It's not very obvious, but I happened to notice that the espresso machine has dark transparent side panels, which is interesting as it allows a view of some of the inner mechanics. My family and I have been coming to this Sharetea location (5515 Camino Al Norte) since it first opened, and it has always been a place we enjoyed visiting regularly. Over time, we got used to seeing the same friendly faces, which made the experience feel welcoming and consistent. Unfortunately, our visit on March 24, 2026 around 5:30 PM felt very different. As soon as we walked in, the environment had noticeably changed. Not only were none of the familiar employees there anymore, but the personal interaction we were used to was replaced with a self-service ordering system. While I understand businesses evolve, it did take away from the warm, customer-focused experience we had come to appreciate. I also want to mention that the system automatically defaulted to an 18% tip, which may catch some customers off guard if they're not paying close attention. Additionally, the music videos playing in the store included language that made me uncomfortable, especially for a place that families frequent. I understand that different environments have different atmospheres, but this didn't feel aligned with what we previously experienced here. We've genuinely enjoyed supporting this location over the years, which makes this feedback difficult to share. However, based on this recent visit, it may not be a place we continue to return to. read more

I come here about once a week and it puts a smile on my face to see my dearest employee Syrus or Angel but this special day they were working together. When I walked an immediate smile was put on my face and there top tier costumer service shocked me once again. After a year I came back and the customer service becomes bad and very rude especially the guy in a beard wearing a hat making coffee is the rudest. 1) Its happens twice now that every time I order coffee at the counter the customer service is not really listening very well when I told her I want a lavender latte and chaggacino both 12 oz with almond milk. Instead she only ring me with one coffee which is lavender and she adds chagaccino. I specifically say two separate coffee lavender and chagacino. 2) I went to the guy with a beard wearing a hat who is making coffee and I told him that this was the second time that the lady in the cashier is not listening and paying attention well to my order. Instead of him apologizing he made a very rude comment saying that I had a very heavy accent which I find it offending and I felt being discriminated.
