Since updating the menu, they no longer have my go-to german shepherd ): Have since tried the matcha, green tea, and passion fruit tea, and they just aren't as good nor do they have a strong tea flavor but instead overly sweet or artificial even at 30% sweetness. boba is also on the chewier/harder than I'd like, and I would get the crystal boba but that's an extra $1.25. There are def better spots for drinks in the valley nowadays.
We decided to catch a movie but I don't drink soda and wasn't in the mood for water so I decided to grab a drink from Sharetea to take in the theatre. Once we stepped in the place it was extremely clean and empty. They have a kiosk where you can put in your own order or they have people behind the counter willing to take your order. I opted for the person because it was my first time and I had a few questions. They were extremely friendly and offered a punch card for a free drink after I believe 10 visits. We went with a Classic Boba Milk Tea and the Peach Kiwi Tea with Honey Jelly. Both were very good and not too sweet because they give you the option of adding your sweetness level. (We always choose 50% because I can't have my kids jumping off the walls lol). Prices are fair and the service was great so we will be back. There is plenty of seating inside if you'd like to enjoy your drink there and parking isn't an issue since it is located by the movie theater, a bunch of restaurants and the back of the Northridge mall. **Lastly, here's a little tip but keep it between us. I love that they seal the top of the drink with plastic because it makes it very easy to put it into your coat jacket or your wife's purse to take into the movie theater without spilling** OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros
It been a while since my wife wanted to come to ShareTea. We stopped by here last night since we were at the Northridge mall. They change the way they operate now because to place your drink, you do it on the kiosk at the counter. I believe if you still have trouble then maybe you can place it with a worker but my wife didn't have any issues. When we came on a Tuesday night, there was only one person working. They also change their cup so at first my wife was confused because the cup is pink and she got a Jasmine Milk Tea. There enough seating inside of this place if you're planning on hanging around there. There also outside seating too.
Their basic black milk tea is creamy and strong. It's tucked in the Northridge shopping plaza so there's plentiful parking. Service is fast and ambiance is cute like any other boba shop. They have various toppings and now serve crystal boba!
Visited Share Tea when I went to the Northridge Mall. 1st time the guy was a bit rude when I asked him if I could order directly through the counter and not the kiosk since the kiosk didn't have No Ice option and when I told him if he could make and exception he bluntly said no! While he just took some other regular orders with a smile before me. So I got Wintermelon Milk Tea with less ice but was still a lot of ice which makes it water down pretty quickly when u get 25-30% sweet. Next day I was there again and this time there was a lady who greeted me with a smile and asked if I had any questions. I told her my no ice request, also said I am ok if my glass is not full to the top. So I order the same Wintermelon Milk Tea with a note on kiosk in the end and voila I get a good glass of Wintermelon Milk Tea with no ice. I appreciate the nice lady. And thanked her for my drink. The place has good seating and is well clean and spacious.
Located right by the movie theatre, also attached to the mall you will find this boba and tea place. My nephews and I stopped by last Saturday night after dinner at a nearby restaurant cause they had to have boba ... teenagers .... It was busy busy but the service was fast and friendly. They all got drinks but not me. All I had to do was take a sip of my sons drink to realize I made the right choice lol These drinks are soooooooooo sweet. Whyyyyy.... Even when you say 30 % sweet it's still super sweet. These kids don't need all that sugar as a matter of fact no one needs that much sugar in one drink. .... but oh well it is what it is. So if you are looking for a sweet tea treat this is the place for you... Great vibes and location. Friendly service.
Stopped by Sharetea recently with my girlfriend, and it's always a solid spot for a quick drink. It's located on the outskirts of the mall, though parking near the movie theater makes it easy to find. They've got a convenient kiosk for ordering now (used to be ordered in person) so there's minimal interaction with staff. The drink selection is great, with a good variety of options and toppings. I always debate on what drink to try out or if I should still with a usual. This time recently, I tried the ube smoothie with an ice cream scoop on top, and it was really good! We chilled at one of the tables for a while. It's a simple, reliable place to grab a drink when you're craving something refreshing. Definitely a place I'll return to for an easy drink fix!!!
Stopped in after grabbing some sushi for lunch. Saw a boba spot and knew I had to try it! I ordered the classic milk tea with boba. Made very quickly and was tasty but nothing special. Boba was good and soft. Seems like they offered a variety of drinks and seemed busy. Cute interior with plenty of seating. Not sure if I would return but glad I tried it.
So they have a self kiosk now that they seem to use more. Due to our food allergies we still need to order from a person. Fortunately I think it was the manager, helped us out. He was nice and even showed us the ingredients for one of the drinks. I ordered a Coffee Creama, 50% sweet with less ice. Still as good as I remember. Thank you!
I love the drinks here, my perso al fave is the Peach Kiwi and Aiyu Jelly (Jasmin Tea) or just with Aiyu Jelly. It is so Refreshing!! The service great, friendly and fast and the ambience is cute. It is neat and clan each time I visit.
Tip: This Sharetea is located outside of the mall and upstairs. There aren't too many directions other than GPS, but if you see signs for "Woodranch" or "Red Robin" you're heading the correct direction! - - - - - - Sharetea is always a treat because they are consistently good, from the boba texture to the sugar levels. My go to, the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea, was as delicious as always even with 0% sugar. With a mixture of boba, jelly, pudding, lychee jelly, and red beans, what isn't there to love? The best part is that all the natural sweetness is already there from the toppings that there's no need for any added sugar. A+!
Visited this place for the first time and ordered a Coffee Creama with 50% sugar. Drink took a bit of time and was not very good, can't even taste the coffee. Not very likely to return.
This SHARETEA is located in Northridge Fashion Center (Northridge Mall for the locals). It's in the outdoor section near the movie theaters. There was no line to get in or to order. It helps that we walked in right as they opened. Thai Tea Boba is solid. Giant free parking lot is adjacent. Staff are friendly and hustled to finish getting stuff set up for the day as we walked in... but paused that to get our order ready when we put it in.
This is my second time trying Sharetea and I'm just really not a fan. The first drink that we tried was the Strawberry Ice Blended. It was very sour and you also have the ice cream going on. It was just a lot of taste that didn't blend well for me personally. It also had a strong lychee taste and I'm not huge on lychee, so definitely not the drink for me. I took about 2 sips and that was that. This time, I ordered taro since I know it's a safe order. I'm still not a fan of the drink. Sharetea is definitely on the "tea" heavy for drinks, or maybe I'm just ending up with really strong Jasmine flavors in my drink. Their pearl bobas are spot on. They are very soft but not mushy. It's easy to chew and they're a little smaller than regular honey boba. The bobas are also still consumable after refrigerating overnight (highly NOT recommending). Sharetea is just not my cup of tea, but they have interesting flavors and they have very tasty teas, just not what I'm looking for. read more
Located in the Northridge Mall, there was constantly a line of customers... First time at Sharetea and satisfied my craving. The boba was warm, fresh and its gooeyness was on point. A nice touch is that you can customize your drink by choosing the amount of ice and sugar to your liking. read more

