I remember when Bon Bon Tea House first opened along Reseda Blvd. I'm not in the Valley as often as I used to, so it was really cool to see how much Bon Bon has expanded over the years. The location on Nordhoff is a solid, cozy boba shop with an extensive menu featuring milk teas, slushies, and I think I peeped some snacks on the menu. My friend and I were looking for a little sweet treat after a savory dinner so we came here. With a nearly full store on a Saturday night, Kristian really did his big one customer service-wise :) He was friendly and took care of everyone in the storefront so swiftly. I overheard other parties asking questions about accommodations/the menu and he was great with making recommendations. He was spot on to suggest ordering the Rose Milk Tea with Jasmine instead of black tea for a more floral taste. I ended up loving my drink, it was just the pick-me-up I needed for a long drive home! I also sampled my friend's drink and I never would have guessed a vegan/dairy-free Thai Tea would taste so so good. Don't sleep on it, I'll have to order it for myself next time. I may not be in Northridge/Chatsworth much these days, but my friends and I will be back the next time we're in the area and are craving boba read more

Boba me this...if you like boba then you will like this place. They have a huge menu including food which is nice. Many boba places only serve baked good or spicy fries. There are plenty of tables to hang with friends or chill by yourself. Quick turn around for your order. I got a passion fruit tea with black tea & very light boba. It was strong and good. The boba kept getting stuck in my straw which made it difficult to drink but I managed to blow it out of the straw...LOL Plenty of parking in the lot. read more

Boba's always solid here; I like this location more than the Northridge one because it's typically less crowded and there's always parking (parking's most spacious at the Granada Hills one tho). There's also snacks here, but they're alright - I like the fries the most. My only ick is that they use a lot of powder flavors and artificial sweeteners. Big shoutout to Kaireen, who recommended the pesto mayo chicken panini--easily one of their best food items and such a great pairing with the drinks. Ambiance wise, we went on a non-busy day, so there were chairs and seats available where people can study, hangout, and/or network. This place is located on the corner of de Soto and nordhoff. In the farmer boys plaza. Parking can get a little hard to find but if you circle around a could of times you will find something. My bf and I visited this tea place after a Thai massage. I've been to my fair share of boba places, and I have a pretty specific preference. That being said, Bon Bon Tea House was solid. Parking is pretty easy, as it is located on a decent sized complex. I opted for the Almond Milk Tea, 50% sweet, with honey boba. My bf ordered the Thai Tea, 50% sweet, with lychee jelly. The Almond Milk Tea flavor was good. I could have definitely gone for 75% sweet. The honey boba was also pretty good, but I think that it could have been sweeter. I did not try my bf's tea, but it must have been pretty good, as he finished his drink long before I did. The cups, while really cute, don't fit well into a standard car cup holder (something to keep in mind, if you are ordering a lot of drinks to go). While not in my top favorites, I would definitely come back if I were in the area! read more

Iv been coming to Bon Bon for years I'm so glad to have seen them grow to opening new locations. I love the staff and I'm always glad to be able to connect with them whenever I go in. They're have so many drinks to choose from and they have some food items that you can pair with your drink. The fries are always crispy and have the right amount of spice. I forgot to take drink photos!! Nonetheless, here's my quick review: I got the classic milk tea with 75% sweetness, 75% ice, and taro pudding. Service was solid (nice, friendly, and patient), and our order came out quickly! I didn't really ask what my friend thought of her drink... I guess I was too preoccupied with my own. The classic milk tea at 75% sweetness was still a little too sweet for me - I suspect that's because it came with boba (which I didn't realize until I started drinking!). I'd go with 50% sweetness if you get boba with your drink and you don't like your drinks super sweet. Unfortunately, the taro pudding had a little skin, which was also a little grainy, so I'd stick with the boba, which was solid! I do wish I'd tried their Szechuan fries, so I'll have to make sure I get that next time I come by! read more

Wanted to check out the "new" location since I was in the area, and this location seems to have more open seating and looks to be more modernized. Today I ordered a taro milk smoothie with some boba, and oh my goodness I think I found my new go to drink. It was just the right amount of sweet, paired with the boba *chefs kisss* maybe next time I'll try it with the lychee jelly.
