The only reason why I come here is that I'm addicted to boba and drinks are consistently good. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for your drinks if you come here on a weekend or afternoon. The line to order goes quickly but their assembly line like method in which drinks are made is not time efficient. Customer service is also something that should be worked on, as the teens or twenty somethings that work there are aloof and seem very passive - as if they are there just for the paycheck, which is a shame. Makes me regret adding that tip, which you are prompted to do on that iPad when you are paying by card. Make sure you get a stamp card. You're supposed to get one stamp for each drink purchased - and with 10 stamps you get a free drink. Make sure you check your card before & after it's stamped and/or get a receipt (stupid me didn't - I ended up being short changed one stamp) - the cashier gave me back my stamp card & said my next drink would be free. Anyway, also check in on yelp for 15% off. Update: I went back to Sharetea about an hour later, after my son showed me that there were pieces of foil in his drink. It was a different crew working there - they were friendly, very apologetic, gave me a refund and offered to make me another drink. I accepted the refund but declined another drink. Despite the bad experience, I will give them another try. read more

After checking my daughters purchases on her debit card and seeing a Sharetea purchase almost every other day I asked her to take me to this place as she pretty much drinks her allowance and I got curious on what's so special about the place. I now understand why she loves the place so much as the drinks are just so yummy! My youngest daughter loves the mango blended drink with boba and my daughter is obsessed with the taro drink. I've tried the milk tea, mango, taro and cookies and cream and they're all so good. My favorite is the milk tea with boba, it's just so refreshingly good. All drinks comes in one size, price is comparable to other places, check in with the Yelp app as they normally offer a discount. Overall, I am a fan of this place and would keep on coming back. Okay, since moving to this area, I've gone to this ShareTea location multiple times and always had a decent experience. My go-to drink at ShareTea (at any of their locations) is the grapefruit green tea. It's the perfect drink and ShareTea makes it so the tea flavor still stands out and it's perfect at 30% sweetness. The drinks were always well priced and the 15% off with Yelp check in helps too. Anyway, something has happened to ShareTea in general in that they got new menus. With the new menus came higher prices. It's now $0.75 to add boba. The drinks are in the $4-$4.75 range without toppings instead of the old $3-3.75 range. Worst, items seemed to have been taken off the menu. I'm a bit confused though. Grapefruit green tea is one of ShareTea's signature drinks. Or I always thought it was since it's always advertised on the wall. In fact, there's a HUGE canvas poster on the back wall advertising grapefruit green tea and another smaller one on another wall as well. The staff here seemed to have changed as well. The most recent couple times I've gone, the staff have been completely uncaring and seem to put no thought at all into the drinks. I had one person tell me ShareTea has never made grapefruit green tea even after I pointed to the huge canvas poster on the wall. Most recently, I had to settle for the passion-orange-grapefruit green tea, 30% sweet with boba. It was over $5.50 (luckily the 15% off with yelp check-in still applies). It was pretty bad. It was really sweet and the syrups they use now completely mask the flavor of the tea. It was not satisfying at all. And the boba was awful. It was this soft mush with multiple boba balls stuck together. It was something that should no longer be served, but the employee didn't care and served it anyway. Higher prices, signature items taken off the menu, and staff who seem to not care at all about boba. I'm sad to say I think I'm done with this location of ShareTea. read more