Soft opening was this past Saturday and I had to stop by. I've been waiting for sharetea to open up near me. There's a Top 10 menu and from that I ordered coffee milk tea with mixed boba which I liked a lot. It was just what I was looking for. The drink itself wasn't bad. I'm looking forward to coming out and trying their other drinks. read more

Love Sharetea boba and their fast service. First thing I ever got here was the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea because it looked interesting. I loved the drink because its like a dessert and a drink combined into 1 thing. If you are looking for just a drink, you can go for the regular milk tea which is sweet. They have seating indoors & outdoors; plus a grass wall where you can take instagram photos with. If you are looking for a "cant go wrong" boba spot, I recommend coming to Sharetea Northridge. read more

We came in during Christmas and my was it busy! There was a line but it went fairly fast and my family didn't have to wait a tremendous amount of time considering how busy it was. The staffs was diligent and was so friendly during the holidays and the girl who took our order was kind to recommend drinks and advise us on the sweetness of our drinks. I got the mango and passion fruit tea and I'm glad she told me to get 50% on it because it was fairly sweet. I will also advise to get the drinks less sweet if you don't have a sweet tooth. I was really happy that this chain opened locally! For whatever reason, this location does a great job with the chewiness of their boba compared to other locations we've tried. Although the boba is a little smaller than other places, the texture and overall chewiness is what gets me to order double (and this chain already adds a lot into your cup)! Ordered a "no ice" drink. They put ice in it. Then instead of remaking a new one, they just cut(or more precisely, stabbing the cap...) a hole on that cup and pour the drink into a new cup......Spilling out of the new cup. Which looks a chaos. And I went to the counter, no one even bother to answer... waited for some time before they response. And the person that make the wrong order act very impatient and rude. And they emphasis that they need me to throw the old one (mostly untouched) in to trash can Of course no one want to drink that (messed with plastic caps), but is that how you do business? FYI, Most boba tea drink will directly remake a new one for the customer. They dont care how you treat last cup. Some even refund and just give you that cup. read more

