a huge scoop of creama.. I understand they just opened, but i hope they are able to improve their services. In all of the Boba Tea that I tried this is the WORST IN SERVICE! You see the menu board with sugar level and ice level in most of them and Share-tea is Share-Ice! I went to this particular location 3x and the 3rd time AGAIN, I requested less ice and they did not follow. I asked the staff if the tea he was making is mine and he said yes. I told him I requested less ice. He then told me, that's the recipe. I said, I requested less Ice. He then raised his voice at me saying, I cannot adjust the recipe for you and increase the tea. I then quickly said, why do you even suggest level of sugar/sweetness and ice (which is on their menu board) when you won't even do it? Then he showed me his disgusted face and started to remove the seal from my drink and told me in a loud voice, tell me how much ice do you want me to remove. I asked him, are you yelling at me and he quickly said No that's my natural voice, if I remove the ice I cannot add more tea on this. (Still yelling at me) I was so shocked on his attitude. I told him, NEVER MIND! Give me back my money. I asked his name and he gladly said "Bobby". They gave me back my money without the tip that I gave when I paid. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO SHARETEA. BAD SERVICE AND don't even request for less tea bcz they will still put a big heaping scoop of ice to fill the cup. I was excited when I saw Taiwanese tea place open nearby my house. I got oolong milk tea with boba. To be honest they have room for improvement. I frequent many boba shops and a lot of other places have reviews that mention this place. I actually came here twice because my first visit was not too pleasant. What makes it worst was my second visit. First off this place is super uninviting. The staff is impatient and tries rushing you out and they do not even greet you upon entry. Second, the drinks I had were just nasty. I had a taro drink and a mango slush and they tasted all grainy like they did not mix their ingredients well together. I am never usually picky but this was just a bad back to back experience. It makes me think that their own staff might be leaving these reviews at other competing boba stores. I am telling you now 7 leaves, Teaspoon, Tiger Sugar, and many other spots are all better places no doubt. Even if the drinks were bad it would have been fine if the staff was more friendly. So i came in today 01/24 exactly at 11 am as soon as they open. There was me and another customer inside the store, i ordered first and i wasnt greeted by the asian young male with glasses cashier instead i was immedietely asked what i wanted to order, i had 4 orders to order and each order i tell him he seems like he had so much plate on his hands and gave that nodding head gesture. I didnt appreciate his attitude, i would totally understand if it was a completely busy day but literally they just opened and there was only one other customer in line other than myself. I am very disappointed in the service at this location. The cashier was constantly running his fingers through his sweaty hair and handling the drinks. It is fine that he has longer hair, but as a person working in the food industry, it is simply unacceptable to do this because of sanitation issues. Also, I was very disappointed in the wait time. I waited for more than 25 minutes for 2 drinks, and the people behind us got their drinks 10 minutes before us. When I went up to check the status of our drinks, they didn't even start making our drinks, and the cup holding our drinks were on the side.
