Related to the one in San Diego, CA; when we stayed in Pacific Beach, hubby found this place. So we visited this location, formerly Peets, in Summerlin. And got the large coconut iced coffee, oh my gosh, so delicious. You know how most places fill it up with so much ice, not this place. This is $6.99, and well worth it! Two sizes, $1.00 difference. Sells merch inside, comfy seating, inside, has outside seating, too, & has a drive-thru window. Also another location, on Rainbow & Warm Springs, near Aldi. Went through the drive thru. That's a big plus for me, convenience and speed. It was another mother/ daughter outing. There's so many options for everything here!! Remember I lived my entire life in Hawaii, and only now in my older years, decided to move and experience everything I missed out on. Ok back to the subject, coffee, drive thru moved swiftly, that's always nice. Ordering was fast and the order taker was super friendly, and actually seemed happy to be helping take the order and enjoying her job. Believe me I've been to several places that I swear the workers hate their jobs and have no fear of losing their jobs. I got the Moroccan Spice Iced Coffee, it was really good, and a nice option that's not available at most other coffee shops. Daughter got the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever, she's now in love with that drink. She said it was better than any she's tasted before. Better Buzz Coffee got me buzzed. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Iced Best Drink Ever -- which is basically an Americano with vanilla. Now, is it actually the best drink ever? Ehhhh, let's not get carried away but was it GOOD? Yes! It was smooth, had just enough vanilla, and definitely gave me the caffeine buzz I came for. This location is very new and you can tell by the overwhelmed employees. Hopefully a groove gets going here soon. I'm a fan of this chain and they started opening a lot of new locations in Las Vegas recently. Most likely spreading their wings a little too fast. The wait was longer than expected and I also needed gift cards but the employee who was assisting didn't know how to add them to my order. It's too bad because they lost an additional $40 in business. Like I said, hopefully they figure things out soon and this location can live up to the brands reputation. read more

My first visit since this building was transformed from a previous coffee shop to this one. It's got a different vibe and I liked it. The bee theme is appealing. I was told this company is out of San Diego and the coffee beans they use are their brand (they are the roasters). The Bacon Ciabbatta sandwich I ordered was good with avocado added. The iced cappuccino with half &half was good also, and did not need sweetener (an indicator to me of flavor quality). The patio seating area is cozy. A drive thru wraps around the building so be mindful of that when you decide where you choose to park. Baby changing station provided in at least one of the restrooms which also features music booming through a speaker system. It was a bit above average on the noise level with the music over the speakers, employees greeting you as you walk through the door, and general sounds expected at a busy coffee shop. Normally visit the North Las Vegas location but was on the other side of town this morning, so mapped the closest location and Sahara came up. Ordered on the app, my normal Carmel vanilla latte with whip cream lite ice no other mods. Went inside waited about 10 min or so for the drink to be prepared. They were pretty busy. This was around 7:30 am. Drink was ok, couldn't really taste the Carmel and vanilla flavors. My regular location is always consistent so a little disappointed with today's drink at this location. read more

I stopped at this new coffee shop in thee Sahara Plaza for a cold coffee drink. It opened within this week replacing a coffee shop that was here for a while. I got a Moroccan spice iced coffee. The wait was not long given the eating area was almost full. and there were customers going through the drive thru. The drink was something very different and something I'll get again--very refreshing. It is espresso, spices, raw natural cane sugar and cream. The staff was very pleasant. I would normally give this four stars but getting to their menu fromn the Yelp entry is frustrating. Every time, you get a privacy notice. Youm have to scroll down on the upper part of the screen and accept all, reject all, or customize. It does not remember your choice. When you go look again, you are presented with that same notice and you have to scroll down again and make yoiur choice to get to the menu. Frustrating as anything can be. I will avoid using the menu through Yelp. I'll order when I get there or at the drive thru. One caution--if you're leaving on the east side of the plaza, there's a stop sign. Don't keep going. That's where the drive thru for Better Buzz exits and you have to be alert. read more

You'll love this Better Buzz coffee if: You love a more energetic coffee shop atmosphere that leans toward the louder end of the spectrum and love a dutch bros style of coffee that has fun variety of flavors and customization options. You'll probably dislike Better Buzz coffee if: You're a more sophisticated coffee person interested in a more tranquil environment. As someone who enjoys aspects of both, I thought it was good but maybe not great. I believe it was the manager who would deliver orders to the table. You can tell that person was trying to give the best customer service. I ordered the iced moroccan coffee and my boyfriend ordered the conscious chocolate smoothie. I liked that they had such an interesting menu item I don't often see and would rate my drink a 7/10. My boyfriend would rate his drink a 6/10. Very friendly staff and quick service! The breakfast tacos were delicious. Two tacos with carnitas, egg, bell peppers, cheese sauce and I added avocado. It seems pricy to add the avocado as a side but I love avocado and it helps take the taco up a notch. So comfy and generous portion of carnitas in the taco. The lavender latte was yum as well. Great experience via drive thru on a weekday morning. I am a huge fan of avocado; and when I saw they had two avocado toast - it was a no brainer! I have a strict dietary restriction, and asked to omit feta cheese on the toast. The cashier was friendly about my request. The toast was on fresh whole grain bread, which was delicious. I also tried the black hot tea - liked the little sticker as the stopper. I loved the packaging the food came with, which looked high class with clear lid & black plastic bottom. One of the newest locations in town, this used to be a Peet's coffee. I ordered online through the app, it texted me an estimated completion time. Even though the baristas were hard at work and people kept coming in, my order came out pretty quickly before my estimated wait time! Tried their new cookies and cream best drink ever with half sweetness, loved the creaminess and the addition of the Oreo cookie and sprinkles. It was like dessert in a cup! I also ordered a feta avocado toast, yummy and filling and the price wasn't outrageous. Would order again. There is both indoor and outdoor seating with lots of natural light coming in from the windows. I just wish there were more wall outlets where the booths are. read more