Excellent customer service from the cashier to the barista and the person handing over our drinks. The cashier was knowledgeable about their ingredients as I asked about peanut and tree nut due to my child's food allergies. He informed me of the drinks that contains such food allergens. He also asked for each drink the level of sweetness and how much percentage of ice we would like. This is great. We've been to plenty of boba and tea places and we have never been asked about level of sweetness nor percentage of ice. They really customize your drinks to your liking and expectation. German Shepherd drink was good and right amount of sweetness. You can taste the black tea yet it's not over powering the really good tiny boba and regular boba in the drink. This drink also contained jelly. As for the coffee milk tea and Thai Tea we will definitely order these drinks again. The coffee milk tea was really good. You can taste the coffee and it's not drenched in creamer. The Thai tea is also delicious because you can taste the tea with the right amount of sweetness. Tasty drinks at Sharetea. We tried the Matcha with Fresh Milk, and the Classic Pearl Milk Tea. Both drinks were really good. The drinks themselves, were not too sweet, which is how I like it. The matcha flavor was very noticeable. The classic milk tea had the perfect sweetness and flavor. The boba itself was nice and chewy. The quality of the drinks were good. The boba was a little warm, which made me believe that it was fresh. They come in nice labeled cups. The price to the size of drink is fair. For only $6 each, and coming in large by default, it is worth the price. The staff were friendly and fast when making the drinks. The ambiance of the shop is nice. It has a modern and welcoming vibe to it. The store is very clean. There are a few boxes lying around, but not really a big deal. There is a lot of parking because they are outside of a mall. Sharetea makes flavorful drinks at a good price. read more
Sharetea is my go to boba shop in the valley. It is sweet, delicious, and consistent. Located off the side of the Northridge mall, Sharetea has plenty of parking in the spacious adjacent parking lot. There are also EV chargers that can be used for free in the parking lot. There's a cute little outdoor plaza area where younger kids and college students will hang out as well. Sharetea itself is a pretty small store with very limited seats, I feel most people just order and drink somewhere else. Lines can get pretty long during peak hours but they work efficiently and the line moves pretty fast. Sharetea has a wide array of milk teas and fruit teas. In particular, I absolutely love the quality of their classic milk tea with boba since it is always consistently good (a lot of boba shops will change quality at different store locations or different workers but Sharetea is always true to their recipe which I have learned to rely on for my regular sweet cravings). My boyfriend always gets the thai tea iced blended, and subs the pearls for mini pearls. Both are sweet, so we do often lower the sweetness level to 80% or 50% depending on our sweet tooth lol. Some tips: There is a 4% discount you can get if you pay with cash, and if you put in your phone number into their rewards during check out, you can accumulate enough points to get a free boba :) read more

This is a nice place I've been to before it's always just OK but not bad if it's what's nearby you still enjoy it but I have other places I like better It tasted kinda like mango or something else just sweet abs creamy but not that authentic taste that tea has They remade me original milk tea Also not that great. Great local boba spot! They have a ton of options. The staff is super friendly and provided suggestions when you can't decide what you want. We really loved that we had so many ways to modify our drinks with sweetness levels, milk, and ice! The place is clean and has plenty of tables. Reasonably priced too! read more

I have been to many boba shops all throughout the valley, and I can confidently say that Sharetea is my favorite and has easily become my go-to. Clean store, friendly staff, and their drinks are always consistently delicious. My favorites are the matcha with fresh milk, classic boba milk tea (black, oolong and green are all yummy!), and peach kiwi tea with aiyu jelly. If you're in a rush you can order ahead! read more

Legit milk tea place in the valley! You can taste the quality. I'm a fan of their honey milk tea and I recently tried their matcha milk tea. It's good! I'm not a fan of matcha but I'm trying to get myself used to matcha but it's gotta be quality matcha. I wish there were an easier to order faster ahead of time because there's usually a longer line. read more

