It was obviously very different but good nonetheless! I ordered the Okinawa- Didn't have the option for the percent of sweetness it would be as this one had a specific fixed one. Wish I could've sweetened it up some more, personally. Daughter ordered the Oreo Ice- Best one of the 3! TONS of tapioca balls in the bottom of each! I love bubble tea, and me and my kid were out this way so we stopped in for a visit. Well, of all the places in Louisville this just didn't top my list. I got some Hawaiian fruit tea that had fragments of fruit in it. Not necissarily the problem, it was just strange. It was like pulp... but bigger. They were cool enough to make my son a form of hot chocolate, which he had like two sips before he realized it wasn't very good. Which, well... it wasn't that great. Tasted more like cocoa powder than anything. Everything came out fairly swiftly, and the staff was kind. Made their recomendations, and like I said, made something that was off menu. I drove 10 minutes to get a drink and as I walked in I was told they're closed. They had about 6-10 people inside, but they denied me...It was a few minutes before 8 pm and their schedule says 12- 8 pm. This place is not going above the usual time for customers so I am not going to spend money at Sharetea! Also, their app doesn't work in order for customers to get points for free drinks. New location o Sharetea and it's huge inside! My husband and I were impressed with the tall ceilings and choice of decor. Next to the register for order is a featured wall of the Top 20 drinks. More flavors are counter level. The menu is overwhelming for first timers so I recommend checking out the menu or Yelp reviews before heading over. Even as someone that's visited Sharetea a few times I found new options on the menu, plus there's other toppings besides pearls I haven't been daring enough to try. I need to ask better questions and begin branching out. I'm a fan of milk tea, especially the basics like taro and with black tea. I'm now interested at how fresh milk options would taste or those blended with ice cream. If you only like basic tea they offer it as well. Calorie counts are on the menu next to each drink. Whew! I need to revise my order. Things with pearls are super high in calories. Takes out some of my enjoyment when it's in the back of my mind. Their info will help me make better choices. I have been dying to come to Sharetea for a while now. After they placed a new location right by my office, it was the perfect opportunity to check it out! They specialize in milk teas, boba teas and ice blended drinks. There are so many different flavors to choose from, and some can even come with a scoop of ice cream on top! I tried the Oreo ice blended drink. It literally tasted like a milkshake with pearls inside... it was SO good!! It was honestly hard to choose what drink to order because they all looked great. I have been looking forward to this location opening for so long! It is a lot more convenient to go to this location than the Bardstown Road location, and I loved my first time here. When you walk in you are greeted and there is a big menu on the wall. The staff is very helpful when choosing your drink, but I actually already knew what I wanted. They were running a 20% off grand opening deal so that was fun to get a little discount. We waited about five minutes for the drink which seems a little long but there were a few people in front of us so it made sense. The location is beautiful with a ton more space, and I cannot wait to visit again! read more

Wow, lots of different drinks to choose from and they're all so good! I was very happy with my QQ happy family drink. I tried the strawberry one with lychee and ice-cream also, not only pretty but also tasted perfect! Can't wait to come back and try other flavors. I love this place! I love bubble tea so I am attempting to try every tea place in Louisville. This is a super nice store and is always clean and welcoming. The employees are always friendly too. My absolute favorite drink from here is the oolong milk tea with bubbles. I prefer oolong tea over the black tea that is normally used in milk tea, so if you like hot oolong tea, you will LOVE this drink. It was very good, we got the taro milk tea, and the Okinawa milk. Tea service was very fast and the paintings on the wall hell were very cool. Nothing that I appreciated is the taro milk tea didn't have the artificial purple color. The boba had a very soft and chewy texture and the prices were much better than at kung fu tea. read more

Omg. This is like... my favorite place in the world. Every time we visit Louisville I say "Sharetea" under my breath to my husband just to give him a fair warning we WILL be going. Every time we walk in one of us always says "Ugh! It smells so good in here!" Like can y'all make a perfume or candle of whatever that smell is because yum?! Our favs are the Classic milk tea, Okinawa milk tea, Tiger milk tea, and Coconut Dreamland (Strawberry). We always get boba and do 80% sweet and less ice. Yeah, we're super healthy like that. Also I appreciate that they don't charge more for less ice because some places do and that's just plain annoying. Love love love Sharetea and will always visit. Workers are sweet and helpful. I especially like the fact that you can pre-order on an app as well as customize the sweetness, etc. My favorite was the Tiger Boba but the Okinawa Pearl was delicious as well. I've come several times during their soft opening this week, and not only has every different tea I've gotten been excellent, they already know me by name. They have a huge selection of ingredients, even some that are less common such as actual grounded taro root. I walked in this Sharetea location for the first time today. I clearly didn't know where to stand walking in there the first time. After standing in the wrong spot for the longest time, one of the workers was incredibly rude and said someone is behind you trying to get there drink. After seeing that I had walked in could someone not kindly let me know which end to stand on. She was so rude about it so I decided to leave and didn't even get a drink. I'm sad for the lack of service I received and have to say that the Bardstown road staff are more professional and much kinder in their service. read more