I've been to Better Buzz since it's opening three times. Each time, there was a disappointment. Today, I ordered a coffee with cream and a muffin. I had to repeat the order FOUR TIMES and it was still incorrect. It took 15 minutes to get it with only EIGHT people in the store. It was like the employees weren't trained (It's new, and it's possible). Positives were that there is plenty of seating, inside and out, and the WiFi is fast and free. I'm disappointed because it's not nearly as good as the Peet's that preceded it in this location. Not a place to seek out IMHO read more

Wanted to write a review since this is my second time here and wanted to see how both experiences went. First time was on 7/9/26 and I ordered through the app. Drive thru was slammed and decided to go inside. No welcome in or getting acknowledged until one girl was literally walking by to grab something and saw me. I was just confused on where the online orders were so I can pick up since this is my first time at this location and was really looking forward to it. When I got my coffee, it looked nothing like the picture :( I had to let them know on where's the cold foam and the cookie. The manager grabbed the cold foam for me, but not cookie for the banana bread latte. He was nice though! Not going to lie, it was delicious l along with bacon ciabatta. Which is why I wanted to try it out again another day! Fast forward to today, I came in around 8 am through drive thru and it just went a little downhill afterwards. Drive thru person just seemed rushed and kept asking anything else after everyyy add on. For example, "can I get just one shot?" "Anything else" "can you make that into a regular size," "anything else" at one point it just got annoying. She was semi sweet, but just rushed in general. Maybe changing how you approach orders can change and it'll be a better the drive thru experience. I ordered the same drink I got from Thursday and comparing it to today. Tasted so different unfortunately I got regular size and it looks like I got a small on Thursday and a large today. I had to throw them away because it was just so different I couldn't push through it. I'm just gonna order through the app if I decide to come back. Food is amazing I will give them that! This better buzz location just opened today, 6/28 and it was such a wonderful opening! There was a staff member greeting you at the door and everyone welcomed you as you entered the cafe. The ambiance is so lively even at 6am! The cafe was buzzing with people ordering, enjoying their food and drinks inside, and orders being picked up! I can't believe i waited so long to try this place! The drink I got was the iced best drink ever with an added shot and it was delicious! I'm normally hesitant to try new drinks and new coffee shops because a lot of places make their drinks a bit on the sweeter side but you can taste the coffee and it's very good too! I went thru the drive thru and service was quick and easy. Definitely can't wait to try some more menu items! I had to wait in line, and I haven't even taken a sip of my coffee to decide whether the service deserves a tip. Being asked for a tip before I've received my order feels premature and makes the experience uncomfortable. It honestly discourages me from coming back if this is going to be the standard practice. I've enjoyed Better Buzz before in Orange County, so I was excited to see one opening here. However, if employees are being instructed to loudly ask for or make customers feel pressured to leave a tip before they've even received their order, it's not an experience I want to return to. read more

I like better buzzed, but what I really dislike is having to scream my phone number for rewards points going through the drive through. I think there should be a better way to get rewards from guests using the drive through. Peet's, the original coffee shop there, would scan our rewards code. I think our method of payment was also attached to our account as a way to get rewards automatically. For this, I did not have a great experience today. I was asked for my rewards phone number, which I gave (loudly) but understandably because of street traffic, they cannot hear me. I was asked to scream my phone number into the mic, but for privacy reasons, I don't feel comfortable doing that, especially with people sitting in the outside area right behind the drive through. I asked for my receipt at the end so that I can add it to the app later on, but it was not given to me. I would have a better experience here if this was resolved. read more

Great to have another option to the weekly coffee rotation. I love it. Some improvements could be made in speed, service and friendliness. But overall I enjoy this new location. I haven't had the time to enjoy the ambiance of the store since I mostly use the drive through but I love what they did with the outdoor patio. It looks inviting. read more

This is the fourth time we've come here for me to order my iced mint espresso. Every time I have to go up and tell them that they did not make it right. I asked for simple syrup. There is nothing in it. It's so crowded and loud in here they don't know what they're doing. We will not be coming back and it's a shame because it's right here close to home.