I have been to multiple Sharetea locations and I'm saddened to say that this is my least favorite. As soon as I walked in, we were not greeted, the employee didn't seem to want to be there. I ordered my go-to drink: Taro Pearl Milk Tea with Less Ice and 1/4 Sugar. After she took my order, I stepped to the side and watched the workers prepare the drink. The worker that was making the drink didn't seem to have the exact measurements because the cup didn't fill up all the way, so she topped it with ice and sealed it. After she sealed it, she realized she had forgotten to add boba and she informed the girl that was working the cash register that she forgot to add boba. The girl behind the cash register takes the drink, opens the seal and dumps some of the milk tea into the sink; puts some boba into another cup and transfers the milk tea to the new cup with boba. Once again, the milk tea didn't fill up all the way. In order to fill up the cup, she adds more ice (it seems that the workers forgot my request of less ice). When I tasted my drink, it was very sweet (despite the amount of ice they've added). It just doesn't seem that they took any of my requests when making this drink. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Daughter had heard of this Sharetea from fellow university students that intern at the Kaiser hospital. We decided to visit after having dinner at a nearby Korean tofu house. We used the Yelp check in offer for 15% discount on this our first time at this location. I just wanted a simple hot milk tea with no toppings so the young lady suggested the Classic Pearl Tea. 2 college daughters ordered the peach kiwi tea with aiyu jelly and the black tea with fresh milk and boba. While waiting, the college girls took out a pack of cards to play. They drank a little of their drinks and played a little more before leaving. The one that ordered the peach kiwi tea with aiyu jelly found it refreshing. She especially liked the aiyu jelly. She loved the tropical tang from the kiwi and peach tea is a favorite flavor of tea with her. The one that had the black tea with fresh milk and boba found the boba softer and to her liking at this Sharetea location versus the one in Fullerton and Fountain Valley. My hot classic pearl milk tea with no toppings was perfect. I noticed that they offered macarons for purchase. read more

ShareTea is my #1 most favorite place EVER for boba and blended coffee with ice cream!! Omg seriously to die for!! The best tasting coffee with just the right sweetness! My only sadness is there is not one near me in the high desert! The one in Riverside gives buy one get one free with a student ID . I found this place on yelp and it was about 15 mins away but I wanted to try it. I am disappointed actually! I was hoping for better drinks! I like green tea peach or mango flavored usually. I think I had their mango green tea. It was very watery and didn't have taste even tho I had less ice. I asked them to remake and I got green tea with mango and grape fruit I believe. I didn't like it really! Still watered down and didn't have much taste. I definitely have had better boba drinks before. read more

Honestly so so so good and the service is quick. I never gave this place a shot until recently because the logo reminded me of a not so good boba spot. However, don't let that deter you! It's actually really amazing, it's giving gourmet authentic. I went and tried because it was really close by and I wanted some milk tea boba. I got the green milk tea w pearls and I ended up inhaling the drink. Also tried the passionfruit mango tea because the bobarista said it was good. Was tart and sweet. They use a jam too instead of syrup so that's nice as well. read more

Took 25 minutes to make two drinks. Served about a half dozen customers there order before mine when they ordered after me. Both drinks they screwed up on, one forgetting boba, the other supposedly had been made and picked up by another customer by mistake, though they never called my name. When making that one again didn't check instructions and ignored the light ice half sweetness, as well as the boba. The blended drink that they forgot the boba they just filled an empty cup with boba, and poured the already made drink into it, over filling the cup, they place a plastic lid on it not a sealed, and wiped the cup down with a dirty rag. While the lid still had a bunch of liquid in it that would get all over my car and hands. Had to take lid off, drink some, ask for a new lid, and wipe the cup down again. I've been to several boba places that have screwed up orders, and they apologize profusely and actually remake the order often time giving the screwed up for free, not this place. Barely an apology just an annoyed attitude about wanting them to actually make what I ordered. And to top it all off when I get home I see the straws they gave me with my orders when it was finally ready weren't boba straws... so I get to spoon it out of my cup. read more

I mean if they close at 10pm they should serve everything at 10pm if not then maybe put it on your website or menu that certain items are not served at certain hours. I went in at 9pm craving some boba and they said they had no boba...like that's your main selling point and you're out of boba? That was a huge disappointment then on top of that I could barely ask questions or even hear the cashiers answers because the music WAS SO LOUD! So loud I felt like I was at a club and had to yell out my order. But because of that I don't even know what exactly I had in my drink because again I couldn't hear the cashier explain the drink. I wanted to leave so bad so I just agreed and ended up spending money on a drink that I threw out cause it tasted gross and had no boba. Thanks a lot. Won't be coming here again. Not bad for boba in Riverside. I'm from the 626 and boba standards are pretty high and I'd say Sharetea is ok. All the Shareteas I've been to are the same, they are only OK. Never really wow...but specifically about this location I LOVE the atmosphere. Not a place to do homework because kind of cramp, but the menus are so nicely designed. Very aesthetic. Only issue I had was one of the workers messed up on my Wintermelon with Fresh milk. They gave me a Wintermelon Tea. I'm not too picky about it because I did make it aware to them and they were kind enough to fix that for me. I appreciate that! read more