I originally order the Taro blend with pudding add pearls. My visit before this they told me that's the husky. I had ordered before at this location and when I received my order on Saturday i was never notified that RED BEANS are added to the drink. I was there a bit before closing and I did also have to go to work so I wasn't able to call it in or return it till the next day. The lady there told me no. We can't do anything at all. I just wanted the drink that I normally order. I said fine my refund because I did not drink this beside a drink or two but I could not enjoy the drink. I want to know why one of the employees would suggest ordering this way if that isn't the drink I order. I got a totally different drink. Manager isn't available ever they said. read more
Finally a boba place that has GOOD grass jelly (herb jelly). They are consistent with the drinks. I've been getting share tea on/off since the pandemic started, and its always been concisely good. They use good precaution with cover/mask & even have hand sanitizer to use for customers. The workers are super nice, always greeting my son with a smile. The fresh milk family is like the brown sugar boba with fresh milk. One thing, is I wish they had a organic milk option. My favorite drink is the mango milk tea with grass jelly. I love that I can have taste of both world, a little mango & milk tea.This is the only place I know in the valley area that have mango milk tea. I would recommend anyone to try any of the top drinks, its all good. I've tried most of it. Even the fresh taro, I was iffy to try at first, but its so oddly good. read more

Really friendly service and clean store with a good selection of drinks. They offer soy milk if you want plant based milk. However, most drinks (and I've found most boba shops in general) use non-dairy creamer (e.g. Coffeemate). They also offer several drinks made with "fresh milk" (regular dairy milk). read more

This is my go to spot now. I got the Taro pearl tea with light ice and 30% sugar... it was perfect! Milk tea is usually way too sweet for me, but I love that you can really fine tune your drink here (0% sugar, 30% sugar, 50% sugar, 80% sugar or 100% sugar. The woman who helped me was super nice too, the place is really clean, the music isn't too loud or too soft. read more
Great drinks! I got an iced peach green tea with jelly. I'm usually a boba guy but this is the best jelly I have ever tried. My wife got the milk tea with boba. It was surprisingly not as sweet as we would have liked but that's probably because the ice melted on the way home. The boba is also good; sweet and chewy. They have a large selection, reasonably priced and sized drinks, friendly quick service. My favorite boba place in Northridge so far. Looking forward to coming back. read more

Sharetea stays true to their name - thank you to the kind staff for sharing a tea with me! I tried the taro iced blended with pudding (ok technically not tea). The taro is sweet, purple delight and the pudding is a pillowy custard, the softest pudding I have tried at a boba shop. However, even at 50% sweet, the taro is still super sweet! I recommend the taro to ride-or-die taro lovers or if you are in the mood for a more dessert-like drink. I usually order fruit tea with boba, so I went outside my comfort zone but not my regret zone. Sharetea seems to specialize in real milk drinks, but I am not sure if they use milk alternatives like soy, almond, or oat. I unfortunately did not try the boba yet, so Sharetea deserves a second visit. The wintermelon is calling my name! I am excited to return soon, try new drinks, and update my review. Dont get me wrong, i LOVE sharetea esp the okinawa milk tea with boba; however, tonight as i enjoy my usual drink, i was chewing my boba, i felt something different of a texture. As I spitted it out, i saw this! A f*cking fly!!!!!! In my drink!!! I am not kidding. Imagine enjoying ur drink during this hot a** weather and later to find out that you are chewing a frkin' fly!!!!! Im beyond disappointed and disgusted! Buyers please beware! read more

I asked for hot taro with boba. And i said Zero sugar...... it was a bad choice. The hot taro is not hot and it was sweet. The person made my drink put it on the hot cup but she sealed it with the plastic cover like how they make the slushy or the cold milk tea. so how am i going to drink HOT TARO BUT HOW IS that?! read more

My second time trying ShareTea. I think it is one of the best Boba places in the valley. They have a good selection of Tea and toppings. My kids love Boba so we have tried it all! They only have one size so it makes it easy to order and the prices are the same as the other Boba spots in the valley. I like how they ask the sweet level; your options are regular, 80% less, 50% less, 30% less to no sugar. It's the same for the ice level if you want regular ice, less ice to no ice. I selected less ice and 50% less sugar in my Hawaii Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly and it was perfect not being too sweet and still cold and refreshing to drink. I was initially skeptical because I thought the drink would be a little warm since I asked for less ice and to my surprise the drink was still cold! My son had the Matcha Red Bean Ice Blended with Ice Cream on top and he loved the mix/flavor of the two and having the red beans at the bottom. My daughter tried the German Shepherd drink that had grapefruit green tea with big and mini boba, Aiyu jelly, Lychee jelly and aloe... just delicious with all these great toppings mixed together. Definitely coming back to try the other flavors. You won't be disappointed. read more
