They have a good selection of boba drinks. I prefer ones made with fresh fruit but sadly there isn't a place like that nearby. The "fruity" drinks are made from concentrated syrups or powders, but taste good. My favorites are the handmade taro milk tea and the fruity ice blended ones. The staff is friendly and are efficient. i tried this place for the first time today!! usually i go to cafe tapioca but i happened to be in this part of san ramon and i wanted boba, so i thought why not try it. i got the black pearl milk tea, half sweet and it was sooooo good. my mom got a frozen mango drink (i forgot what its called) and she really liked it. the worker who helped us was super friendly too. i am taking away one star, however, because 1) there arent many drink choices compared to other boba places and 2) they dont serve food like other boba places. i didnt take away more than one star tho, because what they do have (drinks & customer service) is excellent!! read more

Honestly I think this place is mediocre- maybe it's my own personal preference but ShareTea always seems to be a hit or miss for me. The tea isn't particularly flavorful (sometimes it's a little too bland), and the boba never has any flavor (which is always a deciding factor in what makes boba good, in my opinion). Maybe they are just a place with better drinks and not a place to get boba. Will likely be back because my dad loves this place, so maybe next time I'll try something different. read more

I think this sharetea is slightly inconsistent. Sometimes my drink is watery other times it's powdery. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here especially since T4 is so close to me. Sharetea drinks are fine, their regular milk tea is fine (not a stand out) but their taro milk tea I would recommend. I'm personally a huge fan of Boba. Having said that I was not too keen on trying the other toppings nor was a fan of paying $0.50 more for each topping. QQ Happy Family milk tea to the rescue. So I went in and immediately realized it was a very small location with NO seating at all. But maybe they will get some furniture, who knows. I like to sit with friends and talk and enjoy time together but here I couldn't. To start off I got the Oolong Tea Creama. They filled the cream about 1/3 of the cup which was way too much and made my drink more salty than it should be. And the pearls were really hard too, and I've tried so many other boba places and the pearls were below average. The service was decent for them being new workers. I had to stand the whole time waiting and so did everyone else for their drinks. Nothing bad about the workers, they are nice and work at a decent pace for being new workers. The place just needs help. I'll give them more chances since it just opened. But you would think they'd make the drinks well by now from having so many locations all over California. Usually for a boba place, the cashier is pretty friendly and offers good service, but not this place. This guy cashier is grumpy and seems unhappy to be there. The drink it's self is very watery and has no tea taste. i wish this is a T4, since T4 has some good snacks and better drinks. read more

I've tried many boba places and this is my favorite. Teas are consistent in flavor and bobas are made very well. Their grass jelly is the best- I think they must make it themselves because it's different than any grass jelly I buy. It's super soft and not bitter. read more

I tried share tea in the city and love it. I'm so glad that they opened one in San Ramon. They have the cheapest prices (compare to T4) they only have one size which is a large. My fave is QQ family and it consisted of many toppings. Will definitely be getting my boba here :) read more

Edit: I came back later that night to give it another shot after the owner or manager asked me to come back for a remake. I was helped by Charlotte and Derek, which I hope I got the names correct. After explaining to them the reason I wanted less ice and understanding that there are specific reasons why the ice level must be that way, we came to a solution. Although the drink was not what I hoped, it was so much better and the fact that they tried to be as helpful as possible mattered more than anything. Thank you both for your patience and understanding. Moving forward, I realized the ice blended matcha green tea is not a good fit for me. I will be back to try a regular matcha green milk tea. This is bar none the worst Boba place I've been to. I knew the match green tea smoothie or ice blended tends to be really icy and watered down so I asked for less ice. The man at the counter was nice and tried to be accomodating as I saw no ice on the receipt as a special request. I cannot believe a simple request for less ice just cannot be done. I didn't ask for a few things, just one thing and couldn't have it. When I got my drink, I was angrier than I've ever been drinking Boba. It looked like all they did was scoop red bean, scoop ice, and pour the matcha green tea mix in. I have never felt so compelled to leave such a scathing review before and I usually don't bother doing so. But they might as well have spit in my drink because I felt like they had every intention of making my drink absolutely horrible. I should've left a complaint to the manager but I never thought I would be subjected to such a horrible drink experience. read more

He pointed this out to the cashier and the cashier told him that per the manager buy one get one free means you have to buy two and then you get one free.