Seen a lot of these shareteas around town so what did I have to do? You know it, go visit one lol Pros: lots of turn over on product- the place was packed! A delicious drink made with care. Friendly and helpful staff that are happy to help and answer any questions. Got two drinks at this location: the matcha green tea blended with red bean which was creamy, well blended, smooth and delicious & the strawberry lychee blended. This drink was tasty, but extremely too sweet... so I guess less or half sweet on the next one Cons: it's a bit loud in there so working/studying is probably out of the question unless you bring a pair of noise canceling headphones. read more

I ordered the Hawaii tea, which is one of the recommended fruity drinks, and I definitely enjoyed it! I liked how there were little chunks of citrus peel and other toppings in there, and I also got mini boba with it because I love mini boba. Having tried other ShareTea locations, I thought it was cool that one was opening in Riverside, and even though I usually get milk teas, I decided to try a fruit tea this time. As I watched my drink being made, I saw a variety of syrups mixed with green tea, shaken with ice in a shaker, and poured into a cup and then sealed. However, seems like it was overfilled, and in the process leaked out a bit and got over the cup, it was wiped but outside of my cup was noticeably sticky, it's kind of more minor though but yea. Overall my drink was good, not too sweet, although I would recommend 80% sweetness to be honest. The flavor of the tea was great, and the citrusy contents are quite refreshing on a hot day! read more

Favorite place for boba in town!!!! I have literally ordered over 10 different drinks here since I come so often! All of their drinks are delicious. My favorites from here is their green tea creama and their taro ice blended with egg pudding and boba! If you like coffee, you should definitely try their coffee creama because it taste very similar to Vietnamese coffee! All their drinks here are customizable by sweetness and by how much ice you want. They have many different types of toppings and my favorites are the boba, and the egg pudding! Their service is fabulous. They make sure you are satisfied with your drinks! The wait time is never over 5 mins, they are super quick in serving your drinks. Everyone here is super nice! They also have a stamp card so you're able to redeem a free drink after 10 purchases! read more

I usually love this place. It's one of the best tasting boba and tea places. But the service today was horrible. The girl at the register was absolutely rude. I ordered my drink with light ice and slight sweetness. And she gave me less sweet. Both drinks were extremely sweet. The drink I got my mom gave her a stomach ache because it was too sweet. Overall this visit was bad and the drinks ended up in the trash. Hopefully this issue is fixed. read more

I'm so happy they opened a good boba shop around here. We don't have a lot of options when it comes to good boba in Corona/Riverside. But, I will definitely be coming here for my boba cravings! I love the option of being able to choose the sweetness and less ice. We only tried the Classic boba milk tea (black tea) and it was delicious! The tea tastes so good! They also give you a good scoop of boba, definitely not stingy! I can't wait to come try the other teas they have! Also i wanted to add that it only took us less than 5 minutes to get our drink! I was worried reading other reviews that it was gonna take so long. But, they were friendly and super fast! read more

I visited this location on a Friday evening. it was relatively clean, well-lit, and super busy when I went. We waited about 10 minutes in line to give our order and another 5 to get our drinks. It was very loud in the establishment, so its definitely not a place you can just hang out in, unless you like yelling over the table at each other. Because its so loud in there, it was very hard to hear the cashier as well as the person handing out the drinks. They may have been slightly understaffed as the trash can near the entrance was over-flowing and the workers just looked a little stressed. now on to the drinks: I had a classic pearl milk tea with boba and egg pudding. the tea itself was delicious and I would go back just for that. The boba however was not tasty - extremely chewy, even as boba goes. My fiance had a blending ice beverage that was more ice than anything else. He had to use a spoon to eat it, but he liked the taste. Overall I would definitely try to go back and try it, maybe at a different time of day. read more

I was very disappointed with the service at share tea. I am not sure if they were under staffed or were not adequately prepared for customers. When I ordered there was no line and although there were people sitting I would not say it was packed or visibly busy. That changed quickly when it was apparent that the staff was not prepared to adequately and efficiently serve customers. I ordered at 3:55 and did not receive my order of 1 drink until 38 minutes later at 4:33. At one point it looked as if management was present in the store dropping off product as they had thier child with then behind the counter. They were all smiles as they took drinks from behind the counter before other customers and walked out from behind the counter and out the door without batting an eye while several customers waited almost 40-45 minutes for thier order. And to make matters worse there was no explanation or announcement as to why or how long it would take. At one point about 15 minutes after I ordered staff began telling people that it would take 45 minutes to complete an order, which is information I would've liked to have known prior to my order. And it also caused many customers to leave without ordering. And the delay in completing orders created more traffic and more congestion and longer wait. I suggest management look at working more effectively by being proactive in thier preparation and think ahead and not in that moment. I understand it is a new store but that is no excuse for the ridiculous wait time and lack of customer service. The cashier appeared unsure and unknowledgeable in what was happening when I approached her to ask when my drink would be ready. Very disappointed. read more

I'm happy that ShareTea opened up near Kaiser (literally) and it shares the same plaza as Burger IM, Subway, a Fish Grill and Blaze Pizza. Plenty of ample parking. I was here two-three weeks ago after class. One of the cashiers had an attitude when I was at the cash register. Maybe she was tired but it made me not want to come back but anyways. I tried the classic pearl black MT with mini boba since they said they ran out of regular boba. That's fine with me. And I also got a mango fruit tea with boba for my brother. He loved it. I went in this week and I tried the Hawaii fruit tea with aiyu jelly and I added boba of course. I should have said 50 percent sweet but all well. This weather called out for boba drink outing. Then I got a classic black milk tea with boba for my brother. Both are good since we both finished it. I think next time I'll try the 50 percent sweet if I order Hawaii fruit tea again. Anyways. The store was clean, fast service and follow social distancing guideline. My favorite tea are Tiger milk tea and Hokkaido milk tea. The flavor of both teas remind me of milk tea I had in Taiwan. If you like your tea sweet then you need to ask them to add more sugar. The reason for 4 stars is that I thought it's a bit pricey for small portion. read more

Used to love this place so much. They gave me a tea yesterday instead of the coffee I ordered. I didn't mind, bc I work close by, so I went the next day to switch it and they refused. They said I should have went yesterday. I'm shocked that they expected me to make a trip back from my house, and I was already right in front of them. They are the only sharetea in the area so it's not like the drink isn't from their establishment. Very sad, but at least there are plenty of boba places around these days. I got my whole family on this place, so I will be warning everyone. It's your mistake that you made the wrong drink. I didn't taste it until I got all the way home, so I don't see how you can expect me and other customers to drive back. That's embarrassing for your business that you don't just replace the drink for a customer. It was awkward getting rejected like that, so no I will not be coming back. There are plenty of places where service is appreciated. read more

Kind of wish their door was reversed. Pull open from the outside and push open from the inside so you can easily open/push it yourself when your hands are full. He went to make my Americano. First he made the espresso shots, great! Then he filled a cup to the top with ice, excellent. THEN He filled almost the entire cup with half n half and put the shot in! I'm talking there was 1 full cup of half n half in my Americano. I'm talking 300 calories not 60. If you know anything about Americano you would understand how wrong this is. The cup should have been at least 1/2-3/4 filled with water first! It was not drinkable and I did not try to explain and I was not going to wait for another drink because at this point our quick stop for drinks and a treat turned into a 20 minute ordeal. Overall he seemed like the wrong person to lead the store. I know this is a new bakery and I know that a lot of blood, sweat and tears go into new businesses. I am all for supporting them. But it was a bad decision to put someone that was inexperienced alone to run it. It would have been better practice to just put up a sign that said. Sorry no drinks available today instead of risking him making a bunch of drinks wrong. The baklava I thought was excellent, tasty and not too sweet. It's unfortunate that I will not be back.
